Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I’ll start with the positives - our room G204 was newly refurbished and it was fabulous, air-con and fans which kept it nice and cool, very spacious and had everything we needed for a self catering holiday and it was clean, apart from the floor, we couldn’t walk around bare foot otherwise our feet were rotten. The location is perfect, shops, bars, restaurants and the beach are nearby. The staff at the top pool snack bar were so nice & friendly and the food was delicious and cheap. The negatives - the pools!! Nowhere near enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying on the complex so be prepared for early queues at the pool and a mad dash once the gates are unlocked, people where throwing towels from the queue to get beds. The pool staff do adhere to the 1 hour unattended sunbed rule, they do remove towels but only from the female guests!! The pool lifeguards are extremely rude and strict, no inflatables, no balls, no jumping/diving, kids were being given 10 min bans from the pool and called ‘Morons’ if they didn’t follow the rules (these weren’t my kids btw) my kids have never been bored in the pool on holiday but they was in this hotel and no atmosphere around the pool. The hotel is on a steep hill and I mean STEEP! We were right at the top of the hill and it was a slog. We were there for 10 days, bed sheets were not changed at all and towels changed twice. Personally I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again, it’s not the worst but it could be so much better, it’s not a family friendly hotel, it needs to be an adult only hotel.
The Location was excellent, reception were lovely and very helpful. They were on hand when ever you needed and had a whatsapp messaging service. Which I loved. Were were beautiful so clean and bright and very spacious. The atmosphere was really nice at the pool and in the whole complex. There were alot of stairs and hills so if u have mobility issues ask for an accessible room on the ground floor. Otherwise an amazing place.
It's hidden Gem ,right from the start it was great ,staff where very attentive. After being allocated our rooms we trotted off eventually finding them in the maze of buildings, great room ,excellent air con as it was incredible ..(perfect).Only downside in the location ...beds..next time we are getting a unit with sun beds
Just back from a weeks stay and enjoyed my holiday. Complex has a lot apartments and can be a maze until you get used to it.
Rooms are a bit dated but most have huge terraces which is great for catching the sun late on.
Staff are nice and helpful and the prices at the bars on site are good value for money.
Would stay again if got the same deal.
We had a lovely stay in Tenerife and were really impressed with the accommodation. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, with really comfortable beds which made for a great night’s sleep.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and we particularly loved the WhatsApp communication during our stay. They messaged us to let us know when the cleaners would be coming, and it was also a really convenient way to communicate with the team if we needed anything.
The location was fantastic — not far from the beach or the main strip, making it ideal for a self-catering holiday with everything you need within easy reach.
We also loved the little café by the pool. The food was fantastic and it was lovely having somewhere so convenient to grab something to eat and relax by the pool.
Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would happily return!
