Good check in experience staff very informative and friendly 👍 had a senator room on 4th floor which had 2 massive comfortable beds, flat screen TV with UK channels. Good shower. Balcony looking over the sea and mountains. Went HB which suited us, Breakfast and Dinner was very good, something for everyone. Guests were from various nations everyone seemed satisfied with the dishes on offer. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the roof terrace for the quiet great view from up there, The pool area's on the ground floor was family orientated, its a family hotel. The hotel is situated in a excellent area for all amenities, shops bars beach etc. Yhe only grumble was the seats in the Restaurant are well worn and need replacing. The cleaning staff were friendly and did their work well. A very good stay. Thank you Best Tenerife.
It's known as the Best Hotel which is what it is great location food is fantastic with different night selections Fashion shows thought the week with free Paella on a Wednesday with drinks staff are very friendly and helpful air conditioned bed rooms and dinning rooms we can't fault this hotel
Poor service from reception desk. Rude and unhelpful after a long day of travelling.
All the hotel pools are full of worms. Yes, WORMS. And they aren't doing anything to fix it, this hotel should be shut down and health inspectors need to come in. People have had to see a doctor for skin infections… That is unacceptable!!!!!!!! Give me my money back.
We spent a week at Best Tenerife at the end of September to the start of October 2026. We went for bed and breakfast. The hotel is very clean with kind and generous staff at the reception, cleaning the rooms and accommodating the restaurant. There are regular activities such as Aquarobics and Water Polo which are terrific fun. The breakfast food is lovely and doesn’t run out despite how busy the hotel is. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful and kept well and there are smaller pools for children. My only recommendation would be better Wi-Fi connection, as there is no connectivity in the rooms, only in the communal areas.
