Location amazing rooms lovely and clean entertainment could be a bit better but didn’t really bother us staff where so helpful couldn’t ask for more
Just back after a wonderful week here. Location ideal. We were in a superior suite with sea view. The room was lovely. Comfortable bed. Large balcony. Great bathroom with bath and excellent shower. Plenty of power sockets and charging points-often not the case in other hotels. We were on full board. Our room meant we had the option of à la carte breakfast by the pool. This was a perfect start to the day. The food over all was excellent . The buffet restaurant had great choice with the option to order some dishes to the table. All food was piping hot. The pool area was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds with reservation not allowed. The pool was a great temperature. Every where was immaculately clean. The staff warm, welcoming and efficient. This was our 3rd visit. We previously enjoyed the entertainment in the Tiffany bar. This time it was warm enough to sit outside which was even more special. It was lovely to return to this wonderful hotel. We will definitely be back.
This was our fourth time visiting the hotel in four years and it continues to excel at customer services, food, cleanliness and facilities.
Similarly to my previous reviews I’d like to call out the staff. They offer exceptional, consistent service across the hotel from the reception team to the wait staff and housekeeping. Very well done for setting and maintaining such an excellent standard of service - truly the best service we have experienced from any hotel.
As a returning guest I also wanted to call out the improvement in the evening entertainment. This year we were impressed with all the entertainment, with the selection greatly improving year over year. A few of our favourites included:
I also wanted to mention the Singer and Saxophone player by the pool was a nice touch on Wednesday 9/9 in the afternoon - I think having some live music around the pool a couple of times a week would be lovely addition!
The only small feedback would be the pool cues in the Tiffany bar area may need replacing in the near future as they are slightly worn.
I’d highly recommend this hotel - the staff here have truly built something special and it’s such a pleasure to stay here. This hotel is a pure 5 star experience from start to finish. We will be returning next year with family and we are very much looking forward to it!
Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! There genuinely wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms and pool area were absolutely fantastic , and the food was excellent throughout our stay.
What really stood out was the staff. Every single member of the team was superb, so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they really couldn’t do enough for you.
We had such a brilliant stay and would return in a heartbeat. The only negative was having to leave!
This is the fourth time we have chosen Jardines de Nivaria Adrian this is the best holiday hotel for us always great experience you just can’t though this hotel from the minute you get there you are always looked after the food is fantastic the ground are so beautiful and the pool is amazing I would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed And it’s always sad when we have to leave but we are now looking forward to our fifth visit to all the staff thank you so much for the best holiday experience see you all soon Ho forgot to mention that the Rooms are fantastic it’s got everything thing you need with no extra cost 😎
