This superb beach hotel is located on a quiet street, lying on the outskirts of Playa de las Americas. Playa de Troya and the town centre are to be found just 450 metres away. The international airport is situated just a 15 minutes' driving distance from the hotel. This charming hotel enjoys a modern design. The interior is elegantly designed, exuding an air of peace and serenity. The guest rooms are well equipped with modern amenities, offering comfort and convenience. The hotel features a range of excellent facilities, meeting the needs of every type of traveller.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We’re just home from our 6th stay at this hotel and amazing as usual. The rooms are cleaned everyday. The girls at reception, bar staff and cleaners are all brilliant, extremely helpful and friendly. We would like to give a special mention to Natalia the receptionist, she was always more than happy to help and really helped make our holiday great - she’s a credit to the hotel. Atmosphere is great, there’s pool parties, music by the pool and the entertainment team is fun too. The location is great for my wife as it’s very accessible.
We arrived home today after a week at Olé Tropical and what more can I say than what an amazing time I had. From the staff, to the great pool activities to the entertainment. I want to personally thank Diego, Manu, Tamas, Vlad and all the other staff on the entertainment team for the best and funniest week. Great food, great music! Beautiful room, cleaners kept it nice and clean every day. All inclusive is a great value for money! A nice touch was staff regularly handing out treats for all the guests whether that be shots at the evening entertainment or ice creams/mojitos around the pool! Im already looking to rebook for early next year 🤩🫶🏻
easy check in experience and our room was ready early, room did however look more basic than shown online and slightly more dated, the room also stunk of cigarettes which we tried to air out during our stay but it didn’t really help, there’s a lack of ventilation in the bathroom, 1 small window which doesn’t fully open and even if it did opened onto the corridor. using the air conditioner in the room also made it smell wierd, think it needs to be cleaned out or upgraded. great balcony with a decent view. we had an issue one day with housekeeping coming into our room when we did not want, we had placed the do not disturb sign on the door however when we returned the room was cleaned (not complaining about the clean just that we were not prepared for it, had things everywhere including money and passports), and the do not disturb sign was on the floor in front of the door. the hotel has fantastic facilities, a great pool. the drinks from the bar were good, had a good few cocktails included to choose from and it was easy to get your moneys worth. the dining room thankfully was not strict on the dress code which was shown online, an okay selection of food, good pastries etc at breakfast, not always the best selection at evening for picky eaters. an overall good atmosphere at the hotel, a good level of relaxed and things to do. mid day checkout was fantastic, great luggage storage for us whilst we headed out before our flight, we also both had a shower, which they provided us towels for. overall I would say a good value for money hotel however some room for upgrades/improvements.
Unfortunately, our stay raised several concerns that I believe warrant attention from hotel management.
Our room door failed to lock properly for approximately 48 hours, despite reporting this to reception four times. This caused serious concerns regarding the security and safety of our room.
There were also multiple electrical sockets coming away from the walls, which raised concerns regarding electrical and potential fire safety. These issues should be investigated against the applicable Spanish electrical regulations, including Real Decreto 842/2002, and the Canary Islands requirements for tourist accommodation.
The hotel was generally poorly maintained, with dirty bedding, dirty pools and repetitive food. Some reception staff were also rude and dismissive when we raised these issues.
We also requested late checkout around 72 hours before departure, but were told we had to wait until the day itself. After waiting in reception, we were eventually told the room was required for incoming guests, despite receiving no clear explanation beforehand.
At the pool bar, we felt there was inconsistent treatment between guests, with some appearing to receive preferential treatment.
The positives were the fantastic entertainment team, excellent restaurant staff and good location.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the maintenance, cleanliness, security and customer service require significant improvement. Given the safety concerns experienced, particularly the faulty door and electrical sockets, I believe these matters should be properly investigated rather than treated as routine feedback.
Nice clean hotel and room, not much entertainment probably 1hr every night from 9.30pm, food was ok but monotonous, 1 of entertainment staff was touchy fealy around female guests which i confronted him about his behaviour.but wouldn't go back.
