Location is superb. Right in the centre of everything.
Lovely atmosphere in the hotel.
Room was inadequate for the money we paid and had a damp smell. Manager agreed and moved us to a suite immediately.
We paid for privilege treatment but found it very hard to get booked into the restaurant, however, the all inclusive buffet was very nice and in particular one of the waiting staff, Tommy, made our experience special when he went to great lengths to make sure I got a wine that I liked. ❤️
Avoid if your with kids
AVOID! Out here just myself and boy. Clearly not a 4 star. Ive stayed in better rooms at 3 star stag parties. Rooms are small and out dated, no coffee machine (as a 4* would), bedside light falling apart had to pay €50 for an ironing board €20 deposit.
Worst part about it is the complete lack of room for night entertainment. No room at all! Parents and children standing for hours. First night we had to sit on a lounger by the pool, we've sat on rocks and steps leading to bar just to watching the night entertainment.

Brilliant stay
We had a fantastic stay at H10 Las Palmeras in Tenerife and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a great holiday.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt relaxed, welcoming and well organised. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the seafront and within easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and bars of Playa de las Américas.
Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool areas were excellent, with plenty of space to relax, and the whole hotel had a really enjoyable atmosphere.
A special mention has to go to the staff, who were friendly, helpful and consistently welcoming throughout our stay. The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone.
Overall, H10 Las Palmeras gave us exactly the holiday we were looking for. Great location, lovely facilities, excellent staff and a really enjoyable atmosphere. We would definitely return!

Family holiday
We had a wonderful stay at H10 Playa de las Américas. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, shops, and restaurants, making it perfect for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent.
The staff were especially impressive – friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The food offered plenty of variety and was delicious, and the pool area was a great place to unwind, the entertainment was fantastic too. This is our 2nd time at this hotel and would certainly come back again.
Perfect stay for families
The location is perfect and the hotel has such a great atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping team are excellent. The value for money is outstanding.
We visited 10 years ago, but this time we came with our children, and the food was just as good, if not better, than we remembered!
The production team are fantastic, and our kids absolutely loved the kids’ club. They wanted to go back every day! A special thank you to Alex for making the children feel so welcome, helping them enjoy the kids’ club and making the evening entertainment so much fun for them.
We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return again!
