This superb beach hotel is located in an upcoming area of Playa de Fanabe. The hotel is situated just 150 metres from a pristine beach and 25 metres from a bus stop, allowing guests the opportunity to indulge in a dreamy seaside holiday or to explore other areas of the island. Reina Sofia Airport is situated just a 15 minutes' drive from the hotel. Guests are welcomed by warm hospitality, a relaxing environment and wonderful service. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and offer comfortable, tranquil surroundings in which to enjoy restful slumber. The hotel offers seawater pools in which guests can enjoy a refreshing swim and sports enthusiasts can avail of the hotel's range of active recreational pursuits. Guests are invited to enjoy delicious culinary delights in the hotel's restaurant.

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had an amazing 10 nights at the hotel. Lovely room with balcony with sunbeds and a great bathroom which was spacious with a bath and walk in shower. Great hairdryer and the complimentary shower gel and lotion is really nice. Also lots of toilet rolls. Big comfy bed and a coffee machine in the room as well as a fridge. Complimentary bottle of water every day. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices, we were B&B but ate lunch every day which was very good and competitive in price. Evening entertainment was very good and enjoyable. Hotel location is good as it’s central with a big selection of restaurants close by. Lovely pool and lots of sunbeds. Only comment I can make is that you can only renew pool towels between 5.30/6.30pm which is a bit late. Would definitely go back to this hotel and would absolutely try half board next time as heard really great comments from the guests.
No music at the pool, no animation team, no pool games just peace and tranquility.

No laying down towels on sun loungers at the crack of dawn, they will be removed! And also during breakfast time! No need for this anyway as always available beds.
Glad I didn’t upgrade to pool view as we had a room on the lower floor 123a which had a private terrace/ lawn with 2 loungers/table and chairs and sun all day!
The only disappointment was I requested a room (the day before we travelled home) to shower and get ready for our late flight so that we could enjoy the pool etc and was told there was only 1 and it was already fully booked!
Another fabulous holiday at this relaxing hotel. So clean and well kept. Central to all of the restaurants and shops but still really quiet. The staff cannot do enough to make your holiday special. Cannot wait to go back again
Adults only hotel : Travelled as a couple , mainly couples there were but also small groups of friends Quiet , relaxing , no activities , games etc. no music by pool, evening meals on the outside terrace were accompanied by either a saxophonist, who was fabulous or sometimes singers. The ambiance was really relaxed. Reception on top level , lifts and stairs to access all floors .
Pool areas Main Pools on ground level with a roof top pool also . Ground floor pool, one salt water , heated , other one bit cooler but still warm . Plenty of sunbeds with thick mattresses and always sunbeds free . They do have a 45 min window of (as reception put it ..sunbed police ) . However we only heard of 1 couple going out towels were removed . If you are in the pool bar at the lunchtime or during the day this isn’t an issue . The sunbeds are covered every night to keep dry and clean . 2 towels provided each day , change at 5.30 to 6.30 pm at the pool. Brilliant lifeguard on duty at all times . Thank you for watching over my husband who has disabilities . Alleviated anxiety for us both .
Rooms Very good We had a ground floor room with sunbeds with good matresses on the patio. Beds comfortable , water bottles and coffee capsules replenished daily . Some rooms have balcony with chairs only.
Restaurant Outside and inside dining . Weather dependant of course , we had a bit of rain , so used inside then . Service fabulous , lots of friendly , professional cooking and hospitality staff . Food is buffet or you have options each evening served at table . We had both but preferred buffet . Breakfast was amazing , evening meal very good , TBH initially I thought this is a small buffet .. but the quality was great . The hotel is a lot smaller than numerous ones we’ve been to hence the smaller food display . Occasionally the food temp was not hot enough but still good .
Location We knew the location , on a hill ! having been in the area and looked in hotel before . Walk down hill to beach and seafront ( 5 min Ish ) . We hired a mobility scooter for my husband so we were fine outside . Close to lots of very nice restaurants . A lot quieter than Las Americas area but plenty of choice of bars etc.
Read this if you have mobility issues Likely due to narrow corridors , mobility scooters are not allowed in any part of the hotel so you have to park outside . It is a locked area next to reception. We knew this before , but my husband found it very difficult walking to the room . Which is a pity as the hotel and service is fabulous . We were given a room close to everything as requested but still a challenge for him. They have accessible rooms , which are at the end of a long corridor . Need to access via lift . They are in great location for the pool and pergola lunchtime restaurant , but getting to the room would be a nightmare for us . Even further to walk . Think carefully if you have mobility issues . The 5 star sister hotel across the road allows scooters as a lot larger.
Rooftop pool and upstairs sun loungers / patio Loads of loungers , great views , lift to both .
Pergola restaurant ( lunchtime ) Superb value for money and quality food . Drinks eg.. wine was 4 euros a glass . Bottled water 2 or 3 euros . Delicious toasties and fries ranged from 7 to 9 euros and really filled you up.
1 day to go then we are going home 😢 but the hotel is as good as last yr. Everything has been perfect which just goes to show that team work makes the dream work. Room,food,service etc have been second to none and we can understand why people return yr after yr. The added bonus is that it’s adults only and it’s SO quiet round the pool and no knobheads jumping in the pool. We will return again.
