Excellent Location having stayed in Costa Adeje many times before this is far the best . Atmosphere was nice and relaxed however do feel it would benefit a little from some daytime music in the background at the poolside, evening entertainment needs to be advertised better as we didn’t know it was on. We stayed in a standard room 322b it was spotless fantastic sea view and had a walk in wardrobe which I loved! The housekeeping staff were great excellent keen eye for detail. Had a fresh bottle of water everyday and top ups of tea & coffee. The hotel was spotless throughout, and very quiet we were even able to use a complimentary room to freshen up before our flight home so make sure you ask at reception the day before you leave. We stayed Half Board food choices were good although we did eat out a few times simply down to personal preference of not having anything to our taste on that night. I’m happy with the price we paid and the holiday we received. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
Beautiful hotel with a great location, food was amazing , staff are friendly and the rooms were spotless.
We’ve just returned from a week's stay at the hotel with my 16 year-old son, and overall we had a wonderful holiday. It's a lovely hotel in an excellent location, with easy access to the resort, restaurants, and local amenities.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was well laid out, comfortable, and well equipped.
The reason I'm giving the hotel four rather than five stars is the poor soundproofing in our room (417). Unfortunately, we had particularly noisy neighbours, and we could hear almost everything, conversations, furniture being moved, doors closing, toilets flushing, and other everyday noises. I appreciate that some noise from neighbouring rooms is inevitable, but it genuinely felt as though the walls were paper thin. I've stayed in other boutique hotels where more effective soundproofing made a noticeable difference.
Although we ate out every evening, we did have lunch at the poolside restaurant one day, and both the food and service were excellent. A special mention to Rubens, who provided outstanding service.
There were always plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available around the pool, which was kept exceptionally clean. Another big plus was the hotel's policy of not allowing guests to reserve sunbeds, making it much fairer for everyone.
Overall, this is a fantastic hotel that I would happily recommend. The only downside for us was the lack of soundproofing in our room, although we may simply have been unlucky with our neighbours.
What an amazing experience we had! We are a young couple in our mid twenties and have been doing adults only for a few years now and this was by far the best! It was so calm through the day round the pool, so chilled so you could really relax. The staff were amazing, we ate at the pool bar every day at lunchtime and the cheese and ham toasties are insane! We also had the pizza and wow that was so fresh! Huge shoutout to Rubens, he was amazing and such a lovely person. We stayed on B&B and the only quarm we had about breakfast is we wish they had proper diehard as they mainly did Argentina ones, but the breakfast otherwise was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, we had a standard double and it was huge, and very very clean! You get a fresh bottle of water everyday (unless you don’t use the one the day before). We came back every night for the entertainment as it was such a chilled vibe and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Flavio was another amazing bar staff, he was there every single night on our weeks stay, and he was always up for a chat especially about the football!!
Honestly we would love to come back here (if we have a hol without our baby that’s due soon)!
The overall experience was a 5, the pools were clean, you get towels for the beds that you can change at 5:30 everyday, the staff are all kind and there to help if you need, the maids are all lovely and genuinely it’s in a fantastic location, there’s a few supermarkets close, the beach is 5 mins away. We definitely think this should be 5 stars!💕💕
First visit to this ideally situated Adults Only hotel in Costa Adeje. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our room on Floor 3 was spacious, clean and well appointed. Facilities on site are great with two swimming pools one of which is a very nice rooftop pool with a jacuzzi type pool on the end of the main pool. We stayed on a B&B basis so can only comment on the Breakfast. Plenty of food and drink options on offer with fairly friendly and helpful service. There was evening entertainment which was pretty good. When we went gentlemen were not allowed to wear shorts in the bar/entertainment area. Close to The Duke Shops, Fanabe Market and a couple of beaches. Also easy walking distance to bus stops to get to Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Would very much recommend a visit if looking for a peaceful hotel with no young children.
