Located just 500 metres away from the lovely beach Playa del Duque, the luxurious hotel enjoys a privileged position in the exclusive area of Costa de Adeje, in the south-west of Tenerife. The airport is about 15 minutes’ drive away.
From its elevated setting, it boasts breath-taking views over the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera. The extraordinary hotel features a Colonial Canarian style and is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and pool landscape with sun terraces. Guests may be pampered in the spa and wellness area, they can relax in the outdoor pool area, have a delicious meal in the restaurant or some drinks in the bar.
The air-conditioned elegant rooms come with all the amenities visitors need in order to have a pleasant stay. Rooms are equipped with an interactive flat-screen TV, minibar, safety deposit box, kettle, seating area and a separate hydromassage shower and bath.
Monica and Montsea made my stay. They are very energetic and knowledgable. Pilates, Latin dance and face yoga. The staff at this hotel are fabulous, I never felt alone. I asked for a different room as I was working on my laptop and wanted to see the sea and received the most fabulous room I have ever stayed in. Thank you guys for a super stay. I hope to come back soon. The spa needs conditioner and body lotion.
Very well presented and very enjoyable and a great workshop
This hotel is exceptional .The staff cannot do enough for you room with shower and bath is large with great view from a good sized balcony (room 225)Food at breakfast and dinner lots of choice and excellent quality .Had a really relaxing holiday at this wonderful hotel will definitely be back
Here currently on our honeymoon as it was recommended to us ironically by friends who also came here for their honeymoon.
Hotel is lovely. Staff are lovely and surrounding and facilities are very good. The hotel is truly special as it’s surrounded by trees which makes it quite different from a lot of the hotels.
We had a couple of issues early on. One with how far away we were from our children (one of them being 4) but the hotel accommodated a move for us. The other was nothing on arrival in terms of a welcome card which we were initially upset about. However the hotel were perfect and provided us with a lovely card, champagne, balloons and sweet treats which the kids loved! May only be a small thing but it’s massively important when you pay for a special trip and it’s appreciated.
Hotel is located on top of a hill, so it’s a short walk down to the beach, restaurants and bar if you choose to leave the hotel. They do provide some shuttle services.
It is honestly so clean and the hotel staff are all amazing and accommodating. That makes the holiday so much nicer. The pools are all lovely and the table service to your sun loungers is honestly one of the quickest I’ve ever experienced!
My only note to flag would be if you are staying on the ground floor and in room 13 or along that side, you are directly above the kitchen, so the inevitable smells do come into the room. I guess that’s unavoidable, but the air-con definitely isn’t as powerful or as cold as our children’s room across the hall in the 2nd room. Maybe a room spray or a fragrance could be provided 🤷🏻♂️
Siam water park was brilliant and we also went out on a dolphin/whale watching boat which was great fun!
You won’t be disappointed here.
A quality hotel that ticks all the boxes. If you’re after great service, fantastic food, exceptionally clean rooms, and a good gym and spa, then this is the place to stay.
Situated a 15-minute stroll from the centre of Adeje and approximately the same distance from La Caleta, it’s an ideal location if you appreciate a quiet spot overlooking the town.
We stayed bed and breakfast and were not disappointed with the range and quality of food on offer at breakfast.
We also ate at the hotel one evening, at the Italian restaurant, and again, the food and service were exceptional.
The pool areas are spotless, with plenty of sunbeds available even in high season. We also noticed that guests respected the sunbed policy, which isn’t the norm in most hotels we’ve stayed in!
Our room was large and exceptionally clean. It had the largest bed we’ve ever slept in and, for good measure, our own outdoor jacuzzi. This was the result of an upgrade, which we neither asked for nor expected.
We used the gym daily, and it has everything you need for a week away.
The staff are professional and courteous at all times. On more than one occasion, we saw senior management around the hotel, and it was clear that the relationship between the leadership team and staff was very good — possibly one of the reasons for the hotel’s success.
It’s hard to find any negatives, so if you’re looking for a great place to stay in Costa Adeje, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
One tip it’s worth getting a taxi to or from the airport. It’s certainly a good hour quicker than taking a shared transfer.
