Yesterday Amazing Hotel and Staff From Miguel and David who i mostly dealt with in reception who were friendly, and always asking how I was doing, and Miguel, you enjoy your Motorbike days out.. Special shout out to the kitchen staff, was always greeted with a smile, and couldn't do enough for you.. And the young lady who made my omelette most days, big thank you.. Cleaning staff, very attentive, rooms were cleaned everyday and to a high standard, when I said leave the room as its doesn't need cleaned, always asked if I needed fresh towels, and would've been happy to clean the room. Overall fantastic hotel, cleanliness of hotel amazing, room view as it said, sea view. Value, for 10 days, I couldn't get some hotels in York or London for what I paid as a solo holiday... I do hope to be back again. Again, big shout out to all the staff... couldn't do enough for you..

5 star stay, can't fault it
If you want a peaceful, relaxing holiday then The Salmar is the place to go. All guests were greeted with a smile and a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival. The hotel itself is spotless with staff cleaning the interior and exterior to a high standard. Rooms are a decent size and well equipped. There is a games room with pool table and a library complete with a turntable and vinyls. Great choice of food for breakfast with eggs cooked to order whether it be poached, fried, boiled, omelette. Good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely coastal walk right outside the grounds and close to supermarket and restaurants. Peaceful, quiet area during the day and also at night. The pool is lovely with lots of sunbeds and chairs available. Outside areas also spotless and pool is cleaned every night. The hotel is new and I believe there will also soon be spa treatments and a gym. Wonderful hotel and the staff are fantastic, they are a credit to the hotel. Would recommend!
Stunning Hotel
Absolutely stunning hotel, the views, the rooms, the pool, the breakfast and the staff are 10/10. Would highly recommend this beautiful adult only hotel for a peaceful Holiday. While lying at the pool especially the balcony area where the jacuzzi it gives vibes of being on a cruise ship. The cleanliness of this hotel is 100%. Most definitely will be back, especially for those delicious frozen strawberry daiquiri cocktails.

Lovely hotel experience
A newly refurbished hotel. A great atmosphere with lots of little professional touches that set it apart from other hotels. The balconies, for example, offer plenty of privacy and have a really comfortable sun lounger. The staff are thoroughly professional and incredibly friendly. There are also a couple of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I travel a lot for work and would love to come back again.

My new favourite hotel
From the moment you arrive you know this hotel is special. Every moment has been considered. The staff are all kind, professional and genuinely seem to enjoy being at work, they were a pleasure to deal with, especially David on the front desk (I didn't catch everyone 's names but all were fantastic).
The room is practical and cleverly designed to maximise the space. To sleep listening to the roar of the waves was beautiful.
There are a great number of beautiful pieces of wall art, furniture, light fixtures, as a big fan of design I truly felt like the hotel was like a museum. The library in particular had a unique atmosphere and felt like stepping back in time.
Breakfast was of a very high quality, as were the cocktails.
I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years but in my opinion this one offers the best value and overall experience for a coastal trip. The hotel truly feels like a boutique, unique experience and offers a very calm and relaxing space for people to really unwind.
Congratulations to all at the hotel, for it really is a masterpiece! I will certainly return.
