Tenerife Sur Airport is just a 13-minute drive while Teide National Park is some 38 kilometres away. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, an outdoor tennis court and a fitness centre. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services.

Very disappointing stay – definitely not worth the money
We booked this hotel all-inclusive based on the good reviews, but unfortunately, we have been extremely disappointed with our experience and feel like we have wasted a lot of money.
Firstly, the room is very poorly laid out, with a serious lack of space to get ready. It makes getting ready together incredibly awkward and uncomfortable, which is not what you expect when paying for a hotel holiday. On top of this, we have noticed bugs along the skirting boards and a considerable amount of dust, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of the room.
The food has been one of the biggest disappointments. It is bland, dry, repetitive and, quite frankly, disgusting at times. There is very little variety, with only three food stations, and the same sort of food seems to be served repeatedly. We expected much more from an all-inclusive hotel with such positive reviews.
The sunbed situation is absolutely ridiculous. There simply aren’t enough sunbeds for the number of guests staying at the hotel. People are queuing at reception just to claim sunbeds, and towels are being left on them for the entire day. This makes it incredibly difficult to find somewhere to relax and enjoy the holiday you have paid for.
There are two pools, but the other is an infinity pool reserved for guests who pay extra for the Excellence experience, which costs around £100 per day. Regular guests cannot use this area, yet Excellence guests are able to use sunbeds in the standard pool areas, leaving ordinary all-inclusive guests at an even greater disadvantage. It feels as though the hotel prioritises guests who are willing to spend even more money rather than ensuring that everyone has a decent experience.
The atmosphere around the main pool is another issue. Activities take place throughout the day, including water polo, with balls being thrown around while other guests are trying to relax. We came on holiday to unwind, but it is difficult to do so when the pool area is constantly being used for organised activities. I personally cannot swim and prefer to relax in the pool with a rubber ring, but this is not allowed, despite the fact that other activities are taking place in the same water. It feels as though there is very little consideration for guests who simply want a peaceful, relaxing holiday.
The drinks selection is equally disappointing. There are only around seven cocktails to choose from at the bar, and the quality is very poor. Once again, the drinks apparently improve if you pay extra for the Excellence experience. For a hotel advertised as all-inclusive, it is frustrating to feel that the standard offering is so limited and that you need to pay more to enjoy a decent experience.
We chose all-inclusive specifically because of the positive reviews, expecting to be able to enjoy our food, drinks and facilities without constantly spending additional money. Instead, we have spent much of our holiday going out for food and drinks because the options provided by the hotel have been so disappointing. This has resulted in us spending far more money than we anticipated on a holiday that was supposed to be all-inclusive.
The only real positive about this hotel is its location. Unfortunately, the location alone does not make up for the poor food, lack of cleanliness, shortage of sunbeds, disappointing drinks and the constant feeling that you have to pay extra to get a decent experience.
Overall, we would not choose to stay here again, and we would advise others to think carefully before booking. Do not be swayed by the positive reviews without considering whether this hotel actually offers the relaxing, enjoyable all-inclusive holiday you are paying for. We genuinely regret spending our money here.
This was our 4th stay at this fantastic hotel 👏 yet again it was an amazing 10 days, met a load of guests who like us were returning again, some guests have returned multiple times, which says it all about this Hovima. Where to start with the awesome staff, from the cleaners, bar staff, entertainment team, chefs, waiters & reception u are brilliant & a massive draw 4 us 2 return again. There are a few that need special mention, Señor Aldoman (barman), always looks after us, so funny, honest & witty. Patrica has only been here 4 9mths, so natural, getting guests involved in all activities, feels like she's been here 4 yrs 😀 Pedro head waiter was fab. The food as always was awesome 👌 the choice was spectacular & varied with all needs catered for. Entertainment was very good. If you have not tried this hotel, u have missed out on a treat, check out the reviews & book it, u won't be disappointed. Gonna book again 4 next September well done 👏 ❤️
Firstly, I wanted to thank you for your help in booking the Ocean Blue restaurant for us for when we arrived at the hotel, the food was delicious as always and served with the best customer service.
We had another wonderful holiday, and the hotel just seems to get better with every visit.
We think the food in the main restaurant improved with the choice of selection and was served hotter.
As I have mentioned previously, I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff who work so hard making our stay extra special and making the hotel stand out from the rest.
The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional!
Big shout out to Lorenzo & Jospeh from the animation team who made our stay even more special with their enthusiasm! pool staff, bar workers, restaurant staff, and reception all go the extra mile with big smiles on their faces every day making sure you have the best holiday.

We had a lovely two week stay at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we first arrived we were made to feel so very welcomed. Our flight landed late in the evening, so by the time we reached the hotel we were weary. On arrival we were offered a drink, and told that the restaurant would be open for us to have something to eat, despite it being well outside of the normal opening hours.
All of the staff at the hotel made our stay such a good experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful including cleaners, waiting staff in the restaurant, receptionists, and the entertainment team. Thank you everyone for making this such a lovely holiday.
We enjoyed the wide range of food in the restaurant throughout our stay, and over our two weeks we had a good variety of foods with something different to try every day.
The evening entertainment was good, with a variety of acts.

Situated in a prime spot in Costa Adejke Great atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome The rooms are well furnished light and bright with fridge and hairdryer The hotel is spotless they are always cleaning We go on the excellence package and to us it is great value for money Exclusive use if infinity pool with own bar and waiter. Separate dining area with gourmet menu and waiter service breakfast and lunch. There are lots of other nice touches which make it a great experience The entertainment is enjoyable and different acts each night Highly recommend
