This holiday-complex which is located in the entertainment district, welcomes its guests at just 100m from the tourist centre of Playa de Las Americas and a mere 50m from the sea. The famous beaches of southern Tenerife start just 200 metres away, but the tranquil surrounding of the venue make it seem as if one is on an uninhabited island. This feeling is enhanced by the atmosphere in the spacious bungalows, all of which come with fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms, perfect for enjoy a good night sleep after a day of basking in the sun. Speaking of the latter there are plenty of options - from the four outdoor pools all heated in the winter, the multifunctional sports facilities and the bicycle rental services, one can spend each waking moment outdoors. There are also quite a few choices for relaxing - a soak in the Jacuzzi, massage or a good book in the quiet garden. It is the perfect choice for any vacation; the hotel boasts spectacular beaches, outstanding service, and thrilling activities.

Probably the BEST hotel in Tenerife
This is our third trip to HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife in 2 years - we keep coming back because the team are AMAZING! The hotel motto is that we are family, and we truly feel that here. We love Ezequiel, Marco Polo, Jesus, Frankie, Ana and Marta for making every meal special. Ezequiel and Marco are great at making the little ones feel comfortable (I cannot believe my kids ate that many lollies!) Jorge, Peque and Quintero make great cocktails! They always serve with a smile and they are a fabulous bar team. Anthuan, Lety and Cristina are the best Reception team ever, we love catching up on the latest news!! These are the same team members from last year, this year we met Baxter, Viti and Macarena who are adorable and their smiles and professional customer service add a lot to the HD brand. We have missed out the names of the animation team, but they are always so enthusiastic and really add brightness to every day. We have to make a special mention for the housekeeping team, they are constantly cleaning, this is one of the CLEANEST resorts we have been to! The repairs team are on top of everything and the standards are so so high.
Our daughter had a birthday out here and the team sang her happy birthday as a surprise, which made her day. The restaurant is so so clean, the food is varied (although this time my eldest struggled to find as many vegetarian options as usual, but the hotel was so so busy as it was August holidays, so maybe this was why?) We have the emblem villla, which is worth the upgrade for the drinks and bali bed alone. The hotel is in a great location, just off the strip but so quiet in the evening. You can really relax here but if you want nightlife, it's just outside the gate. We have always felt safe in this little corner, as there are always lots of people around. Left is Los Cristianos, right is Costa adeje. Plenty for the family to do, or just relax in the pool! My family says this is one of the best resorts we have been to, they trust the team and that it makes them feel at home. 1000% recommend to any families or couples, able bodied or not (the accessibility is amazing too).
