We’ve reviewed this hotel before and this was our 3rd visit. The standards of service, cleanliness, quality of food and facilities were all exceptional, as usual.
The breakfast buffet is excellent and lunches at the pool restaurant, Cascada, are superb & good vfm. In the evening Cascada turns into an à la carte restaurant and the food and service are outstanding.
Apart from the extensive pool and terrace areas the main feature here are the staff. Every department, without exception, provides first class service with courteous & friendly staff on hand. Entertainment is great too - I’m not sure it’s suited to a younger age group tho’. This hotel excels at providing a quiet, relaxing and refined atmosphere where virtually all guests respect the “house rules” re: sun loungers and pool use as well as each other.
Particular reference, on this occasion, goes to the Life Guard and Reception staff who assisted my wife after a nasty cut to her thumb which required hospital treatment. They were excellent.

A most relaxing, friendly, well run hotel offering wonderful service at all times. The self service restaurant, particularly, was an immense pleasure every breakfast & dinner. Our superior room was perfect.
This was our first time in Costa Adeje, and we really enjoyed our stay at the Jardine de Nivaria hotel. It's perfectly located, just off the promenade and sea front, with lovely walks to Playa de las Americas, Los Cristianos and La Caleta immediately accessible. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity or a relatively short walk away.
As for the hotel itself, it really is wonderful. It's very spacious, with lovely, well-tended gardens and large pool area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. There are a variety of different room sizes available; we had a suite which was very spacious and had views of the pool area and sea. Again, the room was in tip-top condition and beautifully serviced with care each day.
The breakfast buffet was well presented with something for everyone; it was very well staffed so everything felt calm and well managed. We only went to the evening buffet once and generally preferred the local restaurants.
Staff generally were very well trained, friendly, helpful and seemed really committed to ensuring that guests had an enjoyable time.
We would definitely come to Costa Adeje again, as we really enjoyed being able to walk along the sea front on well maintained paths, and we would definitely stay at the Jardines de Nivaria again - it's a really wonderful hotel!
This was our third visit to Jardines de Nivaria and, this time, we stayed in a sea view suite. The room was really spacious with a large bathroom with a separate bath and shower with his and hers sinks. The main room had a comfy sofa, two small tables and a large flat screen television. There was also a very welcome fridge in the room. The balcony overlooked the Moon restaurant and the ocean and, because it was southern facing, we had the sun all day with excellent views of the sunset. The balcony had two sunbeds, two chairs and a table. The pool area is beautifully landscaped with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. We had breakfast each morning and then went for a two hour walk before going to the pool about 1pm and never had a problem getting sunbeds or a parasol. The main pool is heated to a glorious 30 degrees C but the smaller pool with the waterfall is unheated and feels quite chilly when you go into it after the main pool but is only 5 degrees cooler. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast buffet offered all you could want and more: freshly made omelettes, crepes and eggs along with everything you could possibly want. As with our previous stays, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This could possibly be our favourite hotel and we can’t wait to book our next visit.
Yet again we have had a fabulous holiday at Jardines de Nivaria. The welcome was as warm as ever with staff who are attentive, friendly and professional. The quality and variety of food is first rate, the range at breakfast is amazing. Although we book for bed and breakfast we often eat on-site in the evenings as well. There are other restaurants in the vicinity that provide lovely food too, if you want a change of scenery. The accessibility of the hotel facilities is outstanding, and certainly better than anywhere else we have stayed. Wheelchair users can access almost everywhere in the hotel, and there is are two accessible options into the swimming pool: a slope with handrail, and a hoist. Staff are always ready to assist, and make us feel relaxed, comfortable and looked after. Thanks to everyone at Jardines for a memorable holiday
