Should have been on a cruise on the Danube last week but due to a lack of water in the river it was cancelled and we ended up at the Inspire and so glad we did. Room was good, entertainment good, sunbed booking system good, buffet really good, staff good. Everything good. Close to beach and walks along the prom. We went half board as we are not big drinkers and felt we had good value.
Lovely hotel with the WoW factor when you walk in the front doors. Very clean and you can tell the colleagues take pride in doing a great job. Sun bed booking system is brilliant and easy to use but if you have any issues the life guards will look after you. We were all inclusive and found only small negatives which were, food was good but it was a bit repetitive, never went hungry though. Cocktails were a bit watery with no depth to them so never had another one after the first. 10 day stay and beds were only changed once. Rooms were very clean however the detail clean in the shower could have been better as there was build up of lime scale/dirt around the bottom of the shower screen. These are only small things and didn’t spoil the holiday. Only mentioned them so maybe the hotel management will be proactive with the comments. We had a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise and unexpected. I was a bit worried about cockroaches but I never saw one. I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely visit again. Thank you to all the colleagues for looking after us and making sure we had a great holiday.
Very nice hotel, clean, lovely public areas, well maintained, all staff very polite and well mannered, service with a smile constantly, Would like to name two members especially!! Iraya in the main restaurant! She was a breath if fresh air, constantly smiling and nothing was a bother for her to do, good luck at University X . Also Jeffery, his service was exemplary in the main restaurant, constantly on the move, but again with a smile and endeavouring to make your stay at the hotel as memorable as possible. A big Thankyou also to Jose, lifeguard gif sorting our sunder situation out at the start of our holiday! The booking system fir the beds is an excellent idea and negated the daily line up and rush fir beds in a morning. All in all a lovely hotel and one I would return to without hesitation
We have just came back from a 14 night holiday at the princess inspire. This was our 3rd visit to the hotel and it did not disappoint!!! We were a bit worried after seeing some of the reviews that things weren’t as good but they were every bit as good!! The hotel has so many great staff, all very professional and friendly! Both my husband and I had our birthdays while there and a bottle of fizz was left in the room on both occasions! A lovely touch. There was plenty of choice at meal times. Yes there were quite a lot of the same things but there were different things every night too so it wasn’t too repetitive. We would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.
I'm writing this review from my sunbed, as we prepare to check out tomorrow and it's safe to say we really don't want to leave!
The hotel is absolutely stunning, and I think the layout is actually really good. Firstly, the steps really aren't as bad as they seem - plus there's a bar at the top to reward yourself with a drink for getting to the top! Besides that, there's plenty of lifts so easy to get around if you are less mobile. There are three pools, two up the top, and one down the bottom. The one down the bottom is slightly warmer, but they are all nice and refreshing.
On arrival, we were greeted with a nice, welcoming smile and offered a drink. Next, we found out that we had been upgraded to a junior suite, which had incredible views over the whole hotel and out to sea. We also had a fruit platter and a bottle of Cava waiting for us. We were really grateful for this, and it made our honeymoon feel extra special - staff also congratulated us on our marraige which was nice. Check in was smooth and we were given our wristbands which act as the key, and allow you to scan for drinks at the restaurants/bar. Christian took our bags up, and explained the main information we needed, as well as the general layout of the hotel which was really helpful. He was really friendly and bubbly - the perfect person to welcome us in!
We cannot fault our stay, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the maids go in to clean and tidy each day. All areas of the hotel are well maintained and cared for. The staff help the hotel to run like clockwork. Everybody knows their role and does it to an extremely high standard.
The service at dinner was superb, and we especially thought that Valentina was a fantastic waitress, she seemed very genuine and upbeat, and was very efficient. There was no queueing at the bar, with staff attentively coming over to ask if you'd like a drink at both bars - great service from them all. There is a wide variety of drinks on All Inclusive and all of the evening buffets were delicious. We found there to be a wide range, with plenty to offer and they tried to vary it up with themed nights which made things more interesting. I am a very fussy eater, and my partner is not and there was enough to keep us both very happy. You can also eat in The One restaurant once every 4 nights that you stay. This is a nice change and a fancier table service meal.
Nine and the other entertainers were good fun and weren't overly pushy if you didn't want to get involved (some hotels just keep on at you, but they understand lots of people just want to chill). I joined in with water volleyball most days which was lots of fun! We are happy to keep ourselves to ourselves, but lots of people were chatting to one another and making friends, so it would be a good place for a solo traveller. There was also a range of activities - darts, boules, rifle shooting, archery, table tennis and more. We didn't take part, but they seemed like good fun. We found the evening entertainment to be of good quality - especially The Beatles and Abba. The performances varied, but generally they were pretty good and lasted between 45mins and an hour.
The hotel is just a couple minute walk from the beach and the area is so nice. There are lovely bars and restaurants along the front. Would highly recommend Coqueluche Beach Bar for a really chilled out spot for cocktails on the beach.
There is plenty to do around the area. We went on a dolphin/whale watching trip (and saw loads), Siam Park by taxi (which was amazing), and Loro Parque on an excursion (the best zoo we have ever visited). Besides this, there's crazy golf nearby, jet skis, paragliding, and loads more to offer. We also went to Costa Adeje market, which is just a short 10 minute walk away every Thursday and Saturday with a right mixture of stuff on offer. We also visited Los Cristianos in the evening which was really nice and then strolled along The Golden Mile for a bit of shopping and some cocktails.
It's safe to say that we would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and thanks to everyone at the hotel for making it such an amazing honeymoon for us both!
