Stayed at this hotel many times over the years March and recently September We were a group of 5 ladies on a girls holiday . There was 3 in one room and 2 in another. My self and my friend were on the 3 rd floor room 369, the room had the most horrific smell we were above the kitchen over looking a entry it smelt like dirty cooking oil we were told that the kitchen wasn’t open 24 hours so it couldn’t be the kitchen . Ou friends in the other room 381 the leg fell of the bed and the bed lifted up we reported it in the afternoon when we returned at night they had just put the leg back under the bed , the bed was still broke , we went down again they sent some one to fix it eventually .The orange juice at breakfast time was that watered down you could see through it .the beans were watered down as well .I will not be returning to this hotel again and I was very disappointed .

Would you book a holiday here if you knew in advance that:- A) most of the pool is heavy in shade for large parts of the day B) you can only use the pools from 10am until 6/7pm C) That you can't leave your sunbeds unattended whilst you're family has breakfast D) if you don't sacrifice a member of the family to stay with beds whilst the rest go for breakfast they remove you're towels and someone else then takes them E) if you don't get up early at 5/6am you can't get a sunny spot for the day as they're all taken up with people sleeping to secure the families beds F) special rules apply for the disabled to get exemption cards so they don't have to wait with beds (they go as a family and eat breakfast together) G) if you're a regular or frequent stayer and you've befriended the towel remover you get special treatment nudge nudge wink wink H) That if you attempt to speak with the reception they tentatively listen and at the end of it point you to the poolside boards and shrug their shoulders (not their problem they comply with Spanish law) you're holiday is not their concern they've had you're money I) Around the pools there can be a very bad smell, no it's not the drains ( it's people smoking weed on the next or sunbeds close to you) easily solved you would think by management having a word (no not a chance they turn the other cheek and concentrate on you guessed it taking towels off) J) Cleaning around the pool is limited and if a family we're to vacate beds and you were lucky enough to get them you would most probably be moving all the rubbish that the all inclusive guests just left K) 410 rooms approximately and not enough beds for everyone and your like sardines in a tin (you only need the sauce between beds to rub up to the next person) L) Could you actually see yourself here ? (Think very hard before booking).
