It’s my fourth time at this hotel and I love it. All staff are friendly, It’s spotless in all areas. It has a good variety of food and plenty of it. You don’t wait long at the bar, and evening entertainment is not bad. They have water fountains on all floors, so you help yourself. The rooms are spacious with fridge, and if you have maid service every other day, they fill fridge with drinks.
Staff were so helpful anything you asked nothing was too much trouble. Right from the start was a warm welcome. I have been to all inclusive for many years and some can’t be bothered eg drinks etc or you feel like it’s a burden asking. Not here every member of staff couldn’t do enough to help make fresh drinks whether it was cocktails or tea/ coffee. Food excellent - evening and snack bar. Wide range something for everyone. The whippy ice cream machine was a hit with 2 teenagers. The quality of good was also very good had everything from prawns steak salads pasta. No way you could go hungry. Also vegan and vegetarian options great. We had 2 teenagers boys very hard to fill but had no issues here. Also the environment was excellent - restaurants were not over crowded no queues and they were overlooking pool or sea. Food cooked to order when requested. Gym - really good also excellent place for running which I did both most mornings. Location right on sea front central to everything. There was fresh cold water on landing and a fridge in room. Would have been great if you had facilities to make a hot drink in room. Rooms were a nice space and it would have been perfect to have a drink on the balcony early morning . Outside rooftop bar was lovey we sat out most nights. Rooms were well equipped with shampoo shower gel and conditioner. Cleaned daily . Air conditioning for me a real bonus. Could not fault. On last morning they let us in early to have breakfast which again was great finish to holiday. We will be back highly recommend
This was our second time visiting the hotel. Unfortunately we felt it fell short of our expectations this time. We were on half board basis and felt that having to pay for a drink with our evening meal even if we just wanted water was slightly unfair as you would expect to be able to have a drink with your evening meal. The food itself was extremely repetitive every night. Although there were themed nights every evening most of the food was exactly the same each evening. The location of the hotel however is excellent and the rooms were comfortable. The night England played Argentina the TV channels for ITV and BBC went off in the hotel room which we found slightly suspicious! Also the prices in the hotel bar seemed to change every night we had a drink! We would probably not visit here again.
Thank-you for sorting out the issues ww had with housekeeping. Really appreciate your kind gesture. You truly heard what we said. Thanks again everyone, till next time x
2nd time in successive years at this hotel with my wife and 6 year old. This is the best all inclusive hotel for families in Tenerife everything about it is fantastic. The staff at star camp and all around the hotel can’t do enough to make your stay special . The pool areas and entertainment are excellent for kids, the food is as good as any 5 star hotel I have been at, no drinks you ask for are not included in the all inclusive service, the food in the snack bar is better than the buffet at most hotels , will likely be back for a third time next year , the staff are a real credit to the iberostar group, rooms a bit basic but very very clean . An excellent hotel with even better staff can’t recommend enough
