Located in Playa de las Américas and only 10 minutes from the beach, this family-friendly complex is situated close to a water park and at less than 2 km from the city centre. The Tenerife Sur airport is at 15 km distance. For those wanting to practice their swing, there is a golf course nearby the hotel. Visitors can also find restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. After enjoying a day on the beach, guests might relax in its luminous rooms, which are designed to welcome both couples and families. When it comes to dining, the hotel has a wonderful buffet restaurant with show cooking. Wide range of activities available for the whole family, daily entertainment program and a recreational area featuring table football, billiards and bowls.

We booked to stay here in january 26, but after reading poor reveiws, we wondered whether we should change our hotel. We didnt, so we wernt sure what to expect. We stayed here from 9th / 16th september, and was pleasantly suprised. Room (355) was a little dated, but clean, we were half board and the food was very good all the time we were there, the pool area looked crowded, but we are beach people, and didnt spend any time there, so cant really comment on it. It is a good 20 min / 30 min walk to the beach, but well worth it, but plenty of mobility carts to hire if you struggle to walk that far. Also, we paid less for beds and parasol than we did 5 years ago in benidorm. Bar prices for drinks at the hotel, which were all branded names were very reasonable as well, and even the evening entertainment was good, lots of effort put in by staff and artists alike. Overall, a good value for money hotel, and dont be put off by the negative reviews.
Just back from a 10 day stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and friendly and always say hello. Food is lovely and there is plenty of options which was good as Iam a fussy eater. On arrival we where upgraded to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely surprise that had a massive walk in shower. Will definatley come back, hopefully next year. Sunbeds round the pool get unchained at 10am and 9am on the solarium.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars! What an amazing 12 days we’ve had here. The hotel has been absolutely first class from start to finish. All the staff have been fantastic — polite, friendly and always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our holiday. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. The food has been top marks. Everything was lovely and served nice and hot, with such a great variety of food,pasta, (Do ask for pasta to be heated up tho) meat dishes great, fish, fresh salads, fresh fruit, old-fashioned puddings and loads of lovely cakes for dessert. There really was something for everyone. The breakfast here has been absolutely fantastic. There is such a huge choice, with something for everyone. From a full English breakfast, eggs, bacon and sausages to cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, bread and plenty of other options. Everything is fresh, hot and well presented, and there is so much to choose from that you’re spoilt for choice every morning! A brilliant way to start the day. We were also lucky enough to have a lovely room with a beautiful sea view, and thankfully it was very quiet, which made it even more enjoyable. The hotel is only around 5–10 minutes from the sea, and we spent a few days down by the seaside enjoying the area. There are also plenty of pubs, entertainment and things to do nearby. The entertainment at the hotel has been pretty good too. You can really see that they make an effort to keep everyone entertained and enjoying themselves. And as it was my birthday while we were here, the hotel went above and beyond to make it extra special. We were surprised with a bottle of wine and two glasses, which was such a lovely gesture and really appreciated. 🥂🎂 Overall, we’ve had a fantastic holiday and couldn’t fault the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff for making our 12 days so enjoyable. ❤️ We really have to give a special mention to some of the amazing staff who have looked after us so well during our stay. Stephano, Juan and Abderrahim who works in the restaurant, has been fantastic and always made us feel so welcome. Edgardo the maintenance man, has also been brilliant and so helpful whenever needed. And Angy, Elizabeth and the team at reception has been absolutely amazing — so friendly, helpful and always there with a smile. But honestly, all of the staff have been fantastic. Everyone has been so polite, friendly and welcoming, and they have all played a part in making our 12-day holiday so

Will never go back room was a shambles doors wouldnt shut let alone lock bathroom was filthy and blsck mould floor was all broken you would slice yiu feet open moved to a different room not much better but safer. Food alwats seened cold so ate out.
