The hotel staff and animation team made this trip. Amazing energy every day and night. Hotel ticks all the boxes, even knew ones we hadn’t experienced before. Self serve beer to skip the queues is class for the men. We heard people complain about the food but it was generally fine - had two plate loads of food each meal, each tasty and different.
Came with my Wife and Mum. Options if you want to just chill in the adult pool but we ended up hanging around the main pools for the games.
We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at high standard all inclusive hotels and can honestly say this one kept up.

We stayed for 7 nights and had 3 rooms. The rooms were clean enough, bit tired in areas but generally ok. One observation from the room was that the air conditioning in September (we arrived on 1st sept) was that it was obviously on a set temperature so the room never went below 23 degrees our entire stay. It was hot everywhere in the hotel to be honest so I’d imagine this rule applied to the buffet hall etc also. The beds were quite comfortable so that was a plus, but you can hear a lot from the rooms from people outside.
The food at the hotel was ok, quite varied but the themed nights, well there was not really much that was actually themed haha. The pizza, pasta etc was there every night so was helpful if you were more of a fussy eater but I think more meat dishes would have been welcomed. The breakfast was the best meal of the day with fresh eggs and omlettes, plenty of pastries and some fruit. The fruit juice isn’t great though. My number one improvement I would suggest is that there should be some light background music in the buffet hall to make it a more enjoyable experience. It’s very hot in there, all you can hear is plates and cutlery clanking about. Some outdoor seating would be lovely as it really did feel like you was eating in a canteen.
The lunch option there was also a snack buffet but it was very cheap food, mostly catered towards children. Nuggets, chips, onion rings. It wasn’t great quality for the price we paid for the hotel to be honest. As a result we ate at nearby restaurants 3 of the 7 nights.
The pool area is large with many sunbeds. You could find sunbeds fairly easily, although they are all very close together which can be a bit awkward. In September the pools were very full and seem to be a bit on the smaller size for the size of the hotel. I can imagine in the school holidays it would be packed in there. There was no element of relaxation in the pool haha it was more like dodging swimming into or floating into someone on a lilo.
The entertainment team work really hard and the Michael Jackson night and the Acrobat night were favourites. If you eat your dinner late you’ll struggle to find a seat for the entertainment and you might have to sit on a sun lounger.
All in all I’d rate the hotel a 3 at best, there’s a few improvements I’d say to get to the 4 stars rating. Defo best for families with younger children, and for plainer eaters.
On arrival check in was quick, we were offered a glass of fizz or fresh orange juice. Lovely reception staff. Our room wasn't quite ready so we went for some food and reception would text when our room was ready. Excellent choice, plenty to choose from. The themed nights were great from asian to Mexican lots to try. We had a adjoining rooms with my daughter, her partner and our granddaughter which was fab. My granddaughter loved it running between rooms and spending time with us. Good size balcony, we had a pool and sea view which was lovely if a little noisy during the evening due to the entertainment (Didnt stop us sleeping). Beds very comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Pools great my granddaughter loved the medium pool sitting on the steps and playing with her bucket. The staff at this hotel were all amazing, made a real fuss of my granddaughter. Never stayed at a hotel were all the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy there jobs. Lastly the entertainment was excellent enjoyed the shows put on by the entertainment team and also artists brought in. We would definitely return.
