No handrail to pool!
Back from a 4 night break booked with TUI. Arrived and welcomed by attentive receptionist who checked us in offering a chilled glass of cava. Lovely hotel, we had a standard room (318) which was small with balcony facing the pool, clean, comfy bed, nice shower, great choice at breakfast. Dinner in Harry's one night with 20% discount on food. My only complaint is that there is no handrail to get safely down the steps into the pool, other people there also commented on this. The ladders shown in all hotel photos online are no longer there! Please install a handrail at steps into pool.

Restful stay :)
Stayed 4days for a short break in the sun. The room was great for a short stay, and the bar and pool area were lovely. The room was at the back overlooking the pool so I didn’t notice any road noise at all. We had a very nice welcome on arrival and a lovely jug of Sangria Tinto to help us settle in. We ate in several local places (Rheins, Balcon Maria, and of course Harry’s). All within 5min walking distance and did not have a bad meal! I recommend booking a table at Balcon Maria to watch the sunset 🌅 We found the entertainment singers at The Jaggy Thistle quite fun in the evening. They do Karaoke every night as well. We might not have had the most adventurous stay but we really enjoyed it all, and had a great rest ⛱️ For the ease of it all I would definitely stay again 😊

Amazing hotel!!
We recently stayed in the Santa ponsa plaza boutique hotel and couldn’t have had a better stay. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived- amazing welcoming staff, a welcome glass of fizz and a gorgeous and clean hotel. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
Our room was ready quickly which was so lovely- so clean and smelled amazing. Big comfy bed and all amenities were spot on. We loved the fact there was no sun bed wars at this hotel- such a relaxed feel it was honestly perfect.
Breakfast was gorgeous- so fresh and something for everyone. The bar downstairs is also a must, the staff are brilliant!
We will definitely be back!!
Great stay on our 2nd holiday here
Me and my girlfriend went here last week and had been the same hotel last year. We are always satisfied with the service that the hotel provides the man on reception called Luca recognised me and remembered we stayed last year.It is an adult only hotel which is grea. He provided us a welcome drink of prosecco each on arrival and put a complimentary bottle of rosé in the hotel room fridge too. The hotel room is nice and has a balcony too that you can look out onto the roundabout and watch the world go by. The food is nice for our breakfast but could be a bit better cooked but that is just preference but other than that I cant fault the hotel service the stay was lovely and look to be staying here again maybe next year or the year after. There are great restaurants and bars nearby to the hotel for example Padrino,Mestiza there's a Scottish bar called the Jaggy thistle which me and my girlfriend drank in twice and had a mango daiquiri each which was very nice and refreshing. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our time here and I would recommend it to anybody

i travelled with my sister lizzie ,it was originally for her and her husband but doggy wasnt well so i was asked to go with her .we were greeted by reception and was offered a glass of bubbly which was greatly appreciated after out trip.checking in was swift and we were shown to our room which was before allotted check in time and everything explained inc air con safe etc.the pool is lovely and has been upgraded since the photos were put upon website .the location was spot on beach opposite plenty off shops .the bar area is very bougie and upmarket and the staff very attentive .the breakfast was lovely everything was available full english continental fresh fruit cakes hot and cold drinks all in the price.the restaurant is probably the nicest we ate in and again staff were lovely.on day the weather was extreme and my sister passes at the shower by the pool due to the weather. within seconds help was at hand a nurse on holiday receptionist bar staff and toni the manager they dealt with the situation very fast and efficient i was in shock my sister unconscious and bleeding but after a trip to the fabulous hospital stapled up ,we were bk and enjoying our holiday and lizzie as if nothing happened we were in good hands ,what is a holiday without a fab hotel and even more fab staff .ive gone on a bit but please if u want a nice quiet chilled trip this is the place to go .special mentions to conchi,abdul.blandine and the others who i forgot to get their names from the bar.housekeepers who always kept our room spotless paqui mari mercedes and lola. reception luea lia roni and chef pedro .thank you everyone we had a lovely time and met some lovely people
