This award-winning hotel is situated in the core of Playa de las Americas, one of the most visited tourist destinations in Tenerife. Located at 15 km from Teide National Park and only 20 min from Tenerife South Airport. Guests will feel very comfortable in the spacious rooms decorated in natural colours and equipped with all kinds of facilities to ensure a perfect stay. The main restaurant will delight visitors with a rich breakfast and lunch in buffet form and a delicious menu for dinner. There is also a bar with typical Spanish ‘tapas' as well as a night club offering several shows and live music. The resort offers a wide variety of amenities and activities to entertain adults and children, including two swimming pools and a children's park.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Honestly, massive praise for this location, beautiful hotel, very clean, friendly staff, nice food, beautiful room, a MASSIVE shoutout to Jose Fernandez in the Fun Bar, honestly goes above and beyond for you, such a polite, happy, beautiful human, easily gave us the best service we have had on our week stay!!

Enjoying my stay at Spring Hotel Bitacora, would highly recommend Aka Dogman is very entertaining and funny and william is a very nice person and would suggest this place to family and friends
We checked out of the Bitacora today, we as a family, cannot fault it. The room was spotless, beautiful view of the pools, cleaned when we wanted it to be (which can be daily). The entertainment team are worth their weight in gold, every single one of them deserve alot of recognition for how great they are. The shows are good, pool entertainment and activities were great. Our children loved the water slides which were always manned by a lifeguard. We had a photo shoot booked with the photographer on the rooftop and he was also so lovely and took some amazing photos. He didn’t even make us feel pressured into buying them, which was lovely. All inclusive for the drinks were really good, could have absolutely any spirit, didn’t need to have house spirits, beers or wines which was good to see as alot of places only offer house drinks. Pool bar was quick and varied food for all tastes. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Bitacora, you made our stay one to remember!
