This superb beach hotel is located in an upcoming area of Playa de Fanabe. The hotel is situated just 150 metres from a pristine beach and 25 metres from a bus stop, allowing guests the opportunity to indulge in a dreamy seaside holiday or to explore other areas of the island. Reina Sofia Airport is situated just a 15 minutes' drive from the hotel. Guests are welcomed by warm hospitality, a relaxing environment and wonderful service. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfortable, tranquil surroundings in which to enjoy restful slumber. The hotel offers seawater pools in which guests can enjoy a refreshing swim and sports enthusiasts can avail of the hotel's range of active recreational pursuits. Guests are invited to enjoy delicious culinary delights in the hotel's restaurant.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, a health club and a sauna. Additional amenities at this resort include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a hair salon.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Where to start with this review. My sister and I were guests for 7nights and it was absolutely fantastic. Our flight was delayed getting there so it was nearer midnight when we got checked in , everything explained to us clearly and were informed that a table was set up for us in dining room with food and a drink which we thought was a lovely touch as have been in other hotels where it is left in room . Although it was late at night we appreciated the thought and it was a nice way to just chill and start our holiday .
We had breakfast outside every morning which was lovely and staff were so good at keeping everyone attended to . The entertainment was also good , nice to sit with a drink after dinner and enjoy .
We ate out a few nights for a change and you can substitute your evening meal for a lunch which again was good to have the option .
We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with pool and jacuzzi , so peaceful and quiet. There is another terrace with sun beds and also 2 more pools on a lower level .
Never any problem getting a sun bed and 2 pool towels are supplied per guest which can be changed when required.
We found the prices of bar drinks and food at pool bar very reasonable.
The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable , safe was easy to manage ( no charge ) . Water supplied daily in room fridge .
Every member of staff is a credit to this hotel , a few whose names I remember are Ricardo ,Ronny,Flávio and Sorta . This is a gem of a hotel and will hopefully be back in the future.

Lovely hotel nothing too much trouble had a superior double on ground floor great size and fab outside space. Great breakfast too
This was our second year in a row staying at this hotel, and once again, it was a remarkably relaxing trip. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was warm and welcoming. Our room was spotless, and we were lucky enough to get a poolside room.
All of the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We also had breakfast at the hotel, which featured a really good selection.
The poolside bar had a good lunch menu and am already missing cooling down with a melon mojito and cold beer.
Although we did not have an opportunity to have dinner at the hotel the food looked delicious.
While there isn't any poolside entertainment, we now understand why—it's designed to attract a more sophisticated clientele. We actually really enjoyed the quiet adult-only atmosphere, as it made for a truly relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly our poolside days went.
The hotel is perfectly located - within 40 minutes of our plane landing, we went through passport control, retrieved our luggage and arrived at hotel by taxi.
The hotel is close to great restaurants, bars and the best of tenerife beaches all off walking distances.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
A very comfortable hotel in all areas with excellent staff
From arrival to departure we were spoilt ! Lovely bubbly in room chilled and waiting for us x free welcome drinks in the bar . Our suite was kept immaculate .standards are high and good to see they enforce the rules . Long trousers for men at dinner. No swim wear beach cover ups in restaurant. No hogging the sunbeds ! Food was lovely ! Staff go above and beyond. We witnessed some one choke in evening meal .maitre d calmly gave hiemlick manouver and continued with his evening . Some one collapsed outside hotel .staff were immediately assisting ! Truly above and beyond .
