We would like to inform you that according to our new Green & Smart programme, starting next Summer 2023 season our Coral Suites & Spa (as per 11.04.2023) will be converted into “NON-SMOKING” hotel, which means that smoking is not allowed in the hotel premises, except for one designated outdoor smoking area adjacent to the Hotel Reception / Entrance of the complex, fitted with seating and ashtrays.

Lovely intimate hotel for a chilled holiday
Positives - location. Short walk to Golden mile/beach and towards Costa adeje. Hotel is clean and tidy, room has great amenities including iron and board. Staff - every member of staff was really friendly. Pool is a good size and temperature perfect. We visited the spa which is small so nice for a quick break from the sun and a massage. Tv has a few English channels if you want some background noise and you can connect phone to it to play own music. Balcony good size with table and chairs and two comfy loungers. All inclusive - drinks station for self serve which has water, hot drinks, sodas and wine/sangria and beer. Gym - large gym and looks great, we didnt use it as I have no intention of working out on holiday :). Negatives - we had a sea view room which looked out on to the road so we did have early morning wakeup from workmen on a couple of days. No bath, only shower, I knew this before booking but I prefer baths . All inclusive, not a large restaurant so not loads of variety but still enough to please most and we managed to eat plenty every meal time and my husband is a fussy eater. We were dissapointed with breakfast, scrambled and fried eggs not nice and rest tasteless. Last day today and there was an omelette station which made a nice change. In the afternoon they play some music but its the same playing every day which gets tiresome but nice to have music. We didnt sit on the rooftop terrace due to no pool but its a lovely area for views and sun worshipping. Evening bar is nice, comfy seats and lots of plug points for last day. Evening entertainment had some really good acts. Angel, solange and the ABBA were great. On the last day, they remove ypur wristband at check out so you dont get lunch if have an evening flight so factor in the expense. All in all, a nice hotel if you want a smaller hotel, adult only and a nice chilled vibe. Would stay again for sure

Amazing holiday
We weren’t initially suppose to stay in coral suites and spa we were suppose to stay in coral California and I’m so glad we were moved. This hotel is brilliant so central to everything! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and had everything we needed! Our room was cleaned to a high standard every day with clean towels. Only thing I would say is there was no music or anything really around the pool during the day music came on at half 4 when everyone was kind of getting ready to leave! However we would defiantly stay here again
Excellent experience at Coral Suites and Spa
Excellent location. Bars , shops and beach a very short walk away. Every area of hotel is spotless. We had a huge suite with very large balcony over looking the pool (pool view was a free upgrade when we arrived). It was my daughter's 40th birthday thd day after we arrived and I emailed the hotel asking if it was possible to put a cake in her room on the day of her birthday. Victoria replied to me very quickly offering a choice of cakes and bottle of bubbly (small charge for this but worth it). Thanks Victoria 😊 👍. Food is good, lots of choice. Pool area great and also extremely clean. Entertain was ok but Angel (singer) was excellent and really funny. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Couple of things visitors to the hotel should know - hotel does not allow smoking or vapping anywhere but a designated seating area at the front of hotel which was fine but the non smoking/ gaping rule includes your own private balcony which I felt was a bit extreme. Another point to be aware of is that your all inclusive band is also your door key and bang on 12 o'clock on day of departure, you key is deactivated. On checking out at 12 o'clock, your all inclusive band is removed meaning you have no access to the all inclusive food or drinks from that point. I questioned this when our bands were removed because we did not arrive until 11pm on our first night and obviously restaurant was closed, as was the bar so we had only had 6 nights all inclusive but paid for 7 nights. The girl at reception advised me our all inclusive was over at 12 o'clock until I questioned this due to our arrival time. She then grudgingly gave us a voucher for lunch and drinks at lunch. This is not offered until you question it and woukd obviously depend on your time of arrival on your first day. Apart from that, all staff were lovely and helpful and this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great hotel
Fantastic hotel for adults only. Rooms very nice and spacious, cleaned every day. We were AI and food lovely, friendly staff. Location great, a very short walk to the Safari centre and main strip. If you’re a smoker or vapour, there is a lovely, comfy area outside main entrance. Great value for money and very low noise level. Will definitely return.
