My review is for Vittorio. He greets all the guests with a smile every day. He is well organised fast and efficient. I have seen him help to organise younger inexperienced people. Breakfast is fantastic Victorio is excellent, efficient, professional, very helpful, always pleasant with a welcoming smile. All staff pleasant and very helpful. Room was great Pool areas relaxing Great all round atmosphere. This is our 3rd stay at the Hard Rock in 2 years and it will not be our last. Fully recommend you try it.

Had a fantastic experience and meal at Montauk, the food was amazing, and the service, brilliant. Huge thanks to Valentina & Sebas for looking after us so well. Highly recommend the Surf n Turf, and Lamb chops - the best we have had.. EVER!
