This aparthotel is situated within walking distance, about 800 metres, from the closest local beach, known as Las Vistas and it is conveniently located approximately 100 m from the nearest shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Guests will find the nearest public bus stop at around 100 m from the hotel. This is a perfect place for families with children that wish to spend a nice holiday by the sea.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Location was good. It is centrally located on the playa los americas area. Atmosphere is contemporary. There were other customers not happy that the entertainment was inconsistent. My relatives have been coming for >15 years and we had never experienced being forced to endure dance music all day and at night it was full blast entertainment until just after 11pm, every night. We could barely talk and forget sleeping early. They wouldn’t move them despite asking multiple times and only sometimes did they turn down the music. It was as if they were trying to make the entire poolside of the hotel have a stage-side experience. It was way too loud and I have tinnitus which left my ears ringing for a couple of hours into the night. Rooms were sparse. There was a burn mark on my couch. Even more strange for a non-smoking property. Which we occasionally smelled pot and cigarette smoke. Bed base was dirty- see pictures. Linens were dirty- see pictures and sheets had rips and stains- see pictures. Can’t comment on the food as I didn’t eat on the property.
We have been coming here for years & loved the place. Now its terrible, head banging loud music around the pool all day. Terrible acts again so loud you cant have a conversation whilst sat on your balcony. The level of cleaning is on par with 1 *. There are 3 of us and only 2 towels left for us. The Bathroom floor was mopped but was filthy when dried. Its sad to see & for us the end of an era. We will not come again
The location for this hotel is perfect. 2 minute walk and you’re in safari centre and another 2 minutes, you’re at the beach front.
Hotel facilities are great! Lovely pool and bar areas.
Rooms are well equipped and spacious. We had a one bedroom deluxe. They don’t have air con though and I think it’s the one thing that let it down. You can hire a unit though, which I recommend. Also the room doesn’t have an iron. Again, you can hire one.
Great row of bars next to the hotel. Great little Chinese called Pekin Garden next to them too that’s open late.
All in all, great hotel and we are going back in Feb - but booking the air con and taking an iron.
Me and my girlfriend spent 10 days in this hotel and it was fantastic the room was great and pool was great the staff were very friendly and helpful all around the hotel I would definitely recommend this hotel
We stayed in this hotel last week it is a lovely hotel we had self catering apartment never had a problem getting a sunbed but even though it states clearly no using towels to reserve them this was ignored by a few people and really no need for it we seen towels on some until afternoon with no one on them if rule was enforced a bit I think it would stop the sunbed blocking , also one other little bug bear was there was people not just vaping but smoking at pool right beside bar area and no one stopped them the older gentleman who checked us in was lovely and a pleasure to deal with Unfortunately there was a younger man on duty next day, when we got back to room we had no towels and my daughter went down to reception because phone wasn’t working he wasn’t very helpful and said they’ll bring them back later they take them away to wash then !! When my daughter asked if we could get one and a Bathmat as we wanted a shower before going out he again said later but eventually said he ask Now is a lovely spotless hotel and would recommend it no problem it is very convenient just couple minutes from golden mile yet none of the noise carriers apartments are spacious and modern
