Princess Inspire Tenerife

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in July of 2025 and loved it so much, we knew we’d be back in 2026. So we booked 10 nights, again in July (though it turned into 11 nights due to night flight times).

Ahead of our trip I had emailed the hotel to ask if there was any chance we could stay in the same room as our previous visit. They responded to say they would see what they could do. I had no expectation they would accommodate my request and wouldn’t have been upset had they not been able to but just thought I’d ask.

Our flight departed England at 9PM so we didn’t get to the hotel until some time after 2AM when the receptionist on duty said “I think you know your way to your room already”. I was blown away that they had given us the same room.

Heading out onto the terrace around the Cocktail Bar 1999, and seeing the hotel again for real was a proper moment for both my partner and I. We both had a sense of feeling like we’d come home.

We were also really touched by a gesture on our first day – we’d been out for a few hours and got back to the room to find a complimentary bottle of wine and some chocolates left for us. Such a nice gift and completely unexpected.

The room was as good as we remembered it, the service was also as good as we remembered it (special mention for waiter Hector, who was brilliant). The entertainment was the usual high standard but the Celine Dion & Friends night really stood out. The singer was absolutely hitting all of those high notes and was superb.

We did opt for another Spa visit this year for treatments. I can highly recommend the anti-aging and lifting facial treatment – you come out of it with glowing, polished skin.

We spent more time in the Playa del Duque area during this trip including it’s gorgeous beach, turquoise waters and some really nice places to eat. If you’re heading out and want something really decent, I can recommend Upalupa.

We concluded our stay this year with the same feeling as last year, we didn’t want to leave. There was something oddly full circle about leaving the hotel around the same time we arrived – shortly after 2AM.

For the second time, I would like to say thank you to Princess Inspire and its whole team for another amazing stay. Everything – accommodation, food, drink, services – was to the same high standard we experienced in 2025. The addition of the same room and the bottle of wine and box of chocolates really did make it truly special and I’m so grateful to the Princess Inspire for looking after so us wonderfully once again.

The hotel really does feel like a home away from home.

My room was neat and tidy every day, thanks to all the ladies good work. Thanks Katia Castro for my nice motive on my bed. Also enjoyed the food and entertainment. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and will come back.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic restaurants serving quality food. The whole hotel is immaculate and spotless. The opportunity to book sunbeds a day in advance meant there is no need to dash out at the crack of dawn to reserve your favourite spot!
