The resort will be divided into an adults only hotel and a family friendly hotel for all guests. Loved our stay here, my sister and I booked the Corales Adults Only resort last minute and this just pipped the Ritz - absolutely no regrets as it was a tremendous time had! I will for sure come back for a longer stay.

Highly recommend also going to the beach it's so easy to get to (buggy from Adult section gets you halfway there).
Only slight minor is be aware they charge you extra for extending your room outside of checkout time. We did as I just like the option of having it there - so this is just more of an FYI than anything.
Best hotel by far in Tenerife. Staff amazing, food amazing and a wonderful hotel to relax. Sixth time here and planning on coming back next year.
This was a 50th birthday present for my wife, before we arrived I asked then to provide balloons, cake they also said they would provide a complimentary bottle of cava. Checking -in We were giving a nice cool towel on arrival & a glass of bubbles which we thought was a nice touch, check in was quick so we could still order drinks as we were allocated a room number at check in. Rooms Now prior to arrival I asked to upgrade to junior suite with panoramic view & asked if possible to have the 4th floor, so we were given 2404, lovely room really happy cake & ballon’s in the room no cava slightly disappointing.but not the end of the world.We went to reception asked for the cava & we were informed they would sort it out.Word of warning if you have good hearing I don’t, bear in mind the rooms on the 4th floor under the roof top pool gets cleaned at night which kept my wife awake, so we went to reception next morning spoke to Daniella about the room & still no cava, she offered us 2 rooms to look at 2416 middle of 4th floor or 2425 on the opposite end to the pool, we looked at both 2425 was absolutely amazing we loved it. Rooms were kept clean & tidy by the maids. Food Great food breakfast was really good, range of smoothies bubbles range of coffee you could also request changes to the menu if you wanted to change it, which was really good, We didn’t have many lunches we had nachos one day very nice Dinner themed nights again we are fussy eaters so fish nights Canadian night wasn’t the best for us, but the chefs would do chicken dish for me & fillet steak for my wife again happy to accommodate our fussiness, but a big shout out to Hector who worked hard to accommodate our needs and did every time ( thank you Hector). Drinks A great range of cocktails again happy to make cocktails that weren’t on the menu i.e I had a couple of White Russians made to very high standard also cocktails on the rooftop bar made to a high standard very nice drinks. Staff We don’t think we have been anywhere where the staff have been so good, so friendly so helpful they cannot do enough for you. Which makes the experience that much better. This hotel is an amazing place to go with amazing views very clean tidy amazing staff we will be returning next year for another fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel.
Review of Royal Hideaway Corales Beach (Tenerife) We stayed at Royal Hideaway Corales Beach, a resort that positions itself as a luxury escape with futuristic architecture. Unfortunately, behind the sleek facade lie major functional flaws that completely contradict its high price tag and 5-star status. Major Disappointments: Textile Quality: The towels and bathrobes were terribly worn out, faded, and stiff. For a luxury hotel, offering washed-out linens is unacceptable. Open Bathroom Layout: The open-concept washbasin and sink area offers zero privacy and is completely impractical. Zero Toilet Soundproofing: The toilet area is poorly isolated, meaning every single sound travels directly into the room. It creates a deeply uncomfortable atmosphere when sharing the suite. Poor Toilet Amenities: There is no hygienic bidet shower/spray, nor a single shelf or ledge to place personal hygiene items. Basic comfort has been totally ignored for the sake of "design." Absurd Water Policy: Drinking water service at breakfast is frustratingly slow—they pour just half a glass and walk away, forcing you to get up and ask for water yourself after waiting in vain. To top it off, in the evening they charge you extra just for a bottle of water on the table. The Pros: Exceptional Service Staff: The hotel staff is wonderful—attentive, friendly, and doing their absolute best despite management's operational flaws. Beautiful ocean views and impressive architecture. Decent food selection at breakfast and a nice rooftop pool. Final Verdict: While the staff is truly wonderful and the architecture is striking, exceptional service cannot make up for a lack of basic room comfort, poor service policies, and zero privacy. Frustrating details like harsh, faded towels, poorly designed bathrooms, and stingy water service really ruined the experience.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly & polite. We stayed in a sea view junior suite. A light, airy & spacious room with a great balcony to enjoy the view and soak up some sunshine. I have to agree with a recent review in relation to the condition of the towels and bathrobes. They have seen better days and need to be replaced. Grey, slightly frayed and stiff is how best to describe them. I have mixed feelings about the breakfast service. The food offering is what you would expect from a 5* hotel but I have experienced better. The service is a little hit and miss, we waited ages to be seated when it wasn’t even busy and then ages for water/hot drinks to be served. The staff do their best to offer a good service but it’s clear more staff is needed. Would we stay again? Yes, but would consider other hotels in terms if value for money.
