This luxurious hotel is located in the resort of Santa Ponsa, just 20 kilometres from the capital of the island. The resort offers fantastic sea views from most rooms and the bay of Santa Ponsa. Within walking distance guests can get to the nearest beach and around also find a variety of bars, restaurants. This hotel Adults-Only offers the SPA Sensations where you can relax with different types of facial and body treatments, the sauna, the steam bath, the cold-water plunge pool and the heated pool. The property has a Star Prestige area with personalised check in / out service and various complimentary services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Really, really, really good! Great staff, excellent buffet, really good facilities. Yes, it’s a slightly older hotel, but it’s spotless and the staff, from housekeeping, to reception to the restaurant, to the bars go the extra mile to make the guests experience first rate. We had a couple of minor problems, but the response from the maintenance and the customer relations staff could not have been quicker or more attentive.
The evening entertainment is varied and just about enough to keep us in the bar.
One minor negative? Better AC in the gym would be appreciated!
This is a fabulous hotel. The views from the rooms are amazing and there is a lot going on to watch on the water. The rooms were very spacious and clean and they were kept so during our visit.
The food deserves a special mention. We dined in the buffet restaurant for all three meals every day and the food was so good that we were never tempted to eat out. Well done to all the chefs, waiting staff and kitchen staff.
A special mention also for the staff in the hotel. All very friendly. Feel that they enjoy working at this hotel and some of them have been there for some years.

With regret, we would never return to this hotel again as several aspects of our stay has fallen below what we expected from Ibeorstar Selection Hotels. We had repeated problems with the food being luke warm, and the quality was disappointing. Room service order was unacceptable, as bacon was served on a sandwich when we specified no bacon. It was not stated on the menu, and when pointed out, the manager refused to acknowledge the issue. The hotel was not up to the standard of comfort and professionalism expected, given the upgrade we paid for. We found the parasols to be a health and safety risk as they were not structurally sound. Again, we pointed this out and it was not fixed. The female manager was particularly rude, unhelpful, and condescending, refusing to accept our complaint, especially around the food and parasols. It's a NO from us.
This was Excellent spot . Iberostar never disappoints this location was no exception. The View was stunning the grounds and the resort are very very well maintained the reception to check-in was seamless and the personnel were great my first room was on the second floor. But the first night I was there the toilet wouldn't flush it was broke and was late at night. I called the receptionist they did send a technician to try to fix it but he is English wasn't very well he came back try to fix it then he made a call the reception. Then the receptionist said well can it wait till tomorrow morning I said well it's late at night what if I need to use the bathroom I don't think they can wait till tomorrow morning. They accommodated me and moved me to an upgraded sweet on the first floor and it was just great the breakfast was included I paid ala carte I could have done all inclusive but their dinner was just as as good as the breakfast just because it was masked a mass variety The taste and the quality was superb. Return factor: definitely come back and go to other locations or visit other areas of Majorca
Brilliant place , facilities, food activities and all staff pleasant happy to help couldnt fault them made it a special experience for special friends we loved it would highly recommend 😀 thank you guys especially Ian Emma and Mark
