Don’t listen to social media
I’d like to write this review for everyone worrying about things in this hotel seen on social media. My wife and I are here with two kids (8 and 18 months) and they both have had a perfect week of fun. My 8 year old has loved the kids clubs, the pools and slides and has rarely wanted to leave the hotel. My 18 month old has loved the baby pool, the dance floor in the fun bar and the big park. The entertainment staff are absolutely amazing with children and it would greet her by name every time they saw her. The kids clubs are amazing, you can drop 4-12 year olds off for entertainment so you can go do other things. Breakfast was the same most days, and very enjoyable. Evening food was to my tasting on about half the days of our stay, and half not, which I blame on my fussiness and their need to cater for everyone. I would 100% come back to this hotel again.
