Wow H10 Gran Tinerfe where do i start! From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we left, everything was superb! Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeting and offered a glass of cava and a seat whilst we were waiting for the Privilege check in. We were thoroughly informed about all the privilege services, areas and restaurants, and a booking was made for us at the à la carte restaurant that evening, as this can be used by privileged guests but requires booking, and given a tour of the hotel which I thought was a great personal touch. Our room wasn’t quite ready but we were given our wristbands so we could use the all inclusive, and went for a spot of lunch at the buffet, of which staff were extremely attentive in serving drinks, and there was a great selection of food. Lots of different salads, meats and a great choice of desserts. Our sea view room was a great size, absolutely huge bed which was super comfortable, nice size bathroom with amenities provided such as toothbrushes, shaving kits, shoe shine. The balcony was a great size too with a table and 2 chairs with stunning sea views. Being privilege we also had a Nespresso machine which pods were replaced every day, as well as all inclusive the mini bar being restocked daily with 2 beers, 2 cokes and plenty of water. The air conditioning also worked superbly in the room which was certainly required with it being in the mid 30s every day! Now more on the Privilege area, the lounge is huge full of really cosy sofas to relax is the fabulous air conditioning when it got to hot, fridges full of bottled soft drinks, juices, wines and beers. Also a full help yourself bar of premium spirits. The privilege terrace was also fabulous, plenty of cabanas and luxury padded loungers, of which you didn’t need to rush as soon as it opened (8.30am), you were able to get somewhere to lounge on any time of the day. There is also a smoking area at the end, and a jacuzzi which was nice to cool off on in the immense heat! During the day on the privilege terrace the staff would come around offering bottles of water, sangria, and fresh fruit, which I thought was a really lovely luxurious touch. Being Privilege, breakfast can be taken in the El Mirador brasserie, overlooking the beach. Service is absolutely fabulous here, all staff so attentive and friendly, and your choice of fresh cooked breakfast from a menu, fresh squeezed orange juice was the best ever, and I enjoyed my cortardo coffee every morning, along with fresh toast and croissants served in a basket, it was like being in a 5 star restaurant. Dinner can also be taken here and there are different specials daily, all the meals we had there were fabulous along With the service, nothing ever to much for any of the staff. Bars also had amazing service, beer is Estrella, and spirits were all premium, in the evenings it’s all table service from this bars which worked perfectly. I’d also like to mention the fabulous cocktails which are all made to order and not from a bottle, had much fun going through the cocktail menu, and i especially loved the cocktails of the day, my favourite being the passion fruit mojito. Now the entertainment, absolutely plentiful, day and night. Fun activities in the day, archery, shooting, darts, water polo, and water obstacle course to name a few, didn’t participate but it was very fun to watch and the animation team were wonderful. The evening entertainment on the terrace by the Tiede bar was brilliant every night really great singers. Also loved the dj sessions on the terrace over looking the beach, was a great chilled place to watch the sunset with a cocktail of the day with some chilled choons! And I especially enjoyed the glow party! So all in all our first H10 experience — and first trip to Tenerife — was nothing short of perfect. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful spaces, delicious food, and the elevated Privilege club offering made it unforgettable. Just can’t wait to return, thanks H10 Gran Tinerfe team for making our first trip to you just perfect, keep up the amazing work. The H10 Gran Tinerfe team left a lasting impression.

First time here, won’t be the last! Great hotel, the staff are amazing, nothing is a bother or too much trouble. We had upgraded to Privilege, so worth it. Brilliant sunbathing area, plenty of high quality beds. Private lounge with top brand drinks, fresh ground coffee, snacks available all day. Meals in any of the restaurants all of which were excellent.

Went on the 19th july 2026. With my girlfriend, stopped in room 1016 , great views , we upgraded to privilege which we loved. Seperate comfy lounge beds which u never had to rush to get. Different restaurants to choose from , coffee machine in room. Even still the hotel itself is great , food in all the restaurants is great , staff great . Pool party is a must, great atmosphere although I had a few , but great. Just a great holiday. Can't fault at all
