Lovely hotel, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Lots of sunbeds. Surroundings were lovely. Lovely relaxing hotel. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat etc nearby. We only had bed and breakfast but this kept us going until the evening. Drinks reasonably priced. Welcome drink on arrival, fruit kebabs handed out around the pool. Sunset bar a must! Would definitely return.

We booked a last minute holiday to Tenerife having been here a long time ago. We landed, by chance, on the Hyatt and booked. We knew where the hotel was but had not previously stayed. Booked by chance, but would very much come back. From the moment we walked out of our taxi to the moment we left we could not fault this hotel. Fabian, who checked us is in was amazing. The staff in all the restaurants/bars were kind, attentive and made nothing feel like too much trouble. Big shout out to Rosella and Daria for our lovely nights at Lava and for always remembering my dad and his Carlos 1.
Just returned after a week away at the Hyatt Ziva. This really is a loverly hotel, we were a party of four adults and a 10 month old in two rooms and received a great experience from check-in to check-out. Rooms are of a high standard, food is very good in all eateries ( around 6 ) catering for all tastes and the staff couldn't do enough to help make our stay the best possible. A high quality hotel in all departments with an informal feel, perfect holiday experience!
An absolutely fantastic hotel and our number 1 go to when staying in Tenerife. Atmosphere, rooms, food, pool and staff are brilliant.
