Of course it's not just about how many amenities a hotel has, but how good they really are. For instance, the H10 Las Palmeras has three swimming pools, including the children's pool, and they're all wonderful. The main outdoor pool looks like a big clear lagoon, partly surrounded by spectacular trees and vegetation. You won't be able to resist taking a dip at every opportunity.
Then there's the choice of where to eat. The hotel boasts two restaurants (and four bars), offering an exceptional standard of service and tempting selections for all palates. And because the H10 Las Palmeras is so well situated, you'll have direct access to the beach and the Playa de Las Americas promenade, with all of its many places to eat and drink.

By the sea with direct access to the beach promenade and surrounded by extensive sub-tropical gardens, H10 Las Palmeras is a large well-equipped hotel in Playa de Las Americas. Rooms are comfortable with top class facilities. Guest amenities include three swimming pools a choice of restaurants and bars, and facilities for children. Guests receive FREE entry into Orchid Gardens in Puerto de La Cruz.
Our stay at H10 Las Palmeras was excellent. We had a great time as a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The entertainment team was also fantastic throughout our visit.
The water polo and volleyball sessions in the pool, led by Alex (5 stars for Alex), were definitely a highlight of each day. Alex is a real asset to the H10 entertainment team thanks to his great sense of humor, positive energy, and enthusiasm. He really knows how to get everyone involved and create a fun atmosphere.
The food was also good and about what you would expect from a hotel. There was plenty of choice, the staff were friendly, and there was always enough space to sit and enjoy your meal.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend H10 Las Palmeras!
In the middle of a two week stay . The hotel is a credit to the Management and staff . They made us welcome and we have a lovely room on the eighth floor. A special thanks to Gabriel who literally went the extra km to find a single gluten soy yoghurt. Reminded us of Thomas who was so kind years ago.
We persuaded friends to try Tenerife for a change as we always have a second holiday per year with them. This hotel was a great disappointment . Reception staff are sour and not very welcoming . Rooms are tired and shabby . Food is hit and miss , not very appetising at all. The gate off the promenade is locked at 12 am but there is no sign to warn you so if returning after 12 am you have to walk all the way around. The security staff, pool attendants and the housekeeping staff are really friendly and greet you with a smile and friendly greeting. Entertainment is shocking ! Abba was the only show worth seeing . On a positive note the hotel is well positioned for getting out and about , the pools are lovely with good steps to access . We definitely would not recommend and certainly will not return to this hotel.
We arrived with 3 small kids around 1:30pm and room wasn’t ready till 3 so be prepared to wait! We stayed in 2bed Appartment just off the pool area (good location) Appartment are nice for family with air con in every room Be prepared for poor WiFi signal both in apartment and around pool area very frustrating To use the safe in room is an extra cost which I’ve never heard of also no iron in apartment Pool bar is pretty standard it’s hit and miss food wise Staff at pool bar aren’t the friendliest Overall location is perfect as you are 15/20min walk to main strip Hotel is lovely just a few tweaks could be made
Mixed feelings, we went as a family of 4, with our 2 grown up children. The hotel itself has a great entrance lobby and reception with bar overlooking the pool. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The food is great with plenty of choice each day. The evening entertainment was good. The pool is lovely and well kept.
Now the areas that could be improved - no water is available if you are half board you have to pay for drinking water, have never known this in any 4 star hotel. No kettle provided, you have to pay and then no refills of tea and coffee - again more 3 star facility. No iron in room. You have to pay for safe. Staff in restaurant left us waiting for ages for a drink and laughed at my daughter when she asked for a pina colada, only beer or wine available otherwise yoy have to go to the bar. Staff were generally uninterested in any interaction, the friendliest staff by far were the cleaners.who do a great job 👏 Very few smily faces. On our last day we are checking out at 3am due to flight, there was no option to swap breakfast for lunch, or even just take a croissant for the journey, just a flat no, tough luck- you loose out. When we arrived after the 3pm check in time we had to wait in lobby with a buzzer, a welcome drink after our long journey would have gone down well whilst we waited but there were none. All in all we had a great holiday but there were no little touches like we have experienced at other similar priced 4 star hotels to make this place shine sadly and we probably wouldn’t return for those reasons
