Great hotel, great location.
Lovely clean hotel in a great location. Great facilities, wonderful pool and sun beds. Room was fantastic too. We went half board and I cannot fault the food, great choice and high quality. Best thing about the hotel though is the staff, the reception, guest services, restaurant, bar staff, cleaning team were all exceptional and always smiling. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay and on arriving back to our room after a day exploring we were delighted to find a bottle of Cava and card in our room. Would I return, definitely 5 Stars.
Super Hotel
Jardines de Nivaria is a lovely hotel. The level of service is excellent and the facilities are very clean, comfortable and stylish. The pool area is fabulous and the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you could wish for. The location is very good and everything is within walking distance. A superb hotel and holiday, and excellent value for money.
Lovely Hotel ! - New balls please...
A lovely one week stay with my wife and 2 teenage children at Jardines de Nivaria after a gap of 20 years since our last visit. The hotel has been refurbished extensively and the rooms were very modern and well appointed with TV with British TV channels which was appreciated.! The hotel was very clean and the speed of room service was very impressive. The pool area was very quiet with plenty of sun loungers available throughout the day. The breakfast was varied and delicious each morning and the service provided was very efficient....As a keen tennis player my one request for improvement would be that the Hotel buys a few new tennis balls which do not look like they are over 3 years old and have been chewed by a dog !? Many thanks again for a lovely stay!

Amazing 5th return to the best Hotel
We have stayed in this hotel five times it’s a fantastic hotel. Perfect location. The staff are absolutely marvellous. I cannot understand why trip advisor has so many bad comments. I cannot find one fault with this hotel for cleanliness, rooms and a pool area is absolutely excellent. The sun lounges ate comfortable and plenty full, and you do not have to get up in the morning to reserve them. Flora, the pool / towel lady is fantastic. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants a fantastic holiday and a relaxing holiday.

Beautiful relaxing hotel
Will keep it simple- beautiful, elegant, friendly, relaxing, 2 large pools 1 off which is nice and cold. Breakfast full of choices. Staff professional with a big shout out to Andres and Ana. Our room wasn't to our liking. Paid for a upgrade and room was next to lift, backgate to strip and on bottom floor. Some noise from all that and my son in a small pull out bed for 2 weeks. Would love to return to hotel 1 day but not that room. Also when we handed room keys back on departure there was no questions from reception on how our stay was or we look forward to seeing you again....just a thanks. Not very friendly or professional. Hopefully a 5 star review next time.
