So lovely to return
We love this place and have been several times...it never disappoints. Although it was a very quick visit with our daughter, it was well worth every minute. We book Red Level, and it can't be faulted! We had a gorgeous room with a hot tub overlooking the pool, which was amazing. The breakfast overlooking the sea is stunning and afternoon drinks with tapas is a lovely way to finish your day in the sun. One really great thing about coming back is how genuinely friendly the staff are. It's so nice to be welcomed by Jose when we arrive! Big thanks to Vero, Denis, Lucas, Mohammed (Speedy!) and everyone who made our flying visit so pleasant. See you all again in September.

A Stay Worth Repeating
Hotel Palacio de Isora is a wonderful place, but the highlight of our stay was, without a doubt, the Oasis Restaurant. The food is varied, high-quality, and always beautifully prepared.
We would especially like to recognize the excellent work of Erika, Javi, and Beatriz Vega, the restaurant managers, for their friendliness, professionalism, and constant attention to every detail. Thanks to the entire team, every meal was a truly enjoyable experience.
We will definitely be back.

A Wonderful Experience.
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Palacio de Isora, but the highlight was definitely the Qasis restaurant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and the whole team made us feel truely welcome. A special thank you to Beatriz Vega, Erika kindness and attention to every detail. We will definitely be back!
Don’t look further - exceptional
Without doubt, the best hotel on Tenerife. The facilities are outstanding, but what really sets the Palacio de Isora apart is its exceptional staff, who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable. We stayed in the peaceful and luxurious RedLevel section, where the service was first class throughout.
A special thank you to Denis, who kindly arranged our check-in and allocated us a superb suite. Jose was, as always, incredibly helpful, parking our car and taking care of our luggage both on arrival and departure. It was also wonderful to see Vero again, whom we have known for over six years - Vero always makes us feel so welcome and ensures we are well looked after throughout our stay - Red Level has never been in better hands. Finally, it was great to see Mohammad constantly on the move, helping guests with a smile and making sure everyone was looked after. These are the people who make the Palacio de Isora such a special place, and we are already looking forward to our next visit in September.
For anyone considering a stay, there is so much to enjoy.. The lovely coastal path walks are perfect for a relaxing stroll with beautiful views.. The hotel is home to what is said to be the longest pool in Europe, which is truly impressive.. The RedLevel breakfast is simply the best, offering a fantastic start to the day.. The gym is excellent, although we didn’t make use of it on this occasion. There is plenty of daily and evening entertainment to suit all tastes, and the sunbeds are very comfortable, with lovely fluffy towels provided - the pool was a perfect temperature.

Beautiful hotel but !!!!!
Rooms very very small !! Not worth half board as eating in Italian restaurant only - food poor. Pool area nice but pool dated . Roof top bar lovely but quiet . The most horrendous thing is that Wild Cats are welcome !!! As I am terrified of them - my holiday was ruined 😡 The germs that they must leave in the hotel can only be imagined. All in all we were really upset and disappointed with our holiday .
