Valentina was perfect and the service was amazing all round. 100% would come again, we felt very looked after and the wait times were very short.
We have just returned from our eighth stay at hard rock Tenerife which in itself should be an indication of how much my husband and I love this hotel.
The last six times we have stayed in the rock royalty level and this enhances the experience and in my opinion is worth the extra cost. We have had the great pleasure of getting to know Aranxta and Dave and they make us feel welcomed and special on every visit.
I would also like to give a shout out to Jasmina and Roxy at breakfast, Felix and Talida in the lounge (Roxy, Felix and Talida all make amazing barraquito). It was our first time meeting Talida and we can quite safely say we won't forget her and look forward to getting to know her better, mad as a box of frogs in the best possible way.
Every part of the hotel is great and has a mix of pools for all needs (adult pool and family pools). There is lots of choice for food and sessions buffet has a very good choice to suit everyone. The beach club for lunch was particularly good with amazing staff.
Christina in the rock shop was amazingly friendly and helpful. Needless to say we are already planning when we can visit again to our second home. Thanks all for making our holidays special.

Visited for a 5 night 30th anniversary getaway, really looking forward to a 5 star experience, only booked bed and breakfast therefore i can't really review the food . Arrived to find we had been upgraded from a classic room to a wonderful size room with a jacuzzi which we really appreciated . Room Was spotless and can't be faulted.
Now for the unfortunate part of the review , the upgraded room we were given was above building works going on between 9 - 5pm every day.This spoilt our break as we were there to relax and not to have building work constantly going on below us.🥲 We were also left a happy birthday guest card instead of an anniversary card but nice touch though. 🤣
Breakfast disappointed although warm and proper sausages on the full English bacon not nice and hash browns were rubbery.when attempting to make toast always got stuck in the toaster. Entertainment really good though along with the sky bar and reception staff were very polite. Could do with more than 1 artist in a night though as there is nothing to do in the near vicinity. Overall experience 3.5 star quality not 5 star . To enjoy this hotel better i would say leave until the building work has finished in December as you can also hear from the swimming pools.
Maguay was on the cash desk at the gift shop and she was extremely friendly when we were looking at the badges. She showed us her personal collection and made for good conversion and opened us up to chat about the badges on display and got us onto the Tenerife exclusive badges which is exactly what me and my partner enjoy to collect, the exclusives! Extremely helpful, very kind, and a testament to the quality of the hotel!
First time staying here and we will be back! Loved everything about the place, great atmosphere the minute you walk in, room was fantastic and so comfortable. Had breakfast and dinner included both of which were spot on. My only negative was the lack of air con in foyer and restaurant. At times it was so warm we couldn’t stay inside to enjoy the night time entertainment. But other than that it was pretty perfect. Staff were all fantastic and daily aqua classes in lagoon pool were so much fun. Already looking to book next year!! You guys really do rock!!!
