Perched on a cliff, overlooking the beautiful sea and La Gomera Island, this magnificent holiday resort offers an ideal base to spend a relaxing time in a unique location. Adeje town centre is a 10-minute drive away, while the famous tourist zone of Playa de las Américas lies at 14km distance from the hotel. Being an ideal spot for families, the hotel presents a charming Mediterranean décor and feature spacious and comfortable rooms with modern facilities such as air-conditioning, a satellite TV for guests' entertainment and a private balcony. Some of the rooms offer a stunning sea view as well. Travellers who stay in this resort may sample different flavours from around the world, including typical Spanish dishes as well as delicious International cuisine. Guests may spend their day on the sparkling outside pool, enjoying some water sports on the beach or pamper themselves with a range of relaxing massages and beauty treatments offered by the spa.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities, which include a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, a communal living room and a vending machine.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

It is the most beautiful hotel. The rooms are stunning and modern and huge, the pool area is vast and the pools are lovely . The restaurants and bars and reception are very modern and roomy . The grounds are maintained and the cleanliness of the hotel was of a very high standard.
Unfortunately there are some buts ….. In our opinion, particularly at the start of our holiday, there were just not enough staff . This was on reception ( only ever one person), in the buffet restaurant and at the main bar. Often at the buffet restaurant, we would need to search for a made up free table. Staff were slow at clearing plates during our meals and after people had left, and it was often very slow waiting for a waiter to bring tea or coffee at breakfast or drinks and water at lunchtimes or dinner. The bar in the evening nearly always had long queues, we queued regularly for 15 minutes. One of the main reason for this was people ordering cocktails. These were made professionally but very popular and take a lot longer to make than pour a glass of wine. I will say we experienced no queuing at the pool bar .
All of the staff were lovely and friendly, there just didn’t appear to be enough of them to give the service expected of a 4/5 star hotel .
Also we were disappointed with the food offering in the buffet restaurant. Although the food was very nice , It felt like it was the same every night, with only one night with a noticeable difference when it was an Asian night . The layout of the food was also odd and didn’t flow very well and very often , if you wanted cooked to order food ( such as fried eggs/ omelette for breakfast or meat for dinner/ lunch ) the chef was not there on the station and you had to wait. Deserts also were very repetitive. It just didn’t feel like a 4/5 star hotel buffet .
However the à la carte restaurants were amazing , and one of these is open for lunch which is available for AI .
The entertainment in the evening, although professional was more or less the same each night and we did see 2 acts twice . All sang very similar songs and it became boring
Lastly , the location is advertised as remote , and it really is. It’s on a steep slope. There is a local bar and little supermarket about 10 minutes walk away and then a row of bars and restaurants and shops about 25 minutes walk. The beach is about 20 minutes walk and not particularly nice . Sadly the hotel is immediately next to an area which appears to be where travellers and rough sleepers are. Most of this can’t be seen from the hotel but it is sadly shocking to see tents and pallet homes right in front of the hotel between the hotel and the sea. One good thing with the location was it was only 25 minutes to the airport
The hotel run a minibus to Playa de Las Americas twice daily for €4.50 return . We did this and it worked well.
We did have a lovely holiday and met some great people, but the areas highlighted above did not match other 4/5 star hotels we have stayed in .
Fantastic Hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely variety of food at the buffet (I loved the fresh fish) and enjoyed the al la carte steak restaurant (I had the salmon which was huge and tasty!) The entertainment team worked hard to make the activities fun and enjoyable and the room was lovely with the biggest bed I think I’ve ever slept in! Staff were friendly and I loved the swimming pool which was big so could enjoy my daily swim. Highly recommend this hotel and would go back in a heartbeat.
My daughter and I had a great long weekend stay.- the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast is excellent, great choice and freshly cooked eggs/omelettes are available too. The dinner buffet was ok, but some items were not hot enough or very salty. Would be nice to have more fresh cooked items available.
We used to go to this hotel before it was taken over and refurbished. So this was our first visit and was very impressed with the refurbishment. Could not fault it. Everything was brand new. The bath towels in our room were new lovely and fluffy and thick. Shame about the hand towels, they were so thin and not very good. Pool towels you can help yourself to and have as many fresh as you want. There are plenty of comfy sun loungers and brollies. No need to put out your towel early but some people do. Staff are all lovely and friendly. Few comments for improvements. There is a view of what we would call Shanty Town, awful accommodations made from pallet boards. It a shame the hotel could not get this moved as it spoils the view. Food started off great but as the week went on we found it very repetitive . The meat was cooked fresh but was always Pork or chicken and was cut thin to cook fast but was very dry. The Italian was very good and I had that most nights. They had lots of lovely soups with choice of two each night and. There was a joint of meat but not every night. Would like it if there were straws on the bar as they dont always give you one. Also need beer mats as there is a lot of condensation which drips on your clothes. One last point, you have to leave a Euro deposit of 250. you do get it back at the end of your holiday but dont see the need. They are refurbing the sister hotel over the road which will be for families but we will give it a go. Our weather was great, very hot but had sun brolly.
Had an amazing time at the start of October. Every single member of staff we encountered was so friendly and obliging. Noticing comments about queues but we found that we were served easily both at the bar and at dinner. The hotel does look onto a shanty town but this is something the authorities are trying to close. Some interesting articles online about this. Room was great. Bathroom strange layout but we got used to it. Special shout out to the entertainment guys who work very hard for their money. Also the Badana restaurant staff - in particular Conchi and the tall young waiter with the glasses. So good at filling your glass and taking away dirty plates. I would highly recommend a visit
