This charming complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Costa Adeje. The sprawling beach and the promenade, with its many shopping and entertainment venues, lie not far from the property. The bus station is 100 m from the complex, and the Magma Art and Congress Centre is just 50 m away. This hotel is composed of a 9-storey building with a total of 102 studios and 39 apartments. The welcoming rooms all feature an en- suite bathroom, a kitchenette and balcony as standard. The complex offers the use of a freshwater swimming pool, with an area for kids, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can play beach volleyball, billiards and table tennis on-site.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, tour/ticket assistance and bike parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

We had a fantastic 5-night stay at Coral Ocean View and would happily return.
Check-in and check-out were both very easy and straightforward. The hotel has a modern feel, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing.
Our room was a good size with everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchenette was well set up, the bed was very comfortable and we made lots of use of the balcony, which was a good size and had a nice view.
Housekeeping was very consistent throughout our stay, with the room cleaned every day and kept fresh and tidy. We also really appreciated having beach towels provided in the room.
The Wi-Fi was reliable too. We were on the 4th floor and had four devices connected without any problems.
The pool area was a highlight. There was no struggle to get a sunbed, and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Having the bar right beside the pool serving food and drinks was also really convenient.
The location worked really well for us. It’s close enough to shops, restaurants and attractions while being far enough away from the main nightlife, so we weren’t disturbed by noise at night. Siam Park was only around a 10-minute walk away, meaning we didn’t need transport. There is a bus station across the road, but we didn’t find it disruptive during our stay.
The staff were always kind and helpful whenever we needed anything.
We stayed self-catering, so we didn’t eat at the hotel and can’t comment on the food. We also didn’t watch the entertainment, although we could hear it from our balcony and it sounded like there was a good atmosphere.
Overall, we felt we definitely got our money’s worth. It’s a comfortable, well-run hotel in a convenient location, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would happily return.
This hotel I thought nice and central to plenty of shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes walk from the sea front. Situated between Las Americas and Adeje, adult only hotel was ideal for that relaxing break. The atmosphere was very good, you had a nice relaxed feeling around the pool area with pool arobics each day. The staff all were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and a great view if you get the top floor. Room was cleaned every with fresh towels and bedding changed on request. I can't comment on the food as we were self catering. We found this 4 star hotel very reasonably priced for the 10 days we were there. I would definitely consider this hotel again and this area if we get back to Teneriffe in the future.
I have to say after reading some of the reviews I was a little sceptical, but I needn’t have worried. Arrived at hotel early as flight landed at 10.30am. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived (check-in is 3pm), so we went for a wander and returned at 2.30 and staff were happy to let us check-in then. Staff were friendly, helpful, very pleasant. I had emailed before hand about a room away from bus station, after reading reviews, and we were given a fabulous room with a view over the pool with the sea in the distance. The hotel itself is smaller than we’re used to, but is in a good location and is spotlessly clean! The recent renovations provide a modern welcoming feel. The pool gets very busy. It’s quite small and not enough beds for size of hotel. We are early risers so not an issue for us but if you’re not there at 9 it can be tricky to get a bed some days. Also when the hotel says a relaxed feel at pool, sometimes it’s just a bit too quiet ( for us anyway). Some days there was no background music so if you like an atmosphere at the pool, this probably isn’t the place for you. No games or entertainment team. Great if you just want to lie back and read a book. Food was great for breakfast and lunch (we ate dinner out). Live music / a singer on every night, sounded good, but we went out. Great location away from the madness of the bars and easily walkable to Adeje, harbour and other end of Américas (if you’re an able walker). Close to water park (again we walked over). Lots to do very close by. Some staff are very friendly, others not so much. Not rude or unhelpful, just not very enthusiastic in their work. Overall a fab stay. Couldn’t fault the facilities, the cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep it spotless (and we didn’t see any cockroaches!), just a bit on the quiet side for us, but that’s down to me. Brilliant location far enough away from the strip to enable peace if wanted but close enough to join in if you want. The hotel is very clean and modern, food was of a decent standard we went half board but would've been happy doing AI. The staff all fine and helpful we had a couple of issues with our room keys not working this is in the form of a wristband, reception staff dealt with it easily. The rooms are bright, clean with all the facilities you need, though I found the beds weren't comfy nor were the pillows. Negative, there was building/refurb work going on our whole stay we weren't informed about, they only play quiet chill music around the pool, maybe if they played other music a touch louder it would've helped drown out the noise of the work. There isn't a huge area around the pool for beds so sunbeds are hard to get, there is another 2 roof terraces with sunbeds but as these are closer to the building work it wasnt ideal, also one was closed when we went to look.
The hotel was lovely. From start to finish we really enjoyed it. On arrival Stan on reception was really nice and friendly and very helpful. Our room 915 was spotlessly clean and cleaned every day . We had a lovely view of the sea and surrounding area. Pool area was very chilled just perfect for adults only. We were fully inclusive and the drinks were good and entertainment every evening. The only small complaint would be the food lies under the hot lamps too long making the food dry. But we would return the the hotel.
