Lovely holiday destination
Lovely place , staff very friendly Carlos was great at keeping everyone entertained
Disappointed
Most disappointed, misleading location which stated elevated position, which should state up a steep hill. Room was not swept in the whole 2 weeks of our stay. Bar was too expensive, and not enough sunbeds round the pool. Sunbeds were taken and no one came to claim them for hours, where the description said they would take the towels off, if no one came within an hour.
Review
The hotel was clean just what you need for your holiday, entertainment of a day round the pool etc with carlos was great. Did not stay in the hotel of a night but there are shows of a night time however it did seem to finish early. Carlos made sure everyone was involved in the day time activities. Some of the reception staff was not very accommodating quite rude and dismissive. Location was okay but not the best for people with mobility issues as the hotel is around a 10/15 minute walk down to all bars/restaurants.
Great stay for the family
Great stay, apartments all clean and tidy. Pool and facilities great. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Carlo the funny man. Entertainment was also very good and the whole family enjoyed it.
Honest family review........
Reading the reviews i was sceptical and even contemplated changing hotels. I stuck with this place and i wasn't disappointed. We went as a family. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I didn't find it dirty and if i had i'm sure the staff would have helped. The room was cleaned very often during our two week stay. Our room wasn't situated in the best place and the view was not great but we didn't stay in the room very long so this didn't spoil anything, yes it would have been nice to have a better view but hey ho. I would say the only negatives was A- the hill (but we knew about that before going) however a taxi to the beach was not that expensive. B- the sunbeds, usual bother with getting up to pop a towel onto a bed was the score, about 8/8:30, the rule at the hotel is that if your not on your bed for twenty mins then the towel can be removed, this didn't happen and i noted that some beds weren't occupied until 2/3 pm! Once we sussed out that we had to get up early to get a bed we were ok.... its frustrating though that there seemed to be plenty of space for more sunbeds if they were purchased. The pool area is lovely however the pool does need a bit of TLC. Carlos was great fun and got everyone involved in the activities, my son loved the pool and darts competition! Pool bar was fab with snacks served, toasties chips etc. The bakery was delicious.... the food at the hotel looked nice although we didn't eat there. We would go back...... The bakery was deliciuos
