We have just returned home from a short break and our first trip to Tenerife. This hotel was absolutely incredible! The room was clean and spacious. We did bed and breakfast. The breakfast was lovely, so much choice and slightly different every morning. Having a teenager with us it was a huge hit with him! Plates were always cleared quickly and we even got treated to a very happy waiter who seemed to sing his way through his shift every morning. The reception staff were so helpful when we asked questions about the area, they were very informative. My daughter left her phone somewhere in the hotel one of the days and the lady on reception rang her contacts to ensure the phone got returned to us safely, which it did. The hotel spa was amazing too and probably one of the best massages I have had. There are certainly cheaper places in and around the hotel to have massages but it was worth every penny to have it at the hotel and be able to just sit back on your lounger again straight after. There were also no issues with sunbeds. We went late in August so not sure if that had anything to do with it but it seemed you couldn't reserve sunbeds unless you were actually intending to sit on them. We never had a issue finding one in the sun while we were there. We were very impressed with this hotel and Tenerife in general. The hotel is in a very good area for family's, restaurants and the beach. Thank you sunwing for a fantastic stay!
My aircon in room didnt work breatfast sausages were not nice bacon ur see in photo such a shame because it was for my sons first birthday on his for ever holiday Each night in room was 24 the said had been fixed they said was left on constant then after 2 days after the final talk to front desk 2 days later offered us a move we only had a few nights left just got in the room was 26 degree the fella come out after the filter was blocked so had never been fixed to top it off blood on r fresh bedding
Stayed here in September 2026 as a family of 3 with a 9 month old baby. Hotel itself is clean and in a great location. Room is clean, although housing cleaning was sometimes coming to our room well in the afternoon after 3pm despite us having been out the room since 9am. The room air con is absolutely terrible. The room temp stayed at around 27 degrees which is unsafe for a baby. I don’t recommend staying here with a young baby as the hotel were completely ignorant to the needs of such. On the day of check out, despite having a nighttime flight we were unable to keep on our room, or any other room. I understand this is subject to availability but I have stayed in hotels before that even if the room we stayed in was required by other guests they always had a spare room somewhere. To keep a baby out of the room from 12pm all the way through to the following morning when landing in the UK is diabolical. I pleaded with reception staff that I had a young baby requiring naps, a shower prior to leaving due to suncream etc, and somewhere to privately feed her and sterilise her bottles etc for the flight. Would not stay here again due to them being simply unable to accommodate young families.
Fantastic hotel, great facilities, amazing staff and children's club was amazing. No booking, just open all day and they can go in and out as they please.
Great location very clean hotel and overall a pleasant stay but …. The pool is small for how many guests there are unless you want to get taken out by a ball or inflatable breakfast was poor barely warm so we only went down twice, rooms clean and spacious although air con didn’t work great and it was 40 degrees outside so would have been nice if it had worked! No real entertainment as a young couple I wouldn’t book again however if you’ve got kids then maybe it will suit you
