Sunset Bay Club is situated in Costa Adeje on the edge of Play de las Américas, close to local shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from Fañabe Beach. It features two large outdoor pools, a children's pool, whirlpool and fitness centre.
The air-conditioned apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony or terrace. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided.
Casa Tres Restaurant offers a range of local and international cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink or snack in the pool bar or café. For your convenience a grocery store is also available on-site. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Las Américas Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive. Siam Park is just 10 minutes away and Mount Teide National Park with its dramatic volcano is less than an hour away by car. Tenerife South Airport is a 30 minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of the leisure centre and other resort facilities. *Some 2 bed apartments have a balcony or a terrace and some are set over 2 floors.

Excellent family break
We had a super 1 week break here in early July. 2 rooms, both exceptionally well maintained with great housekeeping service. Close to all we needed. The thing that shone through most though, was the brilliant team. All efficient, and tremendously friendly. We can't wait to come back Thanks
Noisy Stairway but Fantastic Staff
A word of warning: I’m currently halfway through a two-week stay at Sunset. My wife and I have visited multiple times before, and every previous stay has been fantastic. However, I wanted to alert future guests to the possibility of being allocated a room in blocks K or J, as shown in the attached photo.
These blocks are located beside a busy pedestrian stair-way and can become extremely noisy, particularly when guests return to their apartments late at night or in the early hours of the morning. Conversations and footsteps can be heard clearly throughout the block, so I would strongly recommend avoiding these areas—especially for families with young children.
Although this experience has not put me off returning to Sunset, I will certainly request a room away from the listed room numbers on future visits. On a positive note, the team at Sunset Bay are fantastic, and always make time for you, which is why we have returned so many times - overall an amazing complex.

Family holiday with friends
First time stay at sunset bay club, we have stayed in dimond resorts before but not this one. We loved the apparrtment two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen area with everything you would need, large living area with table and 6 chairs and a dbl sofa bed, the room could easily sleep 6, highlight was the balcony, three loungers with mattress toppers, large table and 4 chairs, sun all day with a great view of the top pool and square area, the sea on the horizon. There's also few bars in the square area, some entertainment from 5pm, there's also more bars and a resteraunt near the bottom pool and another small square at the front of the complex, Italian, kebab and burger "bangin" which is top class. Both pool bars served day time food. The hotel is near torviscas, port de colon and fanabe all within walking distance. Will we be back absolutely

Bed Bug Bites
Came 19th June hadn’t been checked in for more than a few hours and wanted to leave. In bed and within a hour was completely covered in bed bug bites. Bed and frame lifting with the bugs. Complained at reception and the head receptionist blames us firstly until their engineer confirmed .They moved us rooms and that room had a couple as my wife started getting bitten all over. Complained and they said to much of a risk to move us again. The resort took all clothes away to freeze, leaving us a couple of shorts and tops only to last us four days. All items back Wednesday afternoon. The amount I had went to doctors for treatment needed injections for three days dressing also to infected ones. Also creams and dressing and antibiotics. No sun or drink alcohol for three days. Can honestly say worst holiday of my life and will never go back.
Relaxing Break in an Ideal Location
We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony that enjoyed sunshine all day, exactly what we’d requested. The pools were lovely, always clean, with plenty of space and no issues finding sunbeds. Just a heads‑up: the pool bar is cash only.
The resort staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This was our second visit, and we’d happily return again. The location is ideal too — an easy walk to shops, beaches, bars, and restaurants.
