Everything about this hotel was excellent, room, all staff, food, entertainment.
We had a wonderful room overlooking the beach. As we had late flight there were sandwiches, fruit & water in the room on arrival (we didn't really want this) once checked out, on our return home, we were not even given water after lunch, and we could not get to the pool bar as it was the fabulous foam pool party. Apart from that last afternoon we had a great time. Would recommend it ,but don't get a late flight! It's not close to Toviscas beach or Americas, and as we cannot walk very far it was taxis for us. Taviscus beach Costa Adeje is a lovely area.
All staff at the hotel were lovely, plenty of comfy areas, pools really nice, plenty of sunbeds but best spots had towels on them from 8am. I think the pool man was on holiday as during our 2wks it was the last days that he appeared. Entertainment day (brilliant) and night, bars brilliant, waiters so hard working as hotel was very,very busy. Reception very helpful and efficient
People return year after year and I understand why, it's top grade.

Hotel was very nice clean and staff very pleasant. Restaurant was nice but not a great selection of food but any food we had was well cooked and tasted nice. My biggest gripe was when leaving day they cut u off drinks and WiFi at 12 noon even tho we arrived at 10pm the previous Saturday we were cut off at Saturday noon time with bus not due to collect us at 6pm they did provide a voucher for lunch but it's the first time I've ever had my all inclusive cut off, normally we get all inclusive till we leave the hotel. This really was very poor and miserable in my eyes.

Room- We stayed in one of the bungalows that overlooks the pool. The upside to this was We had our own sunbeds with our room number on them so no one else could use them. The room itself was spacious and clean and the air con was very welcome. However, the shower could do with an upgrade, mould and limescale build up in grout and on tiles. The shower drain had come loose and there was a slight smell of sewers when you got in the shower. The pressure was pretty poor during the day as was the aircon at certain times even though we had kept our backdoor closed. The bungalows are VERY close to the evening entertainment so if you want quiet, these are not the rooms for you! Fresh towels everyday and beds made, floors washed.
Food- we found the food to be incredibly repetitive and not appetising during lunch and evening. The pork one evening was barely cooked (lots of blood) and the majority of the dishes were vegetable or fish. We mainly stuck to chips and pizza! Breakfast was great, wide selection of cereals, pastries and meats.
Drinks- for an All Inclusive we were impressed with the drinks, the Spanish measures got the better of my husband a couple of times! The slushies from the pool bar with a shot of vodka was the winner. Some of the cocktails were good but not great, pina colada lacked flavour but the pornstar martini was spot on. The pool bar gets incredibly busy during the day but staff were polite and as quick as they could be. Same cannot be said for the evening staff. Main entertainment area downstairs was awful for service 20+ minute wait to get served some evenings! Staff would walk straight past us and if we approached the bar we were told to go and sit down and wait in quite an abrupt manner! The sunset chillout bar was our favourite, a truly beautiful spot for evening drinks. Again, service was slow but staff were much more polite in this area.
Entertainment- excellent pool/foam party. Definite favourite of ours. We also enjoyed the tribal evening. A lot of the other entertainment was a little off key and a bit of a bore, but it was good to have the choice of entertainments to watch.
Hotel and grounds- hotel on the most part was very clean and tidy. Gardeners were out every morning tending to the planted areas and cleaning down the tiles. Some pool tiles could do with being replaced around the edge of the pool as they were loose, come off or looked scruffy. A very well kept hotel!
Outside of the hotel you are basically at the bottom of the strip. Lots of restaurants and little shops. We ate in heads and tails (lovely food and staff) on our last day as our checkout was 12pm (our flight wasn't until 10.20pm!) And our all inclusive came to a very abrupt end, we did get a voucher for lunch at the hotel on departure day but we chose not to use it. Not sure i agree with the AI ending so abruptly considering we didnt arrive at the hotel until 10.30pm so we basically missed a whole day of AI!
We found the streets of Tenerife to be dirty, smelly and we were offered drugs on numerous occasions. It seemed to be a slight step up from Benidorm and wasn't our cup of tea.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay but it was lacking in some areas and the vibe just felt a little off. Thank you Tenerife and H10 for our stay, but we Unfortunately won't be returning.
Lovely location and great atmosphere. Spotless throughout the hotel and pool areas. Room was comfortable and spacious with lovely modern decor (poolside room). It isn’t cheap but I would say for the experience it was good value. The rewards package when booking with h10 is really good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend and go again.
