Lorendana was our waitress who was extremely helpful and polite. We had a large group however was very accommodating.
Lovely hotel. Big thank you to Loredana in the Breeze bar, for her friendly service. Facilities good, rooms could do with a bit of modernising especially the bathrooms but overally very clean. Super comfy beds!
I tried the perfume making workshop with Angela. It was amazing and she was so knowledgeable and took the time to take us through the different scents! Definitely worth doing if you are part of the Royal level package.

The Royal Level was in our opinion the best experience we have received. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our holiday was the best. This is our second holiday to this Company this year and we had a great holiday,
