Located at the south of Tenerife, 12 km from Playa de Las Américas, this hotel is built in the middle of a volcanic landscape near Las Galletas, profiting from the sunniest area of the island where tropical vegetation and desert landscapes meet. It is located in a large and splendid park in Costa del Silencio and about 20 minutes away from the airport. Guests are sure to be kept entertained throughout their stay here thanks to the complete amenities and facilities. The apartments were built with respect to the local architectural style and are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed here for 4 nights and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The room towels weren't ever changed in the time we were there (even though it said this is twice a week), the bathroom wasn't cleaned whilst we were there - all they did was make the bed each day. There is no air con in the rooms or anywhere in the buildings. There is just a ceiling fan, which just circulated warm air around the room and never actually cooled it. There's a TV in the room, however you have to pay €20 deposit at reception if you'd like the TV remote. The safe was €2.50 a day + a €10 euro deposit Its a very dated hotel which looks like it's had no renovations since the day it was built. The door to the balcony is just a wooden door with a bolt down lock on it, but really stiff to pull back across to close so quite difficult.
The food in the resteraunt on an evening isn't great. As a picky eater, I struggled the first night and ate bread & chips with a bit of rice. The stuff labelled up at the buffet resteraunt was only the basic obvious stuff like chips & rice, but the other stuff wasn't and I think they had a fish item available maybe? Only ate there for dinner once, never had lunch in there but the breakfast was nice - but repetitive and a bit dry by the 3rd day. The snack bar was OK. All drinks are served in paper cups and they ran out of straws all the time and didn't have anymore available. The drinks in the resteraunt you have to serve yourself for and its only wine, beer, water or fizzy pop. Once you check out you have to have your wrist band cut off, so after 12pm you can't get anymore drinks from the all inclusive unless you pay, which isn't good if you've got a late flight and need to hang around. The swimming pool is OK, however the lifeguard tells you off if you use a pool float as they are banned? There are 17 parasols in total for the entire pool area which go very quickly first thing in a morning, however they are the type which are cemented into the ground and can't be moved - so a lot of the day you'll be sat in the sun with no shade which is less than ideal. There are a lot of sunbeds available but they're all very close to one another, and no tables available next to them.
The area the hotel is sat in is dull and there isn't much to do. A shop, couple of resteraunts/bars 5 minute walk but thats all. Ended up getting the bus to the next areas - Los Christianos was about 35 minutes on the bus and Playas de las Americas was at least an hour on the bus - costing about €3/€4 but worth it. Overall, it's a budget hotel but not exactly a budget price and I would pay the little bit extra to go elsewhere.
Yup most definitely NOT coming back!!! 10th time! its gone down hill soo much!!! 5 days on the trot pork is on the menu for both dinner and tea! Lifeguard is a complete tool telling little children not to jump or dive in the pool!!! He's even walking around the back of people sunbathing!! And no music around the pool getting told off by management after 30+people started booing just to please 2 French people!!! I was really looking forward to coming back this time but its been a total disappointment to me!!! But the staff are soo lovely and helpful thats the only thing thats stayed the same!! Walking around the other day finding dog poo on the floor and cockroachs in our room and reception did sweet fa about it
Well it's a 3 star all inclusive hotel on a shoestring the rooms have a fridge hob cutlery and some utensils NO Kettle. bed is comfortable we asked for a double. The room has a tv which you have to pay a deposit for the remote £20. All towels are provided except pool which requires a deposit of 10 euros each no shower or hair soap or shampoo. Lots of power sockets and a fan, there is a safe which requires a payment and you have guessed it a deposit.the bar is good except that all drinks are served in paper cups you can get a glass fir a payment o 3 5 euros take the glass with you or you will get charged again. The pool has loads of beds not alot of umbrellas. The restaurant which serves breakfast lunch and dinner and self service of drinks which includes wine beer real coke sprite fanta and coke zero and beer in small glasses they also have water. I can't dis the food there is always something to make a meal pork chicken chips spuds pasta and fish and sometimes rice pudding and lots of fruit. The wifi is expensive and not good I don't get why they still make make you pay this in Europe. The staff make an effort then they are great. The resort needs a bit of tlc the staff are good lots of things to do archery shooting darts shuffle board and a few others. For a cheap week away in the sun I can't knock it.

