Best Semiramis

Brilliant holiday, hotel staff can’t do enough for you, especially the maids that cleans the room they do a good job we tipped to them. Entertainment staff brilliant they don’t stop they work hard. We was half bored breakfast perfect evening meal perfect but I wish we had a couple of drinks for free with the evening meal but it doesn’t matter. All in all brilliant hotel can’t afford it.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We had a fabulous room with a sea view which was amazing.

We recently stayed at Best Semiramis Hotel and overall we had a lovely experience. The hotel is clean, the staff were friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better for future guests.

• A dedicated parking area or more convenient parking arrangements would be very helpful.
• For guests staying on an all-inclusive package, there should be a drinks menu available on every restaurant table or at least in the hotel room, so guests know exactly what is included.
• Housekeeping should replenish bottled water daily, especially for all-inclusive guests. Families with babies shouldn’t have to keep asking for water. It would also be nice if the minibar included complimentary soft drinks and a few alcoholic drinks for all-inclusive guests.
• Breakfast could be be improved. There were long queues for the coffee machines, and sometimes by around 10:00 am there was no coffee available even though guests were still waiting in line. The hotel could add more coffee machines, extend breakfast until 10:30 or 11:00, or have staff take tea and coffee orders at the tables to avoid long queues.
• It would also be helpful to offer a wider variety of food each day. On our last day, many of the main dishes were pork or Chinese-style dishes. Guests who don’t eat pork had very limited options. Having more chicken, fish, or vegetarian choices every day would be appreciated.
• It would be useful if the rooms included an iron and ironing board, as many hotels provide this facility or make it easily available.

One area where I was disappointed was the handling of a lost item. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my baby’s favourite toys in our room. I called the hotel, and the receptionist confirmed they had found them and asked me to send my details by email so they could arrange to send them back. I sent the email immediately, but I have not received any reply. As a parent, these toys are very important to my baby, so I would have appreciated a quicker response and a little more flexibility and support from the reception team.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel. These are simply suggestions that I believe would make the experience even better for future guests, especially families travelling with young children.
