Located in the stylish area of Costa Adeje, GF Victoria is a modern and eco-conscious resort offering comfort, space, and a wide range of facilities for families, couples, and wellness-focused travellers alike. Just a short stroll from Playa del Duque, the hotel is ideally placed for enjoying the beach, local shopping, and dining options, all while providing a peaceful base to unwind.
The hotel features several swimming pools, including a family water park, an adult-only rooftop pool with glass walls for panoramic views, and a dedicated naturist pool area. For younger guests, there’s a kids’ club and an exciting adventure zone, while adults can indulge at the wellness centre, complete with hydrotherapy circuits, saunas, and treatment rooms.
Dining at GF Victoria includes a variety of options from casual bites to refined cuisine. Enjoy healthy international dishes at the main buffet restaurant or sip cocktails at the rooftop bar as the sun sets. For a truly elevated experience, indulge in the Michelin-starred Donaire, the hotel’s signature à la carte restaurant - recently awarded a prestigious Repsol Sol, a symbol of culinary excellence.
Spacious and elegantly designed, suites feature a separate living area and a private balcony or terrace. Standard amenities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, minibar, Nespresso machine, and a safe. Bathrooms are equipped with bathrobe and slippers, a hairdryer, and eco-friendly toiletries. Upgraded suites with added space and luxury touches are available for a supplement.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Stayed here for 7 nights in June with my two children, ages 4 and a 12 week old baby. We also brought the grandparents along. All of us couldn’t rate this hotel highly enough, it was absolutely amazing and we were so devastated to only stay 7 nights. I don’t know why we didn’t book longer!
Everything about it was amazing. Gorgeous, clean and huge hotel. We stayed half board and found the food amazing and plentiful. The buffet was one of the best I’ve ever seen. So much variety for children too. We also ate out a couple of nights in the surrounding area and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Our room was unreal, again one of the best hotel rooms we’ve ever had. A giant suite with a separate living area and sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for us with a newborn baby who cries for his night feeds to keep him separate from our 4 year old!
The entertainment was great too. Loved the pool activities for adults and kids. Our 4 year old loved the magic carpet and mini disco every evening. The waterpark was absolutely fab for kids although our 4 year old was just a little too short for the taller slides. The pool up there was heated which is such a great touch for kids - they are not ally freezing so was so nice to be able to stay in the pool for much longer!
We loved the surf pool too, I tried it and thought it was hilarious. The instructor was really good and got about 15 minutes which actually felt like such a long time. Was great through.
And the adults only rooftop pool - wow this was great to escape to whisky the grandparents babysat. Gorgeous views with gorgeous food and cocktails.
Our 4 year old also loved the kids club - again this is probably the best kids club I’ve ever seen. Super safe, signing them in and out of a locked room. They done various activities and even went to play mini golf, he had a great time and they gave him a little goodbye bag on the last day which was so lovely!
Honestly loved this hotel, it’s in a perfect location too. So much to do and walk to. We didn’t even spend much on drinks - I thought they were very reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel!
Would definitely return again. Our 4 year old always asks about the kids club and when will we be going back. Soon I hope 🙏🏼
I spent 5 days in GF Victoria, my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.
It’s really hard to find any major fault with our stay. The staff in every area of the hotel were exceptional. From checking in to booking a taxi back home to the airport. A special shoutout to the staff in the breakfast area and particularly at bar & restaurant near the kids pool/water slide on level 5. There was some construction work happening near the kids pool/tennis area that was a bit noisy, but I understand everything they are doing is to enhance the experience. It was at the end of peak season so it was probably the correct time to do these works. The noise wasn’t ongoing for hours so I really can’t complain and it didn’t interfere with anyone in that area.
We were on a family trip with a range of ages from 7 to 70! There was something for everyone.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the service to the rooms is fantastic. Fresh water daily, with a nice affirmation note from the cleaner that’s looks after your room as well chocolates, welcome pack for my 7 year old daughter, coffee pods tea & clean towels etc. you also have a tote bag with flip flops and beach towels ready for the pool or spa.
There’s so much to do I didn’t actually see all areas of the hotel. There’s a roof top bar for adults and areas for teenagers too, mini golf, tennis, surf pool (great instructor by the way) and a nice little gym with some good modern equipment.
It’s a friendly atmosphere throughout. All the food we ordered was pretty good and the breakfast options are great, but didn’t get to try the Michelin Star restaurant!
Although it’s not exactly a cheap holiday it’s definitely worth the money and good value for what you get. Food and drink was reasonably priced.
If you’re thinking of going here, then do you won’t be disappointed. We are currently looking at dates for next year. It’s a hotel I’ll definitely be returning to.

We had a fantastic family long weekend at GF Victoria in Costa Adeje and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
The hotel is in a brilliant location and works equally well if you simply want to relax or make the most of the sports activities, facilities and entertainment available. It is a fantastic choice for families, but I could equally recommend it for couples looking for a high quality break.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. George checked us in and was absolutely brilliant. From then on, whenever we needed help with anything, whether arranging taxis, booking water park tickets or organising excursions, the staff had everything covered.
The rooms were fantastic, the hotel facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of choice and a really high standard throughout.
We came away feeling properly relaxed and having really enjoyed the time together as a family.
We will definitely be back for another long weekend very soon. Highly recommended.
Food for UK:Irish people is a HUGE let down. All catered for the spainish/europeon market in September . Not even plain grilled chicken for dinner or boiled rice nowhere in sight. The kids section a huge let down with cheap processed chicken goujans- at least at Bahia fantasia they gave the kids proper real unprocessed chicken goujans. No such luck in this 3 star dressed up as a 5 star. Also the spa closed Monday and Tuesday( joke). The desserts also terrible- we didn’t pay the price we did just to be able to just eat ice-cream because the selection of anything else was dreadful. They want to charge you per small bottle of water and over 3 euro with your dinner ( daylight robbery). Soft drinks over 4 euro for just a tiny bottle. Then came the room, nice room showing signs of wear and put in room furtherest away with crap views and ants crawling around on the balcony- no balcony security - a plant basically separating the 2. They wouldn’t give an upgrade unless we paid nearly a 1000 euro more.
The location and outside of the hotel is good but otherwise food and room a huge disappointment and will not be back to this hotel again. We like good food and service which this hotel lacks. We will come back to Adeje but not to here- I wouldn’t recommend and first impressions are poor. If you want proper luxury, good food and customer service please skip here and go to another hotel
Brilliant stay with the wife, 3 year old and 8 month old. Great selection at breakfast, free valet parking in their underground car park, kids club is great to drop your kids off for an hour and sneak off to the sky bar to spend some time as a couple! Fantastic location close to all the restaurants. Brilliant stay, will be returning
