Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had 2 dated rooms, beds uncomfortable, ceiling fan....yes, this day and age ? requested 2 rooms next to each other & on ground floor - ignored. power points in these rooms are deadly - with 1 directly over kitchen sink ! smell of pure sewer from 10 am in the morning. - oh the joys. sun rises around 9am, directly over Cleopatra hotel, no shade so i asked for a parasol - denied ! yet Cleopatra hotel have them on top floor balcony's - so the excuse of them blowing over, well unreal. not to mention, hardly any room to charge mobility scooters, which were at the other side of the complex, long flight of stairs ! Pools were a free for all - 9am prompt opening like its a black Friday sale....honestly, this hotel we waited 3 years to get in it....however, needless to say never again. unfriendly staff, over rated hotel, very salty pool. looks good on the outside, but don't let looks deceive you. pictures will follow.
We have just returned home from another wonderful stay in Parque santiago 3. Every year it just seems to get better and we enjoy it even more than the previous year! We are a family of 4....2 adults & 2 teenagers and we stayed 11 nights in a superior 2 bedroom apartment. From the moment you arrive nothing is too much trouble and the lady I was dealing with on reception called Melanie was outstanding. The first apartment we were given, we weren't overly keen on as it had a small balcony but Melanie went out of her way to sort an apartment we were happy with and actually gave us a choice of 2 to pick from! And OMG the apartment we moved to was AMAZING,It was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom completely renovated..it had a huge balcony both upstairs & downstairs with sunloungers on both balconies looking out over the pools! Everything about these apartments is fabulous. The cleaners come every day and all the staff are so friendly. There is building works going on at the moment but it didn't effect us at all. The whole place is amazing, everything inside & out is spotless. You have a choice of pools and we always got sunloungers no matter what time we went down to the pool and there is plenty of parasols aswell. Before we left we booked again for next year and the Loyalty team are so helpful..I also need to mention the lady Saray who I booked again with, she was so friendly and extremely helpful. Everyone that works in Parque Santiago 3 goes above and beyond to help in anyway they can. It is a fabulous place and we wudnt stay anywhere else in Tenerife!!
Family of 4.....Second time staying here, it's perfectly situated on the golden mile. Room was one of the older dated rooms. Wasn't a problem for us beds comfortable enough. Was supposed to have a resort view but luckily got a sea view! Salt water pool seems to get some bad reviews but I have two young ones that were never out and neither complained about it. Kids pool they enjoyed it most of their time spent in bigger pool. Girls gave this a 10/10 so if they enjoyed the holiday then so have we 😂 Reception was first class, Marie booked us shower room (30 mins)as we couldn't keep on our room as apartments were all allocated to new arrivals.
We were Lanzarote block and I was told building work happening ......never heard a thing full holiday. Maids every day I think, changed towels etc.
Over all we had a great stay

We all loved our stay at Park Santiago III. The apartments were spotlessly clean and the room service exceptional. The pool areas, restaurants and bars were all very good and the surrounding areas were very well maintained. We were very well looked after by Teresa Miranda, Loyalty and Guest Care Manager who was very welcoming and helpful with arranging a courtesy room on our last day. We all had such a lovely time and are already planning our next visit. We can't wait to return.
