We would like to inform you that according to our new Green & Smart programme, starting next Summer 2023 season our Coral Suites & Spa (as per 11.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises, except for one designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Hotel Reception / Entrance of the complex, fitted with seating and ashtrays.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 nights.
We got a free upgrade to a corner room which was massive! Cleaners in every day, just ask them to have fresh towels. Everywhere very clean. All staff friendly and welcoming especially barman in lounge bar on the evening (sorry forgotten name).sunloungers reserved every day by 9:30 however lots available on rooftop which we liked.
Non smoking hotel however lots of people vaping (no complaints from us)

Key cards on wristband so not stress about losing them.
Checkout at 12 midday - if you are all inclusive and have a late flight you still lose your all inclusive wristband at checkout
Great hotel but not the best for younger adult couples as entertainment in lounge bar is singers and we don’t know a lot of songs still amazing singers though- only downfall is no music during day and not many cocktails to choose from and very little alcohol in the cocktails but this is us being picky!
Other drinks are great they make strong spirit mixers so have them if you want to feel the alcohols
Overall we would stay again and would be excited to return!

Just back home.Stayed for one week. Hotel n room was spotless. Cleaners were in the room everyday. Beds made. Fresh towels. Aircon in the room great. Not so great in main bar area. Staff were spot on. Some particularly really friendly. We were half board, breakfasts were great something for everyone . Chef cooked omelettes fresh, if you ask. Evening meals were ok. You can pay €4.95 for unlimited drinks whilst having your meal. Pool area and pool clean n tidy cleaned every morning. Need to tighten up on sunbed/ towel situation. Towels on sunbeds then left for a few hours shouldnt, as it says on the signs, be allowed. Did take towels off beds once before 9, but not after that. Saw a few vaping round the pool aswell which signs say isnt allowed yet was. Very quiet around the pool. Thats down to people more than hotel. Some people you have to drag a hello out of. Ideally located. Just a few minutes walk from bars, supermarkets and beach. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. We went September 2026 (with Jet2) and chose the hotel as it was fully inclusive and adults only. We also booked the hotel as the photo’s showed lots of sun-beds and umbrella's.
The location was fantastic, 6 minutes walk from the Hard Rock Cafe, but still in a quiet location. The staff were very friendly, efficient and great to talk to. My wife was practicing her Spanish and they were very helpful :-).
The hotel was ultra clean, especially the pool and restaurant areas. I noticed them testing the pool water quality during the day. Food was amazing, lots of choice and the restaurant staff fab. Empty plates and tables were cleaned within minutes (if not seconds) after finish your food. One night they had a BBQ.
Tip 1:. Ask the restaurant staff (Pedro or Jose) if you want the football on the TV. They also have a separate viewing area with the commentary.
Tip 2: Get a room overlooking the pool (you can also see the sea).
Tip 3: Definitely go all inclusive. The food and bar were fab.
Tip 4: Set your alarm for 2:50pm every day, just before the lunchtime restaurant closes, you can then go in and get an ice cream to eat around the pool!
They don’t allow the reserving of the sun-beds before 9am. This is fab, so you don’t need to rush down at 7am. There were lots of sunbeds available and also on the roof terrace (which we didn’t use). Most importantly, every sunbed had an umbrella which was very important for us, as we find the sun too hot.
They didn’t have loud music blasting out around the pool all day. This was perfect, and in the afternoon there was some background music (not loud which was good). Some pool activities were also organised during the day.
The room key was on your wristband so you don’t need to worry about carrying or losing cards.
The pool area was excellent, quiet, and very close to bar and restaurant.
We could not fault the hotel and every member of staff we encountered was very friendly and efficient. Pedro, Jose (x2), Evelyn and EVERYONE (sorry we don’t know all your names) were fantastic. We arrived at 8:50pm, and the guy on reception told us to leave our bags with him, and to rush to the restaurant to get a meal before it closed at 9pm. Great Service which made our first evening.
Rooms were quite big with a sofa and with very comfy loungers on the balcony. Get a room overlooking the pool. Well worth it. They also had a small kitchen (not used by us) including a fridge and microwave. The room had a safe and you didn’t need to pay extra for it (like some hotels).
Thanks to ALL the staff at the hotel, you all deserve a pay rise!
I notice some reviews only gave this hotel one star. We honestly don’t understand this, especially if you go all inclusive, as we would have given it 6 stars if we could. Being a smaller hotel the evening entertainment was just singers (all good) so if this is important to you, then there are other hotels which have better entertainment.
There was also a gym, but we didn’t use it, I preferred the pool and bar :-)
We will definitely be going back to this hotel.
Firstly this was not the hotel I chose, we were moved from their sister hotel last minute. Fine we thought, the hotel looked lovely and was an adults only… however we didn’t realise we were going to be staying in what I can only describe as the most boring hotel I’ve ever been in! The staff overall were great except Juan Carlos, who is the most rudest hotel member I’ve ever encountered, all week he made us feel uncomfortable including staring my partner up and down every time he walked down the corridor. Vile service.
The hotel has SO many rules you can’t relax, some of these include, no smoking, vaping, music (at the pool), inflatables and random times of bars opening so you never knew when you could get a drink.
The cleaners didn’t replace dirty towels very often even when both were left on bathroom floor daily to indicate we needed new ones. We were never told of details like where to find the spa, check out times, food times etc. And finally on the subject of check out, tv stated 11am and our friends were told at 10.35am that day, it was in fact 12pm and our room were never told.
All in all this hotel is rubbish unless you want to sit in silence and not smile. Don’t bother wasting your money…. Plenty of lovely other hotels around the same area and ones that had people walking out with smiles. Every person we spoke to in the hotel said they spent all their days out of the hotel due to the ridiculous rules and sheer lack of atmosphere, and Juan needs to work on his people skills!! Never again will I be returning.
