We stayed here for 9 nights in a superior studio apartment.. this had everything we needed.. like electric hob and oven, toaster, kettle 52 inch television which you could sign into your netflix account and most importantly air conditioning... the room was cleaned , towels changed and bed sheets changed every day.. the shower and toilet are modern.. just can't fault the room..the whole complex caters for everyone.. kids area and an adult only area.. the only negative thing is that there are a lot of apartments been renovated, so obviously there is building work going on.. but that will be a good thing in the future... the only turn off about the area is that there are to many lucky luckies... they are everywhere and it's annoying.. but the hotel is fantastic.
Lovely room, great facilities and attentive staff. Would definitely return. We had a superior two bedroom apartment, full kitchen facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Balconies front and back of the apartment which was lovely in the morning and evenings. Very clean hotel and housekeeping were excellent. Brilliant location for families
First time to Tenerife and wasn’t disappointed.
We chose self catering option which was fine, there’s an excellent shop across the road that sells everything you need. Food on site is also good and lots of restaurants to choose from.
Very close to beach and stunning sun sets
One thing I messed up on was not checking options. Our room had no air-con, the pool is sea water (kids hated it) and beds not very comfy but we had a great time and it’s a lovely hotel if you can get a better room etc.
Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Location exceptional. Atmosphere fabulous around the hotel. We had a refurbed room so we cannot complain, two single beds pushed together in a double bedroom for a family of 3 which was a bit of a hindrance. Requested a cot but had to remind staff as we didn’t have it the first night. Cleaners come in everyday place is spotless. Our room was facing the golden mile so its noisy, and lots of noise above us, also a leak in the room where we could hear water dripping along the walls during the night. Just an FYI the pools are salt water- which absolutely burn the eyes off of you. A big let down for us. The kids area- life guard basically sits back and the kids run riot. We have a smaller boy and it was mayhem we had to keep him in the adult pools with us as it was a tad unsafe for him with how manic it was. The one elevator in the hotel which is small if you have a buggy/big family has been broken for a few days which isn’t ideal to get to your room taking the stairs carrying kids and buggies. Staff around the hotel are friendly and overall a nice experience but I’m questioning whether we would come back to stay here to be honest especially for what you pay for it as we are staying for 10 days. And we as a family wouldn’t think twice about paying a sum of money for something we enjoy. I think more so for older children around 8/9/10 that can manage the slides themselves etc.
Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Parque Santiago III This is our 8th trip to Playa del las Americas, we wanted a hotel with a more relaxed pool area for children, which allowed inflatables.
We booked directly with the hotel and was relived to find out that we had a updated room - with air conditioning, our studio was in the main reception block facing the golden mile, couldn't hear any noise from the bars or restaurants. The location is good, staff work hard to keep the areas clean. Our room was cleaned everyday, with clean towels provided. Staff at the front desk were helpful too. We have always loved the supermarket directly opposite the hotel - it's always well stocked and clean.
We found out before our trip that the main pools were salt water, googles are a must for children. It's strong so we all went prepared. However the kids pool area and slides is chlorine, which is a welcome relief.
Overall we would stay at the hotel again, despite the salt water, the morning queue (rush at 9am) to get a few sunbeds together and knowing we would stay in an updated studio with air con.
