This marvellous hotel is strategically located in Playa de las Américas, just a stone's throw from beautiful and stunning beaches where guests can truly relax under the sun. In the surrounding area, visitors will find several golf courses for their enjoyment and plenty of shopping and entertainment options, so that everyone can find what they really like. Surrounded by an extraordinary botanical garden and with excellent facilities, this establishment is the best accommodation option when travelling for business or leisure. All guest rooms are very comfortable and roomy, offering the perfect space for rest and relaxation. Standard ones include a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony or terrace and there are accessible rooms available with a pool view. The hotel includes two fantastic outdoor pools, one of them heated in winter, apart from other services like evening shows.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a sauna and a fitness centre. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a hair salon.
From the moment you arrive this hotel is impressive. You walk into a three story, large, lobby reception area. We checked in easily and the receptionist was very professional. We were in room 311 which was close to the lifts and filtered water station. The room was large with a good size balcony, the balconies are arranged so you don’t really see any of the other balconies of your neighbours. We looked over a lane that went down to the golden mile. The bed are two singles next to each other, not what I would have chosen but they are very comfortable. There is a large tv, a kettle and empty fridge. The bathroom is a good size with a very powerful shower. Air conditioning covers every corner of the road and is adjustable. Reception and the large hotel bar is on level one with level zero being the restaurant for breakfast, the pool, pool bar gym and spa. The breakfasts are some of the best I’ve ever eaten, they truly cover every thing imaginable. Noise, they has been a lot of feedback about the building noise at the hotel. When we was there, second week of September, the noise was minimal, an occasional saw or banging but it sounds like it on the roof, where Up! Is. For a few days we heard nothing at all, it really isn’t a problem. The bigger problem was a group of golfers in their 50’s who turned up, shouting down from their balconies and acting like they are on a lads holiday. Cockroaches, these get a mention of previous reviews. We never see one insect the whole time we were there. The maids are very professional and the rooms immaculate everyday. Every morning you see the pool area being cleaned and the gardens being trimmed and looked after. Pool entertainment is varied, something going on everyday but some days there are very professional acts. A group of singers and dancers with a guy with a motorbike, another day a gymnast. If I could pick one, trivial, criticism it would be to move the smoking area. The smoking area is by the entrance near the restaurant, walking into the hotel from the pool area you end up walking through clouds of smoke.
Stunning Yet Again! We stayed in room 127 this time, we always request a ground floor as we prefer no mess with the lifts, staff always sort for us no problem! We were there from 28th August - 11th September ! Weather was also Stunning!
Breakfast served till 12pm is amazing and so much to offer with different daily specials , the new outdoor terrace is amazing!
Everything about this hotel is top Notch! This is our 3rd time staying here in 2 Years! It’s where we tell everyone to book!

They had a rock concert on the Thursday which was amazing, I thought it was going to be shabby hotel entertainment but I was so wrong , was full on band , was AMAZING! Got everyone in great form and involved.
We always go to Tenerife in January / Summer months but January 2027 prices are wild so we won’t be visiting this January but we will back for 2 weeks during the summer!

Very pleasant stay at the Vulcan. Staff lovely. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing lots and lots of variety. Brilliant holiday. Will be coming back next year with my daughter
Nice atmosphere and good location for beach and shops, rooms well furnished and clean. Food is excellent.
Great hotel with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so many options from full English options such as toast, sausages, hash browns, beans, eggs (of all kinds) and many more! There is also pastries, cereals, fruits and lots of choices of fresh juice choices. There are also a few coffee machines for hot drinks. The pool is a very good size, with lots of sun loungers scattered around! The gym is also very good, most hotels don’t really have much to use, but the gym here is amazing, I used that a few times while there!
