Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We are here currently leaving today and after seeing some reviews we dreaded coming. But we have had an amazing time food was okay no worries great selection of food and if you are a fussy eater there is always chips salad and hotdogs or burgers. Our room was huge loads of space beds where standard holiday bed made everyday very clean and tidy. They had some great entertainment where the atmosphere was perfect just enough to laugh with others as well. Location was fine strip of shops outside the hotel but you can get a free bus to town and a taxi home if you are wanting a later evening which was €5. We chose the holiday for a budget friendly 3 night away and it's was perfect value for it money.
PROS- Clean place, nice pools and views, near the beach and shops, nice restaurants near by. The places we ate out at were very nice food fresh and friendly staff.
CONS- Food was really bad, poor, nothing was fresh not even orange juice packed with sugar or sweetners. Pretty much the same food everyday, unhealthy, pre packaged food cheap. Wish I looked at reviews first instead of booking in a rush. Watched them mix raw pork with cooked which we didn’t touch any of the meat. We then found a cockroach crawling over the bread a few days in, told a memeber of staff and they just stood there and did nothing, after that we kept eating out instead of at the hotel even though it was getting expensive but didn’t want to be ill. When we went to the restaurant near the hotel to eat, everyone we spoke to says that all the guests that stay in the hotel around the area say how bad the food is which says a lot. None of the food really make a proper meal, everything was frozen and packaged, desserts were dry and stale, didn’t even end up having desserts. Only could have tea/coffee at breakfast time.
Overall the holiday was good but the food was a massive let down but we made the best we could. People in the area were helpful calling us a taxi when we needed it.
The hotel was very clean and welcoming, ample parking on streets nearby, local shops and bars and a cash machine at the front of the hotel.
Nice Staff. Very helpfull. We wold like come back to this hotel. Was wonderfull.
Just came back from my 3rd time here had a wonderful 4-night break. Had an upgraded room this time and even though I was happy before this really made my stay lovely renovation job.
Hotel is spotless the cleaners are there till late in the evening and it shows amazing team all friendly too

Food nice good variety every meal some. breakfasts were very busy with big groups which I didn’t enjoy as some of them were incredibly rude (older guest ) who didn’t realise I speak Spanish and could understand there insults. They were stealing peoples tables who were at the buffet pushing in and grabbing tongs from your hand but this has no reflection on the hotel and staff in-fact the team handled them very well and were working very very hard well done chefs and servers great job.

My last amazing thing was the tv having bbc news to put on while I was getting ready was perfect was super happy as no Chanel’s in English only odd thing couldn’t turn the volume down that might need looking at.
I would definitely recommend this hotel value for money well located very clean and will definitely be back next year already booked can’t wait to come back as a solo traveler I felt very safe and welcome and at home
