Perfectly situated in the heart of Playa del Bobo, this family-friendly hotel is just a few steps from the excellent beaches of Costa Adeje. Many sports facilities, outdoor pools, one restaurants and a variety of bars are offered on site. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, while one of Europe's largest water parks is within easy reach. Visitors will find plenty of useful facilities on-site, including large outdoor swimming pools for a refreshing bath, as well as luxurious dining facilities to taste exquisite dishes. Those travelling as a couple will find the perfect room for them with breath-taking views to the sea and families will appreciate the functional communicated rooms with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
Dip into one of the 3 outdoor swimming pools or enjoy other recreational amenities including a fitness centre and bicycles to rent. Additional features at this property include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Las Dalias is situated in Costa Adeje on a slight hill across from San Eugenio shopping centre. It's location is ideal as it's only a 10 minute walk down to Puerto Colon Harbour and beach. The coach transfer won't drop you off outside the hotel so there is a couple of minutes uphill walk to reception. Checking in is quick and easy, mainly down to the reception staff, and there's a drink on arrival. The rooms, dependant on the floor, have been renovated ( I believe from 6th floor upwards) are spacious with great views of the pool, coastline and sea ( higher floors only) or the road and mountain views. Every room has twin beds pushed together, great en suite with large shower. Some lower floor rooms have large outside terraces and the adults only rooms have access to private bar. We stayed on the 6th floor, and the view over the coast, pool and evening entertainment stage was fantastic. Visiting in August was always going to be busy, and the usual sunbed issues from most hotels, happen here as well, so get up early !. Most people seek out beds around the pool, but there are plenty more in other areas. The hotel has one main restaurant and an outside snack bar( open during the day). It's a fantastic buffet over several different areas and there's something for every one. The themed nights cover everything from Seafood night with Lobster to Asian to Mediterranean..wow. There's a main bar with " Branded" spirits and on tap, help yourself beer and another bar near reception, although this one is only manned later in the day and evening. Now what makes this hotel special, is the amazing staff....From reception, to those who keep the rooms amazingly clean. The waiting staff in the restaurant, the bar staff who don't stop all day long to the incredible entertainment team, who rehearse dance moves in baking sun in the afternoon and then put on a show in the evening, nothing ever seems too much trouble and have always got time for a chat and a laugh. It's very hard to find fault with this hotel, but if I were to be really picky, the air con needs upgrading or improved and the outside seating for the evening entertainment could do with a rethink. It's a wonderful hotel, and great value compared to the other Iberstars nearby. Looking forward to many more visits. Special thanks to Brahim and Carlos
We stayed at this hotel at the end of September/beginning of October 2026, and overall - I would give it 4 out of 5 stars.
The food was definitely one of the highlights. There was a great variety every day, and dinner had a different theme each evening, so there was always something for everyone. The cocktails were also nice. Some were made fresh by the staff, while others seemed to be more pre-made, but they were still enjoyable.
The hotel wasn’t particularly busy while we were there, as it wasn’t peak season, which was nice. The pools were also lovely and warm — I believe they are heated, which was a big plus.
The location is excellent. Siam Park is only around a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel, which was very convenient. If you’re planning to rent a car, TopCar is also about a 10-minute walk away and has its own car park, so that was very handy for us.
The staff were another big positive. Everyone we interacted with — from reception and the bar staff to the pool and entertainment/animation teams — was very friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience with the staff throughout our stay.
Another really useful feature is that there are showers available on the first floor. We had a late check-out, and being able to use the bathrooms and have a shower before heading to the airport was a great bonus, especially as it was free.
The rooms are quite basic and not particularly large, but personally, that doesn’t bother me too much because I don’t go on holiday to spend lots of time in the room. The rooms were cleaned every day, which was very good and we had no issues with the cleanliness.
However, you can tell that some of the furniture and fixtures, including the sink, are well-worn and could benefit from some refurbishment.
The biggest issue for us, though, was the soundproofing — or rather, the lack of it.
The walls are extremely thin. We could hear pretty much everything from the neighbouring rooms: people talking, watching TV, opening and closing doors, and generally moving around. Unfortunately, this was quite disruptive and is probably the main reason we might not return.
Some of the pool areas also had a few small tiles missing. It wasn’t a major problem at all and didn’t affect our enjoyment of the pools, but it is something that could be addressed as part of some general upgrading and refurbishment.
One other thing to keep in mind is the sun loungers. There are plenty of them, but they are positioned very close together. As the hotel wasn’t full when we stayed, this wasn’t a problem, but I can imagine that during peak season it could be quite difficult to find a lounger.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The food, location, pools, cocktails and especially the staff were all excellent. The rooms could definitely benefit from some refurbishment and there are a few minor maintenance issues around the pool areas, but the paper-thin walls and poor soundproofing were by far the biggest downside for us.
If they sorted out the soundproofing, I would have no hesitation in giving this hotel a higher rating and would probably consider staying here again.

The staff are just amazing so focused on providing the best service they can to give you the best holiday possible
Food is varied and always great, shows are amazing, alcohol is branded drinks and fantastic cocktails, place is spotless and its just an all round great hotel
BUT and I feel bad having to include a 'but' in my review, but come on Las Dalias sort out your air conditioning. It's bad enough in the room, but in the restaurant and lobby bar, the air conditioning is non-existent. All you see are people with portable fans trying to cool down and I heard constant moaning about how uncomfortable it is, which would put them off from returning.
It definitely won't stop me from returning, and I'll still give the hotel top marks as I trust they will address the situation, which I see is mentioned frequently in reviews
Disappointing Going try and be honest some good points and some not so good hope it helps others while trying to choose where to stay to start would not say personal a 4star hotel luxury price for not enough luxury Good points Staff are lovely Entertainment lots of fun Cleanliness very good Most rooms on inside hotel face pool or sea and balconies on this side of hotel catch the sun for a good few hours in the day if you like a little balcony sunbathe Nice adults section with large jacuzzi Animation team work really hard. Room cleaning good and you have an app that keeps you informed NOT SO GOOD Air-conditioning in lobby bar and dining room non existent so no comfortably dining or indoor drinks in a lovely hot country. My room how ever worked well although I know that was not the case for everyone's room
Food poor and tasteless and im not a fussy eater at all one of the reason I picked this hotel was the good reviews on the food but certainly not what was served while I was there No tea and coffee making facilities in the room i believe priority rooms do I only had a sea view room but can hire a kettle for 10euro deposit No mini bar which is strange in a 4star but water stations are dotted around . Room are quite basic and balconies small and for some reason not a comfortable chair to be found 🤣 Now for the contentious part the smoking areas i am an ex smoker but most hotels have comfortable areas around hotels a little away from non smokers but still included This Hotel dose Not it has one area while not a terrible area it is a mile hike or stand outside the hotel and smoker or not you paid the same as everyone else to have a fun or relaxing holiday same as everyone else if you are a smoker this not the hotel for you. Hope this helps even if it was long winded definitely not the luxury I was expecting from the Iberostar brand I had heard about
3rd time back this year Big notice turned off air-conditioning in hotel , very uncomfortable 😐 especially in dining and upstairs bar If you're inside, you're sweating unless Your outside its ok Found the meat grill bit. the meat has been cremated burnt, unedable But Always found something to eat But ate outside goes all decent meal ay nite Pool area still good 👍 and pool temperature is nice Staff all very good 👍
