Hovima La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel

Last day of another great family holiday at La Pinta. As always the staff are very friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Genesis en Mailyn at the excellence breakfast, they are just so lovely, they are part of my family now; Kate at reception was great too, we had a few problems with the room which she sorted it out for us straight away and even came chasing after us on our second day to find out how everything was and even offered us a different room ;and of course the lovely Georgia who is everywhere, always friendly and helpful, always busy but she always has time for you, making eveyones holiday as great as she can. This year we really enjoyed the enthusiasm of Juan in the entertainment team and the friendly Alvaro was great as well. We would definitely recommend the excellence rooms with the lovely balconies. The hotel is very clean and has a great location, lots of things to do. There is a downside to the hotel and that is that there seems to be only a week menu in the restaurant so if you stay longer it can get repetative but we just swapped to lunch some days and ate out in the evenings for a change. Everyone here is friendly and hardworking. We have had yet another lovely holiday at La Pinta. See you next time.

Our last day today after staying here for the 5th time and the hotel is still amazing. We had a lovely holiday here. The rooms are really nice and especially the excellence rooms with the gorgeous balconies are so lovely. The hotel is nice and clean. I also like that with halfboard you are able to switch dinner for lunch and go out for a meal at night, as sometimes the food can be slightly repetetive. The area around the hotel is really nice.

Then the best part of this hotel: the staff. The are all truly wonderful and lovely. They do everything they can to make your stay the best they possibly can. A few names i would like to hightlight are kate from reception who is always greating everybody and always there to help with any problems at all. Giorgia who is here there and everywhere to bring a smile on peoples faces. She always has time for a little chat, but makes sure everybody has a nice holiday. Then ofcourse Genesis from the excellence restaurant. She is absolutly amazing. She is always really kind to everybody, greeting everybody and once again doing everything to have the best holiday :) and also Mailyn is truly lovely too. Then Javier from the bar, who always greet everybody with a lovely smile and makes a nice chat with you at the bar. And then lastly everybody from the entertainment team. They always try to entertain everybody and also have a little chat here and there. Especially the energetic juan who puts all his energy into the dances. And also Alvaro who makes the holiday special for all the children. Remembering the childrens names and also with his bromans with all the boys for the football and to joke around with them together with David.

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel and myself and my family absolutely love it! We were greeted on arrival by Georgia who instantly remembered us from last year! Her customer service is outstanding and she really is an asset to your hotel group! A lovely person to chat to and go to for assistance when needed. Thanks Georgia for always making our holiday so special!
