The whole experience is absolutely incredible great location great staff but the pool staff in particular genuinely outstanding!

The customer service and facilities were excellent, especially Ezequiel and Ines at the lobby bar. Also nice to see the manager checking all the areas and conversing with the customers
Excellent weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfect pool area, and spacious rooms. The hotel is kept to a high standard and is a perfect place to stay. Also all the staff are friendly and attentive.
We normally stay in the Salome next door but could not get in so we chose the attached hotel we were greeted by Luarna at reception were she checked in ok and took to our room which was not the size we are not used to we stayed the night but then got a call from Luarna who advised us of otter options the Presidential suite was available at a cost to upgrade we snapped it up and spent a fabulous week, really enjoyed the suite which came with Salome benefits, We will be back we now have Luarnas email she was fantastic and an asset to the hotel group Take a bow team
Spent a week here as a couple. The location of the hotel is excellent if you want the best of both worlds. Fanabe and the many restaurants and bars are just outside the hotel in one direction and in the other the more relaxed vibe of Del Duque with a lovely beach and great restaurants. The hotel is spotless but could do with an upgrade in places, carpets stained and woodwork scuffed and scratched in area of hotel we were in. Only went B&B but breakfast was really good, excellent selection and quality was really good. Rooms are on the small side and not really 5 star to be honest, quite basic and quality of pillows and towels etc wasn’t great. We had a sea view room and it was a spectacular view. Pool areas and lovely, spotlessly clean and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were all friendly and helpful and excellent parking at hotel if you have a car.
