We have just returned from a wonderful nine-night stay, and we honestly had such a great holiday!
Location is amazing! So close to everything. This is 100% a family hotel, I wouldn’t recommend for couples unless you like having lots of kids about. There’s no space for adult only relaxation which suited us fine.
We upgraded to an Excellence Room (Room 104), and it was absolutely worth it. The added touches were lovely, but what really made our holiday so memorable was the incredible staff.
A huge thank you to Beatriz, who was so helpful and thoughtful throughout our stay. She kindly allowed me to view the room beforehand and made sure we were allocated a room close to the lifts to accommodate my mum’s mobility needs. She also helped arrange a sign so that we could charge my mum’s mobility scooter. What made it even more special was that she remembered my name throughout our stay — such a small detail, but one that made us feel genuinely looked after and welcome.
I also have to give a very special mention to Paula and the Kids Club team. My little girl has never wanted to attend a kids club on any holidays, but this time was completely different! Paula and the team made her feel so welcome and comfortable that she absolutely loved going. The activities were fantastic!
There wasn’t much around the pool for kids who didn’t go to club.
Pools are great and the kids pool had lots of things for them to play with.
No sunbed wars as we were out of school holidays.
Excellence breakfast restaurant was a great perk to having the upgrade and Genesis was always so kind, friendly and attentive and even remembered our room number!
The hotel is constantly getting cleaned!
We went half board and were glad to have opted for this as we enjoy going out and about. Breakfast definitely was the best meal of the day. We did go to the themed restaurant twice (you get 1-2 vists per day on half board or all inclusive) and it was really lovely.
We didn’t see any nighttime entertainment as we went out. We did attend the glass necklace making workshop it was brilliant.
It is genuinely the staff, location and room size that make this hotel so good. We have stayed in a few hotels over the years, but we have honestly never experienced a team who showed such genuine care, warmth and attention towards their guests.
We would love to return!
Food is rotten, probably the worse food iv ever eaten! not the cleanest of hotels, had to be moved rooms, after 1 day we wanted to more hotels never mind rooms. Overrated pricey hotel never again
Great hotel all staff are lovely and very helpful great for kids. Lots of entertainment and activities throughout the day for kids. Staff all great And friendly. Staff member David was really helpful and fun.
This hotel is the best we have experienced in Costa Adeje by far. Completely catered to children and families. The staff are so friendly and engaging. We have 2 daughters 5 and 2. They loved the kids club, softplay, mini disco, themed days, everything! A special thanks to David, the girls were excited to see him every day. Millie and Marley will be back next year!
We had a week here. And the whole family loved it. The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and great at giving advice on places to visit. The kids activities are lots of fun. Food was really nice, and lots of variety. Plus the hotel itself is very central for trips out, and the beach is easily accessible, great for swimming as it is protected from the big waves, and also amazing for snorkeling, for all ages and experience.
