Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Avoid at all cost! Booked to stay here AI for 1 week but checked out after 2 days and moved to another hotel due to the amount of cockroaches in the bathroom, no hot water for 2 days and also the food was very poor….dry overcooked chicken and almost everything else was coated in sauce.
Main poolside has sunbeds that are all crammed together and the smell coming from the drain was unpleasant. Poolside bar meant to open at 10am but seems to open whenever they feel like it.
No WiFi available in the room and was practically non existent elsewhere in the complex.
Complex is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
When we checked out early, we were not even asked why we were leaving, not even a ‘how was your stay’ and still haven’t been contacted to ask what happened for us to leave early.
Skybar is not included in AI and no entertainment or none that you could call entertainment.
Would not recommend to anyone.
All-inclusive, but only in the restaurant; I had to pay for the pool bar :)) The hotel service leaves much to be desired, especially the lady with curly dark hair, who made it sound like she wanted to dye everything. There was a washing machine with an automatic dispenser, but the clothes stank much worse than before washing, but the lady denied that the clothes smelled normal – they reeked of mold. €6 is a lot for such a terrible laundry service. The rooms weren't cleaned properly; upon arrival, I found someone's hair on the bathroom floor and sand. There was mold in the shower and dirty grout, even though it should have been white in places. There were ants on the counter in the kitchenette. They were there for most of my stay because the cleaning lady only washed the floors and made the bed. Would I return to this hotel? For the price? Definitely not! For that price, I'd have a four-star hotel, clean and with competent reception staff. The man on the night shift didn't understand a word of English when I needed help with the vending machine because I wanted to buy water. He said the machine was obviously broken, even though it didn't look broken.
We booked a last minute deal just to get a break away together.
Location was excellent. Under 5 mins your on the beach or local bars and shops. It’s had a really good night life which we often ventured out. Atmosphere around the hotel was ok. Nothing party like. During the day it was quiet evening buffets seemed to be quiet also. No struggle getting seated or food. Our room was ideally placed between the hotel and the sister hotel (which is where the food was for all inclusive) our room had a roof terrace and a balcony over looking the pool. The bedroom air con didn’t work, the bed sheets were stained. The cleaner came in twice within the week and only made the beds didn’t clean. Didn’t change the bedding or change the towels or put extra toilet roll in etc. we had to go to reception and ask for those and then walk it back. When we reported the defects in the room they did come but didn’t do anything. Overall the room was liveable but not outstanding or newly refurbed as we thought I would probably rate it 6/10. The pool was a decent temperature, the little tiles kept coming off dotted all Over the place which you felt under foot. You can swim anytime but the life guard is only present between 10am and 6pm doesn’t really do much other than play on his phone. The pool bar can get quite busy but the lady in there is awesome. Really friendly and knows how to pour drinks and serve people. For 2 days she was off and the guy who replaced her was the complete opposite unfortunately. Sun loungers you’d need to wake up at 5am to Secure or you can get the Bali bed for €15-30 Food was best at breakfast but lunch and dinner was very similar with the same meats just different salads. We visited the skybar one evening and had a beer. We asked about the Bali beds for the following day which we were told to come up at 10am as there was 2 remaining but when we got up there that wasn’t the chase. You can go Up there and swim for free but food and drink is chargeable.
You will notice people walking around without wrist bands on and they are room only guests which is quite weird but speaking with them it seems we got a better deal by going all inclusive but still ended up going out for food for 2 nights to have a change of scenery.
Overall we wouldn’t stay again but would visit the area again as we enjoyed it. Also the transfers drop you at the top of the road which you have to walk down and steep hill with your luggage.
We went here 2 years ago and loved it, now its awful, no change of towels for 6 days despite leaving the dirty ones on floor, same with bed sheets, cold showers dirty floors toe nail clippings, broken wardrobe runners, avoid at all costs.
I stayed here for week lovely suite near pool etc bit hilly but food good room good clean etc good shower etc lovely reception staff pool bar good little or no entertainment wife complain no bingo overall good stay
