DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER last 12 photos are how the room is advertised the first 38 photos was what we actually got! We arrived at the apartment just after 10pm on 27/6/26. The male at Reception was very nice and explained everything. We got our key cards and went to our apartment number 330. I have never walked into a dirtier accommodation anywhere in the world! I appreciate if you want 5 star you need to pay for it, however there has to be a basic standard of cleanliness and condition. This place was beyond shocking, it was so run down and dirty. Very old worn furniture, disgusting stained couch that we wouldn’t even have sat on. There was no way we would have walked on the floors bare foot, or touched the bedspreads. The photos speak for themselves. It was like a brothel!

I did go to reception to complain but there were no other available rooms. The make at reception checked and advised he had nothing else to offer, and I would have to wait until Monday 29/6/26 to speak to a manager. The hotel was at full capacity as there was some huge music festival in las Americas this week. The male at reception agreed the room was not of an adequate standard and told me all rooms were of an equal standard/condition. He fully understood why I would not want to stay in it. We checked out 40 minutes after arriving, When we checked out it was a different male, when I showed him the photos and asked him if he would stay there he said “no”

I would not have put a dog in That place, I’ve seen better and cleaner kennels! We could not get anything in las Americas due to the festival, so we managed to book an apartment 25 minutes away by taxi. An apartment’s the same star rating which was palatial in comparison.

Please note that I emailed the apartments customer service weeks before arrival asking for a bright fresh room. I also spoke to their customer service on the phone expressing my request. I was told they would try to accommodate my request. Male in reception advised that my request notes were there, but they had not been looked at by him prior to my room being allocated.

There were displaced ceiling tiles

Bedroom door facing, half off with a hole in the wall.

Stained dirty marks on the wall

Dirty grubby doors and woodwork, Round the doors, and skirtings, thick with dirty grime

Disgusting dirty curtains, I didn’t even want to touch them

Old dirty bed covers, no way was I touching them

Hairs on the bathroom tiles and toilet

Dirty grubby grouting on wall and floor tiles

Ceiling fans with long term dust

Kitchen cupboard falling apart horrible dirty broken wood cupboard doors

2 pieces of cardboard stuck in the smoke alarm! Would not have passed a fire test!

The place was stinking with a foul smell!

I stuck my guns and did receive a full refund for the accommodation. I also found the male manager extremely rude and offensive

room number 418. on arrival everything was fine never took a deposit at all so watch out if it’s pick and choose or they have completly stopped it. as i was taking pictures for my review i came across DIRTY boxers at the top of the wardrobe so that completely threw me off, who knows how long they have been there so cleaners need to up what they are doing. ( will insert pics) we discovered that within the 4 days we had been their air con had never been working even though one of the guys came up on the second day to say that it just needed reset. didn’t work again my partner hadn’t slept properly within these 4 days due to the heat and also feeling severly unwell . went down to say about getting it sorted and service man came up which couldn’t fault him at all he explained it was broke after his attempt to fix, got a fan did nothing really. the next morning we got moved a diffrent room which was great very cooled down aswell , although the patio door didn’t lock which made me feel pretty unsafe . just b aware you are probably paying for what you get and if you don’t like loud noise/ not sleeping it’s definitely not for you. couldn’t fault the workers as they were so pleasant with us . but definitely rooms need updated/cleaned thoroughly
