Situated only 100 metres away from the next beach, the family-friendly hotel enjoys a wonderful setting in the renowned holiday resort of Playa de Las Américas in the southwest of Tenerife. A wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment venues can be found in the surrounding area. The Magma Art & Congress Centre and the Las Américas Golf Course are within a short stroll. The hotel offers a fantastic pool area with two large outdoor pools and a children's pool as well as a large sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The wellness area will everyone’s favourite. The buffet restaurant serves delicious Canarian and international food. The modern rooms have all the needed amenities to spend the best and most memorable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Hotel was lovely but no kids club and we tried a few times and food was boring the child waited all week for Micheal Jackson act but on the night they had a women singing I was not the only family going mad I would stay but only b and b
Amazing holiday! Staff have all been so lovely with quick drink service at the buffet and bars and the receptionist even gave us a bag of snacks when we arrived as we missed the all inclusive that day. The atmosphere has been amazing too! Always stuff going on by the pool in the day and the entertainment at night has been great too. Cleanliness has been great, clean towels everyday and room service everyday. we had a slight aircon issue and it was resolved immediately. The room has been lovely, the bed is so comfy and lots of storage space for clothes. The hotel is in a prime location for other food locations and bars, can quickly get onto the main strip aswell as some other bars surrounding which have been great and easy to get to and from. Seeing as we are right on veronica strip you actually can’t hear the noise of the strip which has been great! Overall, the options for food and drink and the staff have made the stay worth it and enjoyable. The hotel as a whole has been one to never forget, it’s stunning! Would recommend to anyone wanting to come to tenerife
We’ve had a great stay at Alexandra gala. All of the staff are lovely and the entertainment team are great, invite you to join but are not pushy or overwhelming and allow you to get involved however you see fit. Good location as near to lots of anmenities however is very near to the Veronica’s strip so bare this in mind before booking if that is something you wish to avoid. Taxi’s are all very cheap and accessible in the area. Food is great and very much catered to English I would say. We’ve had a brilliant stay and would return.
Great entertainment team and staff at hotel
Staff were brilliant rooms were cleaned spotless everyday, terrific for our daughter the food isn’t but your close to so many different restaurants and the pools are the perfect temperature it was great value for money for the week we spent there we had, we asked to be moved to a higher up room as we were originally on the ground floor and they let us go up and view a room before making a decision, the staff were the best we’ve encountered on the island on what was our third visit
