Our 4th visit to the H10 and by far the worse. As a special treat we booked a”comfort room” extra money but we thought why not for a bigger better room. It was bigger but far from better, the room was dark, the balcony was really small and overlooked the back yard and the bins, the view was of the big ugly hotel behind. The bathroom was weird! We asked to change rooms and we were given a smaller room the next day with a supposed side sea view, it would have had if it wasn’t for the enormous palm trees,but we could see Macdonalds! The food at breakfast was great especially the omelettes . The bar was good at night, the staff there normal self but all tarnished by the awful rooms. We will not return
My partner and I recently returned from our stay at the H10 Casa del Mar. We visit this hotel each time we travel to Santa Ponsa, and it is our favourite hotel. The reception staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Lovely staff. Furthermore, the staff from other parts of the hotel I.E Bar and restaurant service, were also very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are very modern and clean. The maid service was great. The amenities are also fantastic. We would highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Thank you for yet another enjoyable stay. 🥰
I just love this hotel, it is centrally located in Santa Ponsa, right opposite the beautiful beach. It’s in the shape of a bay, there is always plenty of sunbeds on beach which also now has a locker to keeps all your things safe. The hotel has a rooftop with an infinity pool and has great views especially of the sunset. There is a good choice of food in the restaurant and at breakfast you can have even get a fresh omelette made with whatever choices you like. The rooms are always clean and fresh towels daily if you require them. I can’t give enough praise for the hotel staff, they are always very friendly and happy to help. I will definitely be returning again like I have been doing for many years now.
We payed a premium to go to this hotel, two rooms and both rooms were terrible. Our balcony’s tiny but worse of all looked out into the back of the next door hotels air conditioning units roaring away 24/7. Woke up at 07:30 from the delivery truck delivering food every morning. Our stunk of cigarettes, the shower tray had a massive crack in it and the paint was peeling off the walls. When we complained they wanted £15 a day each room to move us.