if i could this hotel a 1 star i would. PLEASE ignore the good reviews, they are either lying or have been paid to right such nonsense.
Me and my partner booked this and were looking forward to the stay, the photos on the website looked half decent - we weren’t expecting much for a 3 star but what we did expect ( as it was shown on the website) would be FREE WIFI and not a building that is crumbling around you.
i could write a book about the faults on this place but here are JUST a few issues we had.

you have to pay for a tv remote
no air con
you have to pay for towels, which would be okay if they charged you the correct price and didnt overcharge you like they did to us
you get a paper cup for your drinks from the bar that eventually disintegrates in your hand
the staff are awfully rude and clearly cannot be bothered to be there
the food is RANK, it is grey and bland and little to no option - the options we did have, looked like RAT
as you can see in the photos below, the hotel is falling apart around us and it is actually unsafe conditions to be staying in, the fan in our room sounds and looks like it is from PRE 2006 and it will collapse on you at any point. the dirt and grime and mould on the walls really speak for themselves as well. we were put on the bottom floor and were told to not leave windows and doors open for security reasons - that’s ideal !!!!!!!
all i will say is this hotel needs shut down asap!!!!
Just back from a short 3 night stay here as a family. The room we had was a ground floor spacious 2 bed apartment; it maybe could have done with some touch up work here and there but honestly, it’s a room in. 3 star resort so we got what we expected. The beds were comfortable, the fridge was great for keeping drinks cold and the balcony was spacious. My only negative regarding the room is the lack of air con but I knew that before visiting so I was prepared; we just kept the fan on and the balcony door open and we coped.
The food was okay; there was always something for everyone to eat at each meal time but it could have been better. For the kids, they were happy that they could get hot dogs and burgers from the snack bar followed by pancakes later on, and this is what they had for their lunch over food in the actual restaurant.
The drinks were okay; only local spirits included in the all inclusive which again we knew about beforehand so this wasn’t an issue. Little tubs of ice cream are included in the all inclusive and this was great for the kids. The only negative I have regarding the drinks/bar is actually about a particular member of staff who’s name tag I believe said ‘Belen’; she is incredibly blunt and rude. On several occasions I witnessed her speaking to guests in a poor manner and I think she could do with some customer service lessons! For example, there was a young boy (maybe around 11/12) ordering at the snack bar and she actually faked a yawn in his face and rolled her eyes suggesting he was taking too long.
The daytime activities & evening entertainment were minimal but this wasn’t an issue for us as we don’t mind the quieter evenings. The only downside about the entertainment was that there wasn’t anything aimed at the younger guests; there is a mini club but it wasn’t open and the poster on the door stated it was open from March 29th to April 3rd which seems odd. They did ring toss one day and once finished, I asked the man running it if my kids could have a go and he was brilliant with them and let them all have a turn which they enjoyed.
There was never an issue getting a bed by the pool; there are signs stating not to reserve them and that towels will be removed but honestly, most people didn’t put towels out until at least 9am anyway and there was still always plenty of beds free. The pool is manned by a lifeguard each day; during our 3 days there, each day had a different lifeguard and they all seemed to have their own rules. They are quite strict on the no diving rule and were quick to tell people off for doing so; one lifeguard was bothered by people having a ball in the pool where as the other 2 didn’t say anything.
The location of the hotel may be an issue for some as it’s definitely in a quiet area, but again this didn’t bother us as we were happy staying in the hotel given our short trip.
All in all, it was what we expected from a 3 star hotel and I’d be happy to return.
