Just came back from 10 days at this hotel and it’s honestly one of our favourite holidays.
Ideal location. The bungalows are perfect for a longer stay as you have the ability to cook if you want to and fridge/ freezer to keep any shopping in. Lounge area is great as it means you don’t have to sit on the bed and if someone gets up early means they have somewhere to go. Lovely and clean
Not a single complaint about the staff. Juan, Baxter (waiters) reception team and the entertainment team were so lovely. Nothing seemed too much hassle and made a real effort to speak to us which is always nice. Food was provided even though we arrived about 10pm which was so appreciated after a long journey so meant we didn’t need to go out and find something. 2 of us are fussy eaters and we had no trouble everyday with the food which was a relief. Plenty of places to sit even as a group of 6 so we were able to sit together
The two pools was nice as you weren’t all cramped by one so could properly relax or use the sunbeds at the room which was a great bonus.
