Perfect experience
The location is very good and the Atmosphere is nice Ismael is very nice man is a lovely man at the activities with the watersports and is a good man and ismael is the best animator in the world The rooms are very clean
2/3 ⭐ definitely not 4 ⭐
I’m going to be as truthful as I can. Just returned after 1 week at this hotel with our family ( 2 kids) it is absolutely not a 4 star, at best a poor 3! It’s tired, the kids entertainment is so repetitive and really dated ( baby shark and bingo most nights!) The pool is positive but that’s it! Honestly the food is awful. We booked all inclusive but had to eat out every night because it was so bad. Unfortunately we didn’t realise only superior rooms have air conditioning and we couldn’t pay extra as none were available so roasted every night! Pool doesn’t open till 10am and its a dash to try and secure a sun shade, (There are enough beds) We’ve stayed in lots of other 4⭐hotels in Tenerife but this was most definitely a big mistake!

Good hotel
The location is very nice and the atmosphere is very nice. The rooms is very clean The animation Ismael is very good man and friendly with the activities and the best man
Lovely hotel but needs improvements
To start I really enjoyed this hotel friendly staff and food was great but what’s let it down and made me consider not coming back the big pool area people don’t reserve sun beds with towels instead they reserve the umbrellas so pointless having a sun bed without umbrellas and no one stops them and the worse thing is paying all inclusive and on the last day only entitled to breakfast as they cut your wristbands off at 12pm so you pay for all inclusive but don’t get it for your whole stay
Brilliant
We're here now and its a brilliant hotel. I honestly don't know where the bad reviews have come from as I haven't got a single negative thing to say. Food great, drinks great, loads of sun loungers, nice big apartment (superior - well worth the upgrade money). If you've booked to come here, you're going to have the time of your life. I've paid double for other hotels and they haven't been as nice as this one.
