Lovely gaff from an amazing continental breakfast to fresh fish and meat for dinner rooms where amazing and they have the best staff in all of tenerife
I loved the architecture and landscaping of the resort, it's really well done and whilst obviously purpose built has a traditional Canarian feel to it. Compared to pretty much every other development in the wider area that's something that really stood out. Villas themselves are very nicely furnished and ours (52) had a hot tub and patio with views towards the coast and the mountains behind. 2 good sized pools, cafe, shop and terrace bar which was great for watching the sunsets. Minor niggle that the a/c controls in our villa didn't seem to adjust the temperature, but it was fine set as it was.
The atmosphere of the hotel was just right for us, peaceful in the evening (there were musicians in the terrace bar around 7pm most days though) and relaxed but friendly during the day. It's a different atmosphere to resorts in Costa Adeje, Las Americas etc. As others say, it's a 10-15 min walk from La Caleta and uphill on your way back. Having a car helps get out and about and see Tenerife properly, which we felt was important.
Breakfast was decent, never tried the restaurant of an evening as it seemed a bit overpriced, better value restaurants in La Caleta.
Staff were all helpful and friendly. One area the hotel could improve is being a bit more generous on amenities (replenish coffee pods and water, providing a welcome pack).
We had a great 10 day stay. The accommodation is spacious and well appointed. The staff were faultless. The main pool is great for all and sunloungers are plentiful. Highly recommend for families or adults seeking relaxation. Hoping to return soon.
2nd time back this year and yet again - amazing! Villas are absolutely beautiful, with wonderful views. Kids entertainment is good with something on everyday. All staff are always on hand to help with anything! Anto is always welcoming with a big smile on her face. Anto booked Loro Parque for us (again) with transfers and the day went smooth. We will be back - thank you for another amazing family stay x
This is our second stay at this hotel and unfortunetly not as goo d as the first. This was probably due to the time of year which was the school holidays.
Our villa was extremly clean and well appointed but our neighbours were extremly noisy until about one in the morning.
Breakfast was very enjoyable with a good selection with delicious omlettes made by the wonderful Antonia.
If you enjoy a swim you will need to do it before 10am as the pools fill with inflatables and ball games and a lot of sunbeds are reserved. There are still plenty free and somedays the pool was quite others it was like Siam Park
The hotel is halfway up a hill which is an easy walk down to town and a 4 euro taxi back. Although some drivers do chance their luck, thats taxi drivers the world over. Travel on the local buses is also a good cheap option.
If you have a family you will really enjoy the hotel with two nice pools for inflatables and ball games. As for couples you may find it difficult to get any peace to relax.
