4th time at this hotel, came back because we have always enjoyed it but feel it needs some attention. Our room wasn’t the best. Entertainment has been a bit lacking, despite the staffs best efforts. A woman came on holiday with a saxaphone which is a bit strange in its self but the entertainment staff let her play every night!! It was so annoying!! Food in the alacarte restaurant lovely as always, bar queues a bit frustrating. Feel like we are paying a lot but not actually getting the full package. Always rooms round the pool.
Location was great just up the road from the beach.staff were great and worked tirelessly from the reception staff restaurant staff bar staff cleaning staff everyone was friendly! The animation team worked hard long hours and were great fun they set up the atmosphere for the day and night!! Sam Antonio and Anna. Evening entertainment was also good. Food was good (could have been warmer at times )plenty of options our favourite was outside lunch in the restaurant. Loved the roof top bar !!
This hotel is superb. We had an amazing time from the time we arrived until the time we left. The hotel is faultless. We will return next year. Highly recommended. Every member of staff is so friendly and helpful everything is so near by
We spent 8 nights at the Rey Don Jaime, the hotel is spotlessly clean, a fantastic choice of food every day. Lots of open cooking so you can see the chefs cooking fish, meat, omelettes etc. entertainment through the day and on an evening. We stayed in a premium room and was very happy with it. I liked the fact the hotel put a few cans of coke,Fanta and water in the fridge free of charge but once they had been consumed replacements had to be paid for. Ice cold water available from machines in the bar/pool area free of charge. Close to the beach and all the local bars. A great choice for us
We had such a lovely stay at the Zafiro Rey Don Jaime and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ot was our first visit to Santa Ponsa, and the location is great.
The staff throughout were absolutely wonderful and really made our holiday special. A particular thank you to the bar and restaurant teams, who were so friendly, welcoming and attentive every day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always greeted us with a smile.
The food was delicious throughout our stay, and the cocktails were fantastic too! It was the little touches, great service and genuinely warm atmosphere that made us feel so relaxed and looked after.
We left with some lovely memories and would definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable! ❤️
