This charming complex is situated in a quiet location in the centre of Costa Adeje. The sprawling beach and the promenade, with its many shopping and entertainment venues, lie not far from the property. The bus station is 100 m from the complex, and the Magma Art and Congress Centre is just 50 m away. This hotel is composed of a 9-storey building with a total of 102 studios and 39 apartments. The welcoming rooms all feature an en- suite bathroom, a kitchenette and balcony as standard. The complex offers the use of a freshwater swimming pool, with an area for kids, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests can play beach volleyball, billiards and table tennis on-site.
Be sure to enjoy recreational amenities, including an outdoor pool, a hot tub and a fitness centre. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, tour/ticket assistance and bike parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The hotel is excellent for cleanliness, facilities throughout and the lovely staff. There was a good range of different foods to eat and nothing was too much trouble if you wanted something cooked differently. The views were gorgeous. We will definitely be booking there again. All of this is why we have stayed here twice this year. 😃
Based on the previous reviews and being a solo traveller I was very anxious about what I was going to. It was not as bad as some of the reviews state. But it also falls short of a 4*. I would not return.
The hotel was clean, the housekeepers do an excellent job. During my week I saw only 2 cockroaches in my room. Upon telling reception they sent housekeeping up. They cleaned and sprayed the room. Most of the staff I spoke to were friendly and nice. (A few looked as though they didn’t want to be there.)
The location, 5-10 minute walk to the front promenade. I walked during the day both towards los christianos and El Duque. I felt safe doing this. But always had wits about me as to where I had my valuables. I didn’t venture out at night purely due to the reviews of others. So can not comment how it was.
Food was almost always cold. There was a microwave, which suggests they know that the food is not hot. Also saw lunchtime food being put back out for evening meal!
I’m not a fussy eater and by no means starved. But if your fussy or have dietary issues you may struggle. The selection of buffet was poor.
Having stayed at many 4* AI hotels this has to be worst selection. On many occasions the desserts (again not much choice) would be empty and as if they had no intention of refilling them. Labelling was poor too. For anyone with allergies etc. Although at breakfast there was a gluten free section.
The snacks included in the AI were poor. A pre packed sandwich. Again compared to other 4* hotels , very poor.
Going out on a day trip one day meant I was missing breakfast and potentially lunch. I asked reception for a picnic bag to go. They refused, saying it’s law not to make them ?! I asked if I could therefore go in and have an early breakfast, just 10 minutes before opening time. Again it was a straight NO! Not the attitude or customer service you’d expect from a 4 * hotel.
The pool opened at 9am on the dot. No bed blocking before this time. This is fine, but if you went out for the morning, you would stuggle to find one on return. Definitely not enough for the number of rooms. The roof could not be used, as the jacuzzi doesn’t work and there is no bar. So why would anyone sit up there ?
At the end of my holiday a group checked in next door me. They partied all night from 12-7:30!! I didn’t get a minutes sleep. I tried to call the “24 hour” reception to complain. No answer. When I went down in the morning and asked. I was told there is no reception between 11pm & 7am! So Not 24hours! .
Only a security guard on duty and he doesn’t answer phone?! So what if I had an emergency in the room on my own?!
A security guard should also patrol the corridors for disturbances.
Again another negative making this less than a 4* and not the kind of customer service you would expect.
On checkout, they will cut your wrist bands and stop your All Inclusive package. Even if you have late flights. Never had that in any other all inclusive hotel. An ok week but no return for me.
This hotel is honestly amazing, the atmosphere was perfect. Location of this hotel isn’t too far from the beach, walk isn’t too far to Las Americas and the nearest shop is about 5 minutes to spar. Room was beautiful and perfect size, cleanliness was on point of expectations and definitely worth the value. Our balcony was facing the sea view which was lovely to look at and we was located direct from the bus station which people have stated can be noisy but we did not have this issue and hardly heard a thing. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff are so friendly here. Perfect location if you’re visiting Siam park as it’s a short walk up the hill.
We stayed here end of August for one week, let’s start with good points:- Beautiful clean hotel, housemaids came everyday no complaints there, not far from the beach and a spar shop nearby. A small shop within hotel reception area and a ATM machine. Rooftop sun deck. Now for the bad points, the jacuzzi was out of order for the full holiday and by looking at it it’s been that way for some months, which was disappointing to not be able to use it, this was located at the rooftop deck, sunbeds were very hard to get around the pool not one day out of seven were we able to get one hence having to go to rooftop, bit of a pain having to go down 8/9 floors to get a drink at the bar, would be nice for a bar to be placed up there. Food we did not try as we were room only, I think to upgrade for one day it was 70 euro per person which is very expensive. Spoke to others who said food was not nice. Back to the hotel room, beds were comfortable, pillows very hard, the design of the bathroom is not very good, it’s all glass frosted but not good for privacy, I could see my partner showering from outside so this would not be good for others wanting absolute privacy. It also lets a lot of light in and this lights up the whole room which woke us up very early, there is a bus station very close by which you can hear the buses early hours reversing beep beep noises, which also disturbed my sleep everyday. Reception staff okay, but on arrival no welcome departure we weren’t asked how our stay was. The pool area had no activities at all, no music was allowed so the atmosphere was very boring. One solo singer on a night for an hour, there is also signs to say no music, vaping, smoking thought out the hotel so if you do either just take a note of this. The smoking area is outside of the hotel grounds at the very back entrance near the bus station where a small area with chairs and decking area is. Location is okay just at the start of adeje, turn right for adeje and left into playa de las Américas, would we stay here again probably not
Excellent location. Smelt clean when you first went into the hotel. Friendly staff including cleaning staff who did a very good job. Breakfast good choice and well prepared with plenty of seating. Excellent gym. Very pleased overall.
