Would not stay here again!
Nice hotel, great location, very clean, good pool areas. The food however is awful in the resturant. I'm not a fussy eater but there was nothing i liked, we were all inclusive but had to go out for breakfast and evening meal most days as the food was that bad. One evening we thought we would have soup instead of going out and paying for another meal out, only to find it was Egg soup. Check out is 12pm the maid was knocking on door from 11.15 am! When we checked out they told us that the all inclusive was finished, even though our tranfer wasnt until 18.00! Would not stay in this hotel again.
Lovely Stay
Just back from a 12 day holiday at this hotel and i can say was a fantastic time. Had a family room which was great and spacious. Had a fridge which was good to store stuff in. Atmosphere in the hotel during the day and at night time was amazing and thats to the amazing entertainments team, a special mention to Acomar, he was so entertaining to the kids from his start time to finishing time. He went above and beyond. For all inclusive food it was really good, i am a fussy eater but was always something, pool snack bar really good. We would return again
Not much for 4 star
Hotel has a potential but at the moment i wouldn’t go back there It was boring and most of the activities wee for kids Food was boring and plane Beds very uncomfortable and hard Pool was dirty No menu for all inclusive so we end up looking what people are getting or ask around
Lovely hotel
Enjoyed the hotel. Was fab and everything was great. All I will moan about is those bloody people and their towels around the pool haha.
