This attractive apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Duque, about 600 m from beautiful sandy beaches. Numerous shops and entertainment venues are located in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest public transport stop is just in front of the building. The hotel comprises three-storeys with a total of 210 accommodation units. It offers a conference room and a public Internet terminal for business guests, while younger visitors can participate in the kids' club activities or let off steam in the play area. The grounds feature a water complex with two swimming pools, which is perfect for sunbathers. Guests can also make use of the sauna and sports enthusiasts can play squash, billiards/snooker, table tennis or try out diving. The hotel also offers a varied entertainment programme for adults and children.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

We went All Inclusive, but the drinks were watered down. We are not drinkers as such but do enjoy a few cocktails while on Hols. The drinks were of a poor standard, both the drink and selection of drinks. Also All Inclusive ended at 11pm after that you had to purchase your drink. The food was a whole other issue. The food served was terrible. Breakfast was average at best. Fry was tasteless, however fruit and pastries made it bearable. Lunchtime was poor. Selection - what selection. We had to eat out for our evening meal as choice was too limited. the fare was of a poor standard. I am writing this in the hope that you may consider removing them from your list and save other customers the experience. In my opinion Hotel El Duque does not match your high standards

This is by far the WORST hotel i have ever stayed in, we went all inclusive and to say the food is bad is an understatement, they have very little options for kids or pickey eaters in general, the drink is even worse i ordered a pina colada and it tasted like pineapple watered down, there is no air conditioning, 1 fan in the bedroom and a ceiling fan, most of the staff are nice, helpful, others are extremely rude and have an answer before your question is even out of your mouth, there was random holes on the wall just pasted over and can feel the draft coming in through it, definitely wont be back
the best part of the holiday was meeting Ismael he is a fantastic host for all water sports and evening activity top man brillant
