Built as a typical Spanish village with an area of 32.000mt², it is the perfect place to enjoy the holidays with family or friends. It has a wide and delicious variety of food and drinks at our buffets, a lot of different daily activities and fantastic night shows for entertainment. All designed to make the most of the experience of our “All Inclusive”. The Park Club hotel is located in the so called “Golden Mile” of Playa de Las Americas, just a few steps from a wide pedestrian promenade with large shopping centers, restaurants, entertainment and varied nightlife. Also, a few meters away is the nearest beach where you can relax and enjoy the warm days on the island.
Dip into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a water slide and an outdoor tennis court. Additional features at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
It was amazing I would do anything to go again the people are so so nice and supportive service was amazing noise level it was really good aswell
Me and my family came to tenerife after not being for 10 years and first time staying at Park Club Europe. Location was brilliant so close to all amenities, right next to the Golden Mile, atmosphere fabulous, animation team are brilliant i have never known an animation team to go above and beyond as much as these guys do, they are a credit to the hotel, the shows of a night were fabulous! Rooms were great, clean and spacious. Only thing that let it down for me was that they don't have any AC which was a struggle but we didn't let it spoil our holiday, they did have ceiling fans. For an all inclusive i must say i do usually find it hard to eat and find the repetitiveness of the food a struggle, but not here, there was a wide variety for all and themed nights i particularly loved were the oriental and german buffet! I would return if they got ac we had a brilliant time and memories to last forever.
Good value for money and good location, the cats and animals around the property were an amazing addition. Most of the animation team were really friendly too and could tell they work hard! Negatives were that the rooms were not clean, floors were filthy for the whole stay. There is also a poorly cat who is unwell with a broken paw- after speaking to staff and other guests it has been broken for 3 years and nobody has taken it to a vet which would be free (we rang a vet and checked). Some of the staff were not very friendly, particularly some of the bar staff. We would be waiting in the queue for a drink and he would serve the men their beers first who didn’t have to queue. This left us feeling that they did not like the English or the females. Also no bottled water to take to your room at an all inclusive is poor!
To be honest the staff, entertainment team and the food made this 3 star hotel feel 4 stars.
Rooms are a little tired and no air con makes it a little warm and difficult to sleep at night but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for it,
Ramon behind the bar “eh up me duck” and Fabiënne, Manon and Francesca from the entertainment team were outstanding and so nice., especially Fab!
Food was varied and hot and plentiful despite being a buffet and was cooked really well.
We didn’t really have any issues with getting a sunbed but it was late in the season so maybe we were lucky.
Great trip for a lads long weekend, would recommend.
We enjoyed our stay here and the entertainment team were very good . The hotel served a good variety of food including speciality nights . Only down side the hotel charges to use the safe in your room .
