This superb beach hotel is situated close to Piramides de Martianez shopping centre on the island of Tenerife. The hotel is situated a mere 200 metres away from the beach and the bathing area of Lagos Martianez. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the hotel's proximity to El Peñón - Tacoronte course. Guests will find themselves within walking distance of a host of entertainment venues and links to the public transport network.
Guests will be impressed by the hotel's extensive choice of amenities and services which are sure to keep all the family entertained. The hotel organises entertaining games and shows at night to keep guests of all ages smiling. Guests are invited to wine and dine in style in the hotel's restaurant.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities including an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a banquet hall.
On arrival reception was clean & well kept, check in was quite simple, the room is as it shows in the photos, shower could be more powerful & aircon is very efficient so waking in the night boiling hot. The pool is quite small but wasnt a problem as it had quiet times with minimal people in there. The sunbeds are extremely uncomfortable, no mattresses so basically laying on the frame. I personally also found the beds in the room u comfortable. Never went in for lunch during our stay, had snacks around the people which were hit & miss & we ate out are last 4 evenings as we struggled with the food choices in the evening, restaurants very close so not a problem, beach very close can see the sea from the room although the beach is very black & extremely rocky so hard to have a beach day . Shopping centre literally across the road, evening entertainment in my opinion is very poor its basically a solo singer from 9:30 ish no actual show.
I don't normally review but I can not let another family experience this hotel, rated as a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star! rooms very worn and dated, very basic facilities, swimming pool tiles missing from pool steps and pool floor but left in pool also note the bar closes at 11pm, no mini bar in room or tea and coffee making facilities in room either! A couple of weeks before travelling I contacted to arrange to hire wheelchair, hotel did not respond to my two emails and one left voicemail mail requesting to hire a wheelchair so had to take my own in the end which got damaged in transit, while on holiday found a hire company 14minute walk from hotel for £10 day so do not know why my emails were ignored, I booked three rooms two doubles and a twin room for my daughter and son, older daughter and partner, easyJet called through to hotel to make sure rooms were altogether as a family when I booked the holiday, when we arrived we were on different floors, one double and two twin rooms I explained easyJet called through to arrange, I was told abruptly by reception " EasyJet do not get a say" All inclusive Food looked good but I became unwell and ended up in hospital after two days, only had bottle water no ice in drinks and only eaten at hotel until after hospital, all my family felt unwell at some point during holiday, my daughter spoke to reception to say I needed to go to hospital they gave my daughter a map and contact number, no concern or follow up from hotel after returning from hospital, other guests were also admitted to hospital during our stay, only positive comments I can make are the restaurant staff were friendly and worked so hard day and night also our lady that cleaned our room during our stay was very good and worked hard too. Easy Jet need to have better inspections of hotels before offering to their customers. Very disappointing holiday and ruined our experience of all inclusive holidays
First time travelling to Tenerife, booked through easy jet. Transfer was 1.5 hours from Tenerife south airport, old vehicle smelt of diesel. Arrived at hotel all was worth the travel, upgraded to a suite. Very clean, staff wonderful, reception staff very helpful. Food is great huge variety cater for all. Pool is small but adequate and managed well by hotel staff. Ideal location, 5 minute walk to shops on seafront and old town. We had a fantastic holiday would recommend to any one
Location: really great, super close to the restaurants, beach & other bits that are going on (this is the best part)
Atmosphere: what atmosphere? At a 4* all inclusive I don’t think unreasonable to expect some form of entertainment especially when advertised as so, the first 4 nights of our stay there was nothing (despite there being karaoke, singer and bingo advertised)
Rooms: fine, a little dated but everything was functional and clean. Balcony was really big, so no issues from me there
Food: Hit or miss. Not awful, but could be hit or miss - edible
Staff: Super friendly and probably the best thing about this hotel except the location, super friendly and willing to help
All in all, this hotel needs a few refurbishments - pool area, rooms, gym (this can not be advertised as a full gym lol). The drinks menu could be bulked out, it felt super tight to me and lacked any sort of variety for a 4* all inclusive hotel. The entertainment issue needs sorting stat, food could do with some form of consistency and variety, no kettle in the room is a bit jarring but not essential - the coffee machine is turned off at half 10 and so if you want a cup of tea before bed you can’t, you aren’t allowed balls, floats or anything of the sort in the pool (despite no signs saying so) - for a family hotel this is really bizarre to me. The sunbeds are needing changed, so uncomfortable unfortunately.
This is not a 4* hotel, I truly wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend to a friend. After 3 days here my friend and I were ready to bolt or move hotel
A lovely resort, felt safe to walk round, cosmopolitan and lively evening atmosphere along the promenade, beautifully maintained, abundance of shops for all budgets and mix of traditional and fast food (shame about graffiti - minor point). Hotel was clean, reception staff very accommodating, dining staff working hard and some were friendly, daily room cleaning staff exceptional, bar staff grumpy and arsey about the number of drinks we were having at once! Evening entertainment was rubbish and not at all what was advertised on the board - which disappeared completely after 3 days. No day entertainment/activities and nothing for the kids. Pool was small and no inflatables allowed as a result. Pool bar snacks available but seemed to be leftover lunch/breakfast stuff. Breakfast and dinner was vast, with so many choices and amazing desserts, could not fault it. Probably a better hotel for couples/adults than families but a great location which we would visit again.
