Feels like home
Our third visit and this hotel never fails. We are welcomed from the minute we arrive. The food choices are varied and excellent. Love the Al fresco restaurant too. So close to the beach and shops /bars
Couples holiday
This hotel is lovely!! In such a great location. About a 4-5 minute walk to some good nightlife and around 15 minutes to the square. The hotel was always super clean and tidy. The rooms were a little dated and small but still clean, lovely and the beds were super comfy! The cleaners came in everyday to tidy up and give us fresh towels. It felt like a friendly atmosphere and all staff were so nice and happy to help. Such great value for money. The food is the best food I’ve had in an all inclusive. Huge selection and soooo tasty! The drink selection is also amazing!! The cocktails were INCREDIBLE!! Long queues did form in the evening but moved quite quickly and the staff were always working really hard. We loved the roof top bar/pool as it was quieter and better suited for us as a couple. They have really comfortable beds and beanbags to sit on around the pool. There is a great little bar up on the roof top too. Had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning.

Location very good beach just down the road easy walk shops restaurants. Although i wouldnt say very nice restaurants some just places to eat not nice at all. I think its also very expensive. People in hotel nice although cleaner helped herself to two cans of beer from fridge we told her we dont want it so she presumed she can take it . Swimming pool good i liked shallow ends and deep endz. Enterntaiment not great nothing fork kids although i didnt see mny kids really... babies and older kids. The singers where good. Shout out to Sam and Antonio i think they great lads just right for the job. Food nice for everyone something to pick. Rooms in need of an update didnt feel like its a 4 star room. Bar staff nice but i would prepare if they speaked better english. I know someone will just shout why dont i speak spanish? Well i dont but i paid over 2 grand to holiday to enjoy myself so i expect people will be speaking language on a comunicative level. Lad at the pool with towels absolutely no communication. Q for bar too long actually i didnt like it. Coctails nice but i dont think they were the best overloaded with ice and if you didnt drink it quick thats it it all turns into water. Towels for pool no charge thats good but you couldnt exchange it every day only every other day. Id rather pay and exchange it every day.

Brilliant
Fantastic holiday! Hotel spotless as was the room, food & drinks very good , very nice staff & attentive, good selection at the all inclusive meals. Roof top bar brilliant if you can n get a bed / longer as it only opens at 10am but it’s very quiet & relaxed atmosphere when you manage to get there . Would highly recommend this hotel .
