Barcelo Tenerife

This is our second visit to the hotel. We had so much fun the first time I was a little worried that it wouldn’t measure up the second visit. However it did not disappoint! The day time activities are fantastic, for all ages. They not only had their own entertainment crew but they also had experts in for jewellery making( wish I booked this) and another day it was candle making, this was lovely, we got to make our own scented candle to take home. Aqua aerobics daily is great fun. All the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, you can tell they are happy in their jobs. I had a birthday while staying at the hotel and received a lovely cake in my room. The beds are so comfortable I could literally sleep all day. Plenty of choice in the restaurants, nothing seems too much trouble. The evening entertainment was also really good, we don’t drink alcohol and usually go to bed early and get up early but staying here you don’t want to go to bed in case you miss something 😉😁 Thank you to all the staff at Barceló golf del sur we will definitely be back.

The hotel was amazing, full of nice and fun activities, lots of good food that switched every day to a different theme. The rooms were good looking and clean. The entertainment team were the best to whom we owe a special thanks to Roger and Samu for all the fun in the sports, bingo and aqua gym. The drinks by the pool were also really refreshing and tasteful thanks to Alejandro, Steven and Filipo. It's a spectacular hotel to relax and have fun!
