This aparthotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
We stayed in the serenity allegra suite with a hot tub and side sea view. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. Massive balcony and huge rooms. Kitchen living room was wonderful and showers were fabulous.
It was clean, quiet and well kept. Our only problem was that the jacuzzi didn't work for 2 nights upon arrival. The hotel went above and beyond to fix it with multiple meals paid for ( not including drinks) at their wonderful kar bon restaurant. For every minor issue (like microwave not able to pop a bag of popcorn because the appliance was too modern), the hotel staff helped and even gave us bags of popcorn (for the kids). None if this went unnoticed and the care and attention was impeccable.
The pools are great, especially the one with the bar. Little saplings was a win for the kid's who loved the activities and staff (my kids are 6 & 9 years old).
The taxi service to the best beach in the area was also a win.
Honestly, the team, especially Dina and David as well as all the reservation and bar team were amazing.
We'd definitely return and hope the hotel know how much we appreciated them making our stay awesome.

We have just spent 10 wonderful days at the Baobab Suite, and honestly, we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome and looked after. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, the location is great, amazing views and only 15 min walk downhill to the beach but what really makes it so special is the incredible staff. A very special mention has to go to Lauren and Dina on reception. They were genuinely two of the kindest, most wonderful people. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and had everything we needed. They were so friendly, caring and helpful, they truly felt like friends. ❤️ Every single member of staff was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everyone went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible. That level of service makes such a difference and is something we will never forget. Room was great and gave us everything we wanted, it was cleaned to a really high standard everyday. The breakfast was exceptional and although it was buffet it was never busy or over noisy. I am gluten free and I had lots of choice and the chefs couldn’t do enough to help with whatever I wanted. The whole experience has been exceptional, and we are genuinely sad to leave. If I could give this hotel more than 10 out of 10, I absolutely would! Thank you to everyone at the Baobab Suite for making our 10 days so special. We will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly amazing stay and I can’t wait to rebook for next year! 🌟🌴❤️
Loved our stay at the Baobab Suites, it exceeded our expectations in every way - the staff, the suite and the facilities were all amazing.
We stayed in the Divinity Lago suite which had a large terrace, sun loungers and a jacuzzi. Highly recommend this room type. The views were spectacular looking over Costa Adeje and the sea.
The suites and communal areas are all spotless, modern and well maintained.
The staff are some of the most friendly, welcoming and accommodating I have come across - nothing was ever too much trouble. In particular Loren and Dina at reception - thank you for all your help during our stay.
The buffet breakfast had an excellent choice of hot and cold food. Most mornings I had fruit, the detox juice (beetroot mixed with other juices - incredible!!), and an omelette which was just perfect. Also ate lunch a few times at BB Lounge - lovely setting and good selection of dishes. The burger is delicious!

We have just returned from our sixth annual visit to Baobab Suites and, as always, I find myself wondering what I can possibly write that I haven't already said in previous years! Yet somehow, every year the wonderful team at Baobab gives us even more reasons to come home singing their praises.
From the moment we arrived, we received the warmest of welcomes from David, Geraldo, Dina and Rina (I really hope I have all the names right – and thank you for the wine!). What a fabulous four! Their smiles, warmth, friendliness and genuine enthusiasm at seeing us made us feel immediately at home. After six annual visits, that feeling of being remembered and genuinely welcomed back means so much to us. You couldn't ask for a better welcome to start a holiday.
As always, our suite was absolutely fabulous. Beautifully presented, incredibly spacious and with everything we could possibly need, it really does feel like our own little piece of paradise for the week. There is something very special about having all that space along with our own private pool and jacuzzi, where we can completely switch off and relax in the privacy of our suite. It is pure luxury and one of the things we look forward to most every year. No matter how many times we return, we still get that same feeling when we walk through the door and see it again.
Our lovely Esperanza, who has looked after our suite so wonderfully on previous visits (and who we affectionately call our Spanish Mum!), wasn't there this year and she was certainly missed. However, the cleaning team who looked after us were excellent. Our suite was kept beautifully clean throughout our stay, the pool and jacuzzi were maintained impeccably, and every request we made was catered for. Nothing was ever too much trouble and, as always, we felt completely pampered and looked after.
We also have to give a special mention to the lovely ladies at the breakfast buffet. What an absolute pleasure it was to see them every morning! They were so welcoming and friendly and always greeted us so warmly. And the breakfast itself was every bit as good as we remembered – fresh, plentiful and such a lovely way to start the day. Those little interactions each morning make such a difference and are another example of why the service at Baobab feels so personal.
And then, of course, there is Louis. What can we possibly say about Louis that we haven't said already? Year after year, he looks after our booking and makes everything so easy for us. We know from the moment we contact him that we are in safe hands. Louis, thank you once again for taking such good care of the Stewart Family. It is genuinely appreciated more than you know.
Even leaving Baobab isn't a simple goodbye! As we were heading home, it was so lovely to see Nathan, Helena and the fantastic Frederick. What a wonderful way to finish our stay, seeing more familiar and friendly faces before we left.
And a huge, heartfelt thank you for the very special gifts we received as we were leaving. They are absolutely gorgeous and such a thoughtful gesture. We will treasure them. Thank you so much – it was a really special way to end another wonderful stay.
And, as always, apologies to anyone whose name we haven't mentioned. There are so many wonderful people at Baobab that it's impossible to remember everyone! Every single member of staff we encountered throughout our stay was fabulous – friendly, welcoming, helpful and an absolute credit to Baobab Suites. It really is the people who make this place what it is.
Six annual visits down and absolutely no intention of stopping! We can't wait to return in 2027 for our seventh annual visit – and, in true Stewart Family fashion, we're already about to get the Baobab booking and flights sorted!
To anyone considering Baobab Suites, the fact that we have returned every year for six years probably says it all. The suites and facilities are wonderful, but for us it is the people who make Baobab truly special. Being welcomed back with such warmth year after year is something you simply can't put a price on.
Thank you to everyone at Baobab Suites for another fabulous holiday and for continuing to make our annual visit so special. We are missing you all already.
