This wonderful hotel in Tenerife is the best option where to spend the most fun and entertaining holidays. The airport can be reached within a 25-minute drive away. Guests can choose between chilling out in the spa, sculpting their body in the gym or sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. It is possible to do meetings, conferences and other private events in the property and host up to 700 people. The hotel provides exceptional dining and entertainment facilities, clubs for children and adolescents and an amazing Beach Club. The modern and stylish rooms are well equipped with all the needed amenities to have the most pleasant and unforgettable stay.

Really good experience
Absolutly fantastic time here at Hard Rock. The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Particular credit to Vittorio who was always so helpful at breakfast and is a credit to hard rock Tenerife. We had a guitar on our first day for my son to play whilst away which made him happy as he always missing being able to play. Location is a little outside of the busier areas of Tenerife if you’re used to them but a quick trip in the 471 bus takes you to Playa and is cheap. I highly recommend HR Tenerife. The live acts have been great also throughout our stays

Fantastic couples holiday with great food, pools and entertainment
We had an amazing 10-night stay at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife as a couple. The hotel is modern, clean and has a fantastic atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable and cleaned to a high standard every day. The pools were excellent with plenty of sunbeds, and there was always something going on, from live music and DJs during the day to great entertainment in the evenings. It never felt boring.
The all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. There was a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day, and we always found something we enjoyed. The cocktails and branded drinks were a real highlight.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring the island and booking excursions, while also being the perfect place to relax if you just want to enjoy the resort.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return. We'd highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife to couples looking for a fun, lively and relaxing holiday with excellent facilities, entertainment and outstanding service.
Really really not 5 star
We arrived and were given our room. Later we found out the air-con wasn’t working. An engineer was working on it and we didn’t get our room until 22.45. We had be up since 02.30 that morning so just wanted to go to bed. Good luck getting a bed at pool as towels laid on all the bed by 10.00 but no people in site, even though hard rock policy states you can’t do this. Had to get our bands redone as the bar star said we are checking out today, we have another three days left. We looked at upgrading for the next two nights but you want 600 euros which is crazy for the same room to be rock royalty. In fairness rock royalty are treated loads better than us basic customers. Stayed here 9 years ago and it was amazing, the same can’t be said so many rules on times and where you can eat and drink. In fairness petite chef was truly amazing . Some of the staff are lovely

Service improvement needed
Enjoyed but.. Need to open more bars around the pool, way too long to wait every time and poor service. Drinks 25% more than they should. No ice cream station for kids around pool.
Family Holiday
A wonderful family holiday at a wonderful hotel. Fantastic accommodation, lovely food, amazing staff and great fun for our 4 year old at Kids Club. Many thanks to Joaqui, Siee, Vicky, Daphne and Vane. Would highly recommend hotel.
