Always a great holiday at Le jardines de nivaria.
Have been visiting this hotel for years. It is always amazing. From the facilities, the cleanliness, the food and the kind and helpful staff who always make sure everything is as you need it to be there is nothing to say other than 5 stars every time. Big shout out to Veronica who always checks in with us and makes sure all is well. Always sad to leave and always recommending to family and friends. Hope to return next year. Thanks for another great holiday.
Another fantastic stay
2nd stay at the Jardines. Enjoyed every minute. Requested 2 rooms next to each other as daughter would be in a room of her own, we had exactly that. Seemed a lot busier this year, bit more nosier around the pool area. A few times we waited quite a while to get a drink, they very rarely came to where we was sitting, which was opposite the pool dining area. We only did bed and breakfast, to be fare the food was ok. Most of the time we couldn't eat the bacon as it was hard, and the scrambled eggs were very sloppy. Overall we had another lovely stay, we arrived home on Saturday, and on Sunday we booked again for next year.

I have thought hard about this review. Unfortunately, my room had cockroaches which was not good. However, in the climate it is to be expected and the gap in the door made them enter. I was swiftly moved rooms by the fantastic management. My party in other hotels had them. It seems this year, they are about in force!
It did not take away from the beauty of this hotel. The buildings, the pool, rooms, food and staff are exceptional. It really is a treat. The pools are stunning and the service is first class. Every staff member I spoke to was a delight.
The staff here carry the place. Nothing is too much trouble. Caring, kind and with attention to detail which warrants the 5 stars. The resort itself is pleasant. Whilst it may not be as pretty as North Majorca ( pollensa bay is hard to beat!), it was well worth a trip and maybe a return.

Did not want to leave!
We absolutely loved the hotel! Stayed there with my 15-year old daughter 12 nights and did not want to leave. I think it is the best hotel in Adeje: beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated; featuring super clean and cosy rooms with attention to detail; surrounded by luscious gardens and waterfalls; virtually right on the beach; within a walking distance to all the local shops and restaurants and yet feels quiet and secluded. We loved our breakfast in the morning (exceptional choice of home made food and fresh fruit and veg); the sea water pools were clean and of perfect temperature. Last but not least - incredible customer service from all staff. Our flight was late in the evening and the hotel accommodated us until 18:00 for a token charge. Thank you for everything, we are missing you already and will definitely be back!

Our new home in Tenerife
We have just returned from our yearly 2 week holiday to tenerife, for 25 years we have stayed in privately owned villas near Puerto colon, this was the 1st time staying in a hotel, we chose Jardines de Nivaria due to its location, the lovely photos and excellent reviews from previous guests. Wow we were not disappointed, we had booked a junior suite and was thrilled with our location in the Masca building overlooking the pool, a large king size bed with an open plan lounge area giving us plenty of space, a separate area off the bedroom containing 3 full length wardrobes with safe and fridge, another door then led into the bathroom with separate bath and a double walk in shower, all of which was very clean. The hotel and grounds are beautiful, the pools are amazing, the sun beds and terraces are very clean, I’m an early riser and saw the attention to detail and hard work from the staff early in the morning. We opted for bed and breakfast and was very pleased with the selection available to us, the waiters and waitresses were outstanding with the service they provided. Another highlight was when returning in the evening enjoying a nightcap from the Tiffany bar again the service was exceptional and the cocktails were spectacular. We have enjoyed our stay so much that we have now found the hotel for us and have booked to stay again next year can’t wait to be back. Thank you the whole team at Jardines de Nivaria
