This apartment complex is located in a quiet residential area in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje, Tenerife. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Playa del Bobo Beach and 300 metres from San Eugenio Marina. It is a 5-minute walk to the town's main shopping area, where guests will also find restaurants. The well-known marina of Puerto Colón is just a few minutes away on foot and there are public transportation links in the vicinity.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden. Additional features at this aparthotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and an arcade/games room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Just home from a 10-night stay in an Economy (or Promotional) studio, on a half-board basis. There are many returning guests which proves it’s a good place to stay. The hotel is nice & is kept very clean in all areas. All of the staff (who work hard) are friendly, polite & always smile & say hello. Rooms include aircon but you have to pay an extra charge to use the safe (I think we paid 27€). Rooms are serviced 5 days out of 7 & are equipped with the basics needed to enable comfort etc. The kitchenette has a kettle, cutlery plates & glasses. Washing up liquid & a tea towel are provided, too. There’s a standard fridge but which doesn’t have an ice box. There are several electric sockets but it would have been good to have a one next to the mirror in the room. The food is good, with plenty of choice at breakfast & evening meal, both of which are a buffet-style. Sometimes, the hot food could have been hotter, though. The dining room in the evenings was uncomfortably warm which wasn’t conducive to a relaxed dining experience. However, I’m unsure if this was due to some aircon issues as, on our last day, we saw some maintenance staff installing new ones. Any drinks or snacks ordered are charged to your room (no option to pay-as-you-go). However, we were pleasantly surprised at how cheap the drinks were so no “bar bill” shock at the end of the holiday! The pool area is well maintained & there are plenty of sunbeds & parasols. Some beds are quite close together, though, with very little space in between them. That said, we never had any issues getting a couple of beds at any time during the day. Usually, unless they’re cleaning the pool area, you can use the sunbeds from about 8.30. There’s a lifeguard on duty from 10am but you can use the pool itself from 9am. There’s a small supermarket just up the road from the hotel for basics & it’s a pleasant walk from the hotel down towards either the marina & beach area or the opposite direction towards Playa de Las Américas. Point to note ref Economy studios: We knew, in advance, that our balcony view looked out at the wall of another building. That in itself wasn’t an issue for us, but there was very little air circulating (when there was a breeze because it was very hot when we were there!) so it meant that it was always hot sitting there, especially because of the aircon unit. Overall, we had a good holiday & enjoyed our stay at Hovima Panorama.
At this hotel at the moment,it is lovely very clean the staff are so pleasant and aways got a smile on there faces they work really hard.room very clean a bit basic but got all you need,we stay halfbroad and it was fine pool cleaned every morning before you can go in it would recommend this hotel big shout out karima she is lovely gill and Geoff hyde
I returned yesterday from an excellent trip with my 18m old.
Location - the location is great, it’s less than a 5 minute walk to Puerto Colon and Playa La Pinta, which is a great area if you’re travelling with children. In the other direction, you’re immediately amongst lovely bars and restaurants, and only a very short (5-10min) walk to Playa del Bobo. It’s not quite seafront but it’s only separated by a row of restaurants/shops - so it’s possibly a 30 second walk (if that) to get to the sea.
Rooms - the room was lovely, spacious, and very simplistically decorated (I mean this in a good way). The kitchenette and bathroom were very basic, but clean and functional. On arrival, I requested a sea view - I don’t regret this as my view and the room were so, so lovely, but if you’re considering this and are a wheelchair user or come with a pram, note that the higher level rooms are accessed by 4-5(ish) steps. As I say this isn’t a negative of the hotel as it was my own choice, but it’s a point to consider!
Food - as the hotel is on the smaller side (compared to the bigger chain hotels in the resort), the restaurant has more of a cosy feel. The food selection is somewhat limited, but all of the food is delicious!
Staff - the staff are all so lovely, and a special shout out to Venus who was so, so good with my little boy and absolutely stood out as outstanding!
Pool - a good size, very clean and well kept. There’s a great shallow end which is separated by some rocks from the deep end - my little one loved it. There’s also a separate shallow kids’ pool.
We were half board. Something to bear in mind if you’re travelling with young children is that the dinner buffet doesn’t open until 7pm - I found that this was sometimes a little too long for my little one to wait for his tea.
Overall we had a really lovely stay at the hotel and would definitely recommend!
Stayed at this hotel in a 1 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and clean with a pool view. All the staff are very friendly always smiling. The reception staff are very helpful the cleaning staff work really hard and the restaurant staff and bar staff never stop. The pool area is cleaned every morning there are no sunbed wars always plenty of beds available and umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon thank you for a great experience
