Elegant and charming—an ideal place to relax and soak in the beauty of Tenerife.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every member of staff we met was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the location in Tenerife is fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the facilities and cleanliness to the food and overall experience. A truly memorable holiday, and we would happily return and recommend it to friends and family!
Mixed feelings
Me and my partner stayed at this hotel earlier this month. Overall I did enjoy my stay the hotel was stunning, the rooms were gorgeous . On arrival we got a free upgrade to a sea view room which was amazing along with a welcome drink . Location was good not too far a walk from the main promenade. The hotel was very clean. I found it easy to get a sunbed throughout the day. The main issue I personally found was 50 percent of the staff were lovely and kind such as cleaners and reception workers and the other 50 it felt as though it was an inconvenience for me to talk to them(especially the bar staff, who took a long time to make drinks and a lot of orders ended up being incorrect) . The main buffet restaurant had plenty of choice however not plenty of flavour. I personally wouldn’t book the Al a carte restaurants as they basically used the buffet food but served it fancy .The smaller pool was great for having a sunbathe ,however when I got out the pool I was left with white paint streaks all over which I found difficult to remove .. The entertainment was unfortunately lacking. Overall I felt amazed and disappointed by this hotel, the potential is unbelievable but I felt there were too many faults.

Lovely resort with excellent location; very family friendly! Great restaurants and cafe! Good swimming pool! Overall nice experience!
Dishonest Dinner Buffet Staff, Charging Me for Non-Alcoholic Drink Despise Saying It’s Included at First
Be very careful when booking the supplement for the dinner buffet for €28. I was told at first that bottled water is included, but eventually I was charged for it. I’m not sure why they said yes at first and then said NOPE it’s extra charge for drinks later. What a total scam made by dishonest employee. Will never stay here again.

Perfect stay
A very unique hotel with a excellent layout in a quiet location. I paid for a upgrade to a sea view which I'm glad I did. Lovely size room with comfy bed, perfect shower with descent size bath towels. Pool area vast with plenty of sunbeds with towels which can be changed daily. Restaurant area is large with a good layout, with plenty of show foods. Sometimes the food could have been on being hotter. The breakfast was plentiful but bacon is cheap, which was a disappointment considering the standard of the hotel. Even a violinist serenading while you eat. The staff were so welcoming from cleaners to management. Highly recommend.
